  • Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is the basic strategy for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages, and reflects the most basic value orientation and development concept of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between corporate culture, innovation ability and core competitiveness of enterprises from the perspective of corporate social responsibility, and to establish a model and analyze the survey data of 32 agricultural science and technology enterprises in Tianjin by using SPSS23.0. As a result of the study, we found that corporate social responsibility (Ethical responsibility, Philanthropic responsibility) has a significant positive impact on corporate culture and innovation ability, corporate culture has a significant positive impact on innovation ability and corporate core competitiveness, and innovation ability has a significant positive impact on corporate core competitiveness. Therefore, it is suggested that agricultural science and technology enterprises should fulfill their social responsibilities, form a unique corporate culture, serve agriculture with science and technology, and constantly improve the ability of agricultural science and technology innovation, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.

  • This research aims to evaluate the current state of technology of enterprises in Vietnam in comparison with several countries in the AEC economic community, thereby to propose several recommendations to Vietnamese enterprises in order able to promote technology innovation activities, create competitiveness with enterprises in the region. Qualitative research methods are used through statistics and comparative descriptions from data collected from various sources: WEF, World Bank, CIEM, General Statistic Office. The study results show that Vietnamese enterprises still have many limitations in technology, originated from their small business scale (capital and labor), the current research capacity is still low, the funding for this activity is not high and the accessibility of the capital is still difficult. According to the Global Competitiveness Index, Vietnam's science and technology indexes are low compared to other AEC-developed countries including the availability of the latest technology; the acquisition of technology at the enterprise level; the capacity of improvement; quality of scientific research organizations..., which shall be a major barrier for Vietnamese enterprises to have to overcome to be able to create the competitiveness when entering the global market. From then on, the authors proposed solutions for two subjects, enterprises and government, to help Vietnamese enterprises to overcome this barrier.

  • Based on the concept of advertising expenditure, manufacturing firm performance, and enterprise life cycle, this research conducts the listed Chinese manufacturing listed in 2016-2018 as the research sampling and divides these listed companies into three periods: growth, maturity, and decline. Next, this paper conducts empirical research from three aspects: advertising expenditure or investment and manufacturing firm performance, lag effect of advertising expenditure, and outcome effect and lag effect of advertising investment. It is found that in different stages of manufacturing enterprises, different advertising expenditures will have different impacts on the performance of manufacturing enterprises. In the growth stage, the advertising investment of manufacturing enterprises will significantly affect the performance results of the current period, and there will be the long-term lag effect. In contrast, the mature stage of enterprises' advertising investment has a shorter period of lag effect, while in the recession stage, the mature stage of manufacturing enterprises' advertising investment will have a shorter period of lag effect. The empirical results are not significant. This study provides a reference for manufacturing enterprises in different stages in the decision-making of advertising investment.

  • Background: Goal-oriented communication of risk of hazards is necessary in order to reduce risk of workers' exposure to chemicals. Adequate training of workers and enterprise priority setting are essential elements. Cleaning enterprises have many challenges and the existing paradigms influence the risk levels of these enterprises. Methods: Information on organization and enterprises' prioritization in training programs was gathered from cleaning enterprises. A measure of enterprises' conceptual level of importance of chemical health hazards and a model for working out the risk index (RI) indicating enterprises' conceptual risk level was established and used to categorize the enterprises. Results: In 72.3% of cases, training takes place concurrently with task performances and in 67.4% experienced workers conduct the trainings. There is disparity between employers' opinion on competence level of the workers and reality. Lower conceptual level of importance was observed for cleaning enterprises of different sizes compared with regional safety delegates and occupational hygienists. Risk index values show no difference in risk level between small and large enterprises. Conclusion: Training of cleaning workers lacks the prerequisite for suitability and effectiveness to counter risks of chemical health hazards. There is dereliction of duty by management in the sector resulting in a lack of competence among the cleaning workers. Instituting acceptable easily attainable safety competence level for cleaners will conduce to risk reduction, and enforcement of attainment of the competence level would be a positive step.

  • This paper present a current predicting control method for PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor) to improve the tracking performance of stator current, which regards the current vector as the control target. Solving the model state equation in the static frame (α-β frame), the dynamic change of current vector will be gained as three independent terms. These change terms, which contain the prediction of current vector, are discretized and simplified by Taylor series expansion and used to get the voltage vector as the predictive control quantity. SVPWM will transform the control voltage to the switching signal of inverter, which is newly deduced for the current vector. Simulation and experiment results are given to testy and verify the performance of this method.
