The document delivery service has been influenced by the changing digital information environment and the copyright law. This paper proposes the key points for the improved documents delivery service through trend analysis of BL(The Great Britain), NLA(Australia), subito(German speaking countries), JST(Japan), KISTI(Korea) and KERIS(Korea) and copyright law in each country. The purpose of this study is providing with the clues for developing strategies that can satisfy the users' needs in document delivery service for libraries and information centers.

최근 그리드 미들웨어 개발 연구는 과학적 어플리케이션뿐만 아니라 상업적인 비즈니스 어플리케이션에서 활용가능하도록 웹서비스(Web service) 기술을 활용하고 있다. 이를 통해 정의된 그리드 서비스 구조를 Open Grid Service Architecture(OGSA)라고 한다. OGSA 를 통해 정의된 그리드 서비스 개념은 GGF 를 통해 OGSI 라는 표준 기술 명세서로 채택되었다. OGSI 를 지원하는 그리드 서비스는 확장성있고 상호운용성을 높여 다른 서비스와의 연동 및 통합을 쉽게 이루게 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 그리드 정보 서비스를 OGSI 기반의 서비스 구조인 Grid Advanced Information Service(GAIS)로 재구성한다. CAIS 는 그리드 미들웨어의 기본 서비스로써 다음의 특징을 가진다. 우선, 기존의 GT3 기반의 그리드 정보 서비스와의 서비스 인터페이스 측면에서 호환성을 가지면서, 내부적으로 동적 Virtual Organiaation(VO)관리 기능을 추가로 가진다. 그리고, 여러 GAIS 들간의 VO 정보를 관리할 수 있도록 Peer-to-peer 기반의 정보 분산기능을 가진다. 또한, GAIS 내 등록된 서비스들에 대해서는 Service data에 따른 그룹화를 통해 서비스 discovery기능을 강화하게 된다. 그리드 사용자는 GAIS 를 통해 다양한 VO 에 대한 정보를 검색하고, VO 의 생성 및 참여할 수 있고, 자신이 속한 VO 에 대하여 효율적으로 자원정보 및 서비스 데이터(Service Data)를 접근할 수 있다.

SDI(Selective Dissemination of Information) is on demand service to inform to the user applies a service after inputting a search strategy, when new information is obtained. This Paper propose the ways to develope the dynamic RSS channel generator for supporting SDI service. The RSS which is a kind of syndication technology enables a part or the whole of the content which it provides from web site to be able to be used in different service. It is protocol to summarize and share various contents on web site. Also, the users register the channel RSS to the RSS aggregator system and recommend it. It can drive to share of knowledge between researchers.

The EDISON is a platform that supports numerical analysis for problem solving in computational science and engineering. We provide a cloud service for users, and provide an environment to access and execution of the simulation service on the web. For now, the EDISON platform provides simulation services for eight applied field on computational science engineering. Users can check the numerical analysis result by web in the computational science and engineering platform. In addition, various services such as community activity with other researchers, and the configuration of simulation environment by user 's needs can be provided. A representative service of the EDISON platform is a web-based simulation service that performs numerical analysis for problem solving of various computational science and engineering. Currently, EDISON platform provides workbench simulation service. It is the web-based simulation execution environment, and result analysis to provide simulation regardless of various personal computing resource or environment in each numerical analysis. In this paper, we build an interface for pre and post processor that can be used in conjunction with the workbench-based simulation service provided by EDISON platform. We provide a development environment with interface that is implemented by applying a pre and post processor optimized for the simulation service. According to simulation and execution are performed by linking the new workbench-based simulation service to the pre and post processor.

Although wireless devices ar the most suitable for ubiquitous environment, they have restrictive capacities when using internet services than desktop environment. Considering different system features of mobile devices such as small display and limited input capability, an alternative scheme to access the Web efficiently is required. In the paper, we propose a mobile service method of S&T information content to support ubiquitous environment though the case study of KISTI's Scent of Science content service based on mobile.

The Science and Technology Information Service provided by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) is a service designed to allow users to easily and conveniently search and view content that is built similar to the general information service. NDSL is KISTI's core science, technology and information service, providing about 138 million content and having about 93 million page views in a year of 2019. In this paper, various insights were derived through the analysis of how science and technology information such as academic papers, reports and patents provided by NDSL is searched and utilized through web services (https://www.ndsl.kr) and search query words. In addition to general statistics such as the status of content construction, utilization status and utilization methods by type of content, monthly/weekly/time-of-day content usage, content view rate per one-time search by content type, the comparison of the use status of academic papers by year, the relationship between the utilization of domestic academic papers and the KCI index we analyzed the usability of each content type, such as academic papers and patents. We analyzed query words such as the language form of query words, the number of words of query words, and the relationship between query words and timeliness by content type. Based on the results of these analyses, we would like to propose ways to improve the service. We suggest that NDSL improvements include ways to dynamically reflect the results of content utilization behavior in the search results rankings, to extend query and to establish profile information through non-login user identification for targeted services.

[ $OntoFrame^{(R)}$ ] system provides information dissemination service and inference service, based on Semantic Web framework to fully support R&D activities. Although it is one of state-of-the-art systems in the viewpoint of functionality, we are not able to declare whether it has satisfiable usability because of the omission of usability test in development process. Thus, this research tries to reveal the usability level of the $OntoFrame^{(R)}$, and further to find ways to achieve a user-center system. Both 'theory-based assessment' by a software ergonomics expert and 'user test' by four users are used for evaluating the usability of the $OntoFrame^{(R)}$. We look forward this research to being a basic reference for practical systems aiming at satisfiable usability.

With the high interest and the results of active research in life science and Bioinformatics recent years, various information and resources have been produced and new algorithms have been developed to analyze those. Web Services is a computer technology using XML, SOAP, WSDL and UDDI. This paper introduces the One Stop Web Services program developed in CCBB which has a graphic user interface for users.

근래 들어 생명과학 및 생명정보에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 활발한 연구 활동의 결과물로 많은 정보를 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 또한 방대한 생명정보를 분석할 수 있는 많은 알고리즘이 개발되었으며 웹 기술이 발달함에 따라 생명정보의 활용도가 높아져서 다양한 방법으로 정보서비스가 가능하게 되었다. 특히 XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI를 사용하는 Web Services는 분산 컴포넌트 기반의 컴퓨팅 기술로 최신의 기술이다. 이에, 바이오인포매틱스센터에서는 CCBB, NCBI, EBI, DDBJ 등의 사이트에서 배포한 Web Services에 접근하여 입력 값과 출력된 결과를 확인 및 유지하고, 객체들의 흐름을 볼 수 있는 프로그램으로 One-Stop Web Services를 개발하였다. One-Stop Web Services는 GUI 환경의 인터페이스로 사용자에게는 용이한 실행 환경을 제공하므로, Web Services 개발자에게 사용자 인터페이스 개발 부담을 줄일 수 있다.

Our research team implemented and operated the system by analyzing the membership information and identifying the different preferences for each group and providing the results of the recommendation based on accumulated membership information and activity log data to the individual. The utilization log was followed up. We analyzed how many people use recommended services and analyzed whether there are any factors other than the personalization service algorithm that affect the service utilization of the system with personalization. In addition, we propose recommendation methods based on behavioral changes when incentives are given through analyzing patterns of users' usage according to methods of recommending services and contents that are often used based on analysis contents.
