Recently, together with advancement of domestic aviation industry, overseas tourists using planes have been soared. This study aimed to investigate the risk of diseases for the passengers and flight attendants from the exposed cosmic radiation during the flight by domestic and international literature reviews, as follows. Airliners should develop the program to measure the actual radiation dose and prepare the portable devices for radiation measurement in flight to lower the accumulated dose of cosmic radiation by the attendants. Regulation should be prepared to check the exposed dose during the flight for the passengers by announcement of individual exposed radiation dose which has been provided only to the flight attendants. Passengers and flight attendants should recognize they are exposed to excessive cosmic radiation during the flight and civilians should be protected by the cosmic radiation when they use the flights, which should be prepared by the regulations.

In this paper, we analyze the current research technology trends through the literature reviews of technical outlines of electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, domestic and overseas policy trends, etc. After analyzing the literature, we found out while the re-use and recycling of waste batteries and the in-wheel motor systems are essential areas for the development of electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, the related research is not quite sufficient, so the direction for further research is proposed at the conclusion.

The purpose of this study is to introduce a proposed Framework for Evaluating the Return on Investment (ROI) of E-Learning Programs at Saudi Universities. To achieve this goal, the descriptive analysis methodology is used to analyze the literature review about e-learning and its evaluation from different viewpoints, especially from the ROI-related perspective. As well as the literature reviews related to ROI and the methods of calculating it inside society institutes. This study suggests a conceptual framework for evaluating the ROI of E-Learning Programs at Saudi Universities. This framework is based on the merging process among the analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE) model for designing e-learning programs, which gives detailed procedures for executing the program, several evaluating models for e-learning, and the Kirkpatrick model for evaluating the ROI of e-learning. It consists of seven stages (analysis, calculating the costs, design, development, implementation, calculation of the benefits, and calculation of the final ROI).

In spite of the development of the service industry, research on measuring customers' service satisfaction is far insufficient. Therefore, ways to measure the service quality accurately need to be established due to the ambiguous types of service business. This research classifies the types of service business into service factory, service shop, mass service, professional service by using Schmenner's Service Process Matrix and conducts research on domestic literature that measured service satisfaction with Servqual and ServPerf. This study intends to suggest guidelines to measure customer satisfaction according to types of service business by researching ways to measure service satisfaction according to the types of service business and analysing the actual application methods based on a table that summarizes previous research on Servqual and Servperf.

There hasn't been a study searching for various methods of instruction and orientation in the use of a college library. By searching through the western literature in this field from 1961, I was amazed by the vast literature and enormous study done on it. I tried to introduce the most important articles in this field which can help mold our methods of library instruction. There has been quite a few cries for the use of new methods, of newer media, for increased number of students. Promising future lies in the area of programmed instruction and audiovisual aids to teaching, which should be developed into course-related library instruction.

Several alternative manufacturing control strategies are under study in the literature. They are, specifically, push system, pull system, conwip system, and as a special case, infinite buffer system. We focus on modeling, comparison analysis and design of these systems. The event epoch sequences of each system are generated which also enable us to compare their performance. Then the stochastic monotonicity of these enent epoch sequences in several important design parameters are established through the structure of the generalized semi-Markov schemes on which they are based. Finally, we solve the stochastic optimization problem which minimizes these event epochs. Our results supplement the applicability of some previously known results in the literature.

The increasing importance of end-user computing(EUC) is reflected in the proliferation of academic and practitioner literature on the subject. However, much of this literature assumes widely differing dimensions of EUC, which tends to make many researchers suggest different success factors for managing EUC. Moreover, the variables regarding EUC management have been considerably restricted in previous research. In order to overcome these problems, this study focuses on identifying EUC dimensions theoretically and deriving generic variables representing the mode of EUC management by factor analysis first. Then, based on these EUC dimensions and generic variables for EUC management, effective ways of managing EUC are hypothesized and tested empirically through a mail survey of end-users in 83 Korean business organizations. The results suggest that effective management of EUC should be different depending upon which dimension more importance is attached to in implementing EUC.

Pancreatic metastasis from malignant phyllodes tumor (PT) of the breast is rare, and only a few cases have been reported in the literature. Here, we report a case of pancreatic metastasis from malignant PT of the breast in a 48-year-old woman. She had had three episodes of recurrence of malignant PT in her right breast. She presented with epigastric pain for 2 months. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a 6 cm-sized, well-defined, heterogeneous mass with peripheral enhancement in the body of the pancreas. Endoscopic ultrasonography-guided fine-needle aspiration was performed, and the pathologic report suggested spindle cell mesenchymal neoplasm. Subsequently, surgical excision was performed, and the mass was confirmed as a metastatic malignant PT. The imaging findings are discussed and the literature is briefly reviewed in this report.

With the implementation of the "Critical Disaster Punishment Act" in 2022, the safety and health management system within the organization is being established and awareness of the importance of safety culture is spreading. Measuring the level of safety culture in an organization can grasp the perception and attitude of members about safety. You can also identify the safety-related problems and improvements of the organization. In this study, prior studies on the safety culture level scale were considered, focusing on domestic literature studied from 2001 to 2021. Domestic literature was analyzed by research period, research field, author, core terms, and constituent factors of scale. The implications of the research trend analysis results of the safety culture level scale were derived.
