This paper presents Reflectance Transformation Imaging (RTI) as a tool to support the study of paintings and authentication. Manufacturing techniques of the artist are reviewed through the comparison between liberal perspectives and digital imaging techniques. In this study, RTI was applied to focus on the detailed textural information of eight paintings by Korean artist Lee Ji-ho. The RTI result visualizes shallow reliefs of brush strokes and different mediums on the surface technically enhanced through imaging filters, and these morphological textures on the surface act as a key factor in understanding the characteristics of the artist. The surface morphology and art criticism work as qualitative indicators to analyze the change of artistic techniques through time, and the usage of different mediums. The results of this study confirm that the RTI technique can be used as an analysis device in the study of paintings.

In this study, wheat starch adhesive was investigated the shape and structure of starch, the difference in characteristics such as chemical composition according to the fermenting period of 2 years or less. The fermenting period of wheat starch adhesive is 1 month, 2months, 4 months,6 months, 1 year, 2years old. The wheat starch adhesives were investigated total sugar contents, protein contents, properties of gelatinization, pH, the bonding strength and also observed the surface of starch,. As a result, the longer the fermenting period, the increasing in total sugar contents and decreasing in protein contents. The particle shape and surface were similar regardless of the period. In addition, properties of gelatinization according to the fermenting period also could not see the difference. In pH of the adhesive, the longer the fermenting period, the near to neutral. The adhesive was high bonding strength in 4 months, but appeared a tendency to decrease from 6 months. The damage assessment through the UV degradation in regard to the papers applied the adhesive was accomplished. Color difference was no change except 1 month. The 4 months and 6 months' pH was each 5.0, 5.2. But it was near to neutral that the 12 months and 24 months' pH was each 5.7, 5.9.

기존의 문화재 의무교육과정은 흥미와 가시성 측면의 부족함으로 인해 교육적인 효과를 기대하기 어려운 측면이 있다. 본 연구에서는 4차산업혁명 시대를 맞아 주목 받고 있는 증강현실의 다중마커 인식 기술을 기반으로 문화재 3차원 데이터를 활용한 응용콘텐츠 및 교구재를 제작하여 대중적으로 문화재를 즐기며 학습 할 수 있도록 하는 증강현실 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 다수의 마커를 인식 가능한 다중마커 기술의 콘텐츠의 경우 다양한 이벤트 추가와 연출력을 강화할 수 있다. 향후 제안하는 증강현실 앱은 문화재를 활용한 다양한 교육용 콘텐츠 제작기술 연구에 활용될 것이라 사료된다.

Fashion is very superficial. However, it is expressed through the culture that is a cause of internal change and therefore its contents are defined by the cultural features. In this study, to study the aesthetic properties of the French fashion, the internal fashion contents are defined according to the cultural characteristics of France and based on the definition, the external features are investigated. The cultural characteristic was analyzed based on the reference literatures on the French culture. Based on the cultural characteristics of France, the aesthetical properties of the contemporary French fashion can be analyzed as follows: ${\cdot}$Dualism is the internal contents of the French culture with multiple sources, and it implies that opposing values such as female and male, traditionalism and modernism, simplicity and decoration are coexisting. Simplicity is pursued but decorative elements are in harmony and new phase of time is reflected while certain style has lasted for a long period of time to become a tradition. Furthermore, a rational trend combining masculinity and femininity, simultaneously exist with a trend that emphasizes feminine image. ${\cdot}$Multiculturism is a mysterious feature that has adapted the oriental or other cultural factors into the forms, patterns, colors and material of costumes. It has also been reconstructed with the French and the modern tastes. ${\cdot}$Avant-gardism is pursuing a novel aesthetic value against the former value system. It recognizes the human body as an object of figurative arts therefore emphasizes the body with geometric shapes to deny the fixed-idea, or engraft new materials and technologies to express the futuristic aspects.

Purpose: The international business is affected by significant cultural factors that may impediment the operation and the ultimate performance of a business organization. The current study aims to investigate prior literatures works to find cross-cultural discrepancies such as the cultural distance that impacts international companies' operations and management and develop appropriate strategies for realizing high performance while overcoming these challenges. Research design, data and methodology: To find the required sources, the study employed the use of secondary data. Different search strategies were used to find the necessary materials from various sources. The data composed of an extensive review from multiple peer-reviewed journals and other existing research. Results: Based on literature analysis, the current study suggests novel seven strategies for multinational organizations. As a result, this study provides various pieces of literature to deduce meaningful information on the appropriate business strategies that a company can use to bridge the gap of the limitations of cross-cultural impacts on international businesses. Conclusion: An organization moving into a new cultural environment faces challenges including tastes and preferences, norms, language barriers, and beliefs. Organizations, therefore, have to devise the best strategies to align themselves with the prevailing cultural conditions to reap the benefits of internationalization.

본 연구에서는 서포 김만중의 문학작품 '구운몽'의 이야기를 활용한 현대적인 디지털 이미지 콘텐츠 개발 필요성과 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위한 유망한 방법으로 집단지성을 활용하고자 한다. 오늘날 대부분의 문화콘텐츠 개발은 기획단계에서부터 완성단계까지 여러 사람들의 협업을 통한 디지털기술의 적용으로 이루어지고 있다. 지역문화콘텐츠의 경우 그 지역을 배경으로 하거나 그 지역 출신 작가의 문학작품을 원형으로 개발되는 경우가 많다. 이러한 지역문화자원을 체험관광상품으로 발전시켜 지역문화산업의 발전에 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 먼저 지역문화콘텐츠를 효과적으로 개발하기 위한 방법으로 집단지성의 이용가능성을 검토하고, 디지털 이미지 콘텐츠 개발에 있어서의 이미지텔링 기법의 적용과 웹툰 캐릭터 활용 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법의 실제 적용가능성을 입증하기 위하여 『구운몽』 문화콘텐츠 개발사례를 제시한다. 마지막으로 지속적인 협업을 통한 『구운몽』을 소재로 한 문화콘텐츠의 창작과 유통을 위하여 집단지성기반의 새로운 비즈니스모델을 제안한다.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of soil, cultural practices and climatic conditions on some chemical constituents of flue-cured tobacco. Increasing the nicotine and total nitrogen contents may be useful to reduce the total sugar content of cured leaves in flue-cured tobacco. Delaying the transplanting date and increasing the soil nitrogen($N0_3-N$ and $N0_4-N$) content for 30 days after transplanting by fertilizing are desirable so as to increase the nicotine and total nitrogen contents of cured leaves. Those treatments will delay the ripeness, and elongate the duration of cultivation(day from transplanting to harvesting), and increase the fresh leaf weight. Moderate rainfall in April and May, lower relative humidity in June, and higher mean daily air temperature in June and July seem to be necessary for good leaf of flue-cured tobacco in Korea.

디지털 시대의 도래에 따라 문화원형을 바탕으로 한 문화콘텐츠의 중요성이 부각되고 있고 이를 디지털콘텐츠로 개발하는 것은 더 이상 늦출 수 없는 시대적 요청이라 할 수 있다. 그리고 김치는 한국문화를 대표하는 중요한 문화콘텐츠의 하나로서 문화적 접근을 통한 김치원형의 수집 정리, 복원된 김치문화콘텐츠는 문화유산으로서의 보존가치가 매우 높기 때문에 이를 디지털 컨텐츠화 할 필요성이 제기되는 것 또한 매우 당연하다고 본다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국의 김치문화를 세대전승이 가능한 문화의 매체로서 재생산 될 수 있도록 체계적으로 분류하여 데이터베이스화하고 또 심층적이면서도 다양한 한국 김치문화를 보여주는 기획방안이 모색되었으며 이에 따른 콘텐츠의 구성 및 세부구성, 다양한 매체의 형태로 디지털콘텐츠화 하고자 하였다. 각종 고증문헌과 재료별, 계절별, 절기별 김치 및 종가 김치, 팔도 김치, 명품 김치를 수집, 정리하였고 이를 문화원형 콘텐츠 DB구축을 이미지 및 멀티미디어 중심의 라이브러리 구축, 그리고 입체감과 생동감 있는 콘텐츠 구성에 관한 기획 방안이 제시되었다. 개발된 결과들은 문화 관광산업, 교육산업, 김치산업 등 다양하고 광범위한 콘텐츠 활용이 가능하며, 엔터테인먼트산업의 기반 인프라를 구축하고 관련 특화산업과 연계하여 콘텐츠를 제공하고 또 김치관련 Portal을 구축, e-Market Place 등을 매개로 김치산업 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 더 나아가서는 교육산업부문(정규 교과과정 및 체험투어 등)의 교육소재로 활용하여 김치의 문화 유산적 가치를 재정립하고, 김치문화 Expo, 김치타운, 김치사이버박물관 등 김치관련 컨벤션 산업, 문화/관광 인프라 구축에 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 본다.
