Purpose: Online distribution channel alludes to the many different digital channels utilized in marketing and distributing goods and services to end users. The present research aims to explore and provide various retail strategy for the success of the art market within online distribution channel. Research design, data and methodology: The current author has conducted and investigate the qualitative textual methodology to take a look at carefully the current and prior literature dataset to achieve the purpose of the present research so that the present author could obtain total 27 relevant prior studies. Results: According to the comprehensive literature investigation, this research has found that there are six kinds of retail strategy for the prosperity of the art market within online distribution channel as follows: (1) Blockchain Technology, (2) Artificial Intelligence (AI), (3) Virtual Reality (VR), (4) Online Market Places, (5) Social Media, and (6) Regulations. Conclusions: The results of this analysis of the relevant literature show that the art market industry needs to adjust to keep up with the quickly shifting landscape of the digital world. In addition, although these technologies can be helpful in addressing difficulties linked to authenticity and transparency, they cannot eliminate the hazards of fraud and misrepresentation.

In this paper, under some new appropriate conditions imposed on the parameter and mappings involved in the resolvent operator associated with a P-accretive mapping, its Lipschitz continuity is proved and an estimate of its Lipschitz constant is computed. This paper is also concerned with the construction of a new iterative algorithm using the resolvent operator technique and Nadler's technique for solving a new system of generalized multi-valued resolvent equations in a Banach space setting. The convergence analysis of the sequences generated by our proposed iterative algorithm under some appropriate conditions is studied. The final section deals with the investigation and analysis of the notion of H(·, ·)-co-accretive mapping which has been recently introduced and studied in the literature. We verify that under the conditions considered in the literature, every H(·, ·)-co-accretive mapping is actually P-accretive and is not a new one. In the meanwhile, some important comments on H(·, ·)-co-accretive mappings and the results related to them appeared in the literature are pointed out.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze literature related to nursing team effectiveness and to summarize the definition variables included, measurement tools, and findings. Basic data on operation and research for team effectiveness in nursing units was sought. Methods: A literature search was performed to identify all studies published between 2003 and 2016 from periodicals indexed in PUBMED, CINAHL, SCIENCE DIRECT, RISS, KISS, and NAL databases. The following keywords were used in the search: 'team effectiveness', 'nurse', 'nursing', and 'hospital'. Ten studies were analyzed. Results: The analysis included domestic and international literature on nursing team effectiveness. The foreign literature included studies of various organizations including nurses, use of various research tools, leadership programs and/or new nursing delivery systems. In the Korean studies, most of the research on team effectiveness surveyed nurses on team satisfaction, team commitment, and team performance in general nursing units, operating rooms, and intensive care units. Conclusion: The findings show the necessity to develop a definition of team effectiveness that can be accepted comprehensively in nursing organizations in Korea. The definition should reflect team effectiveness that includes all cooperating units not only nurses of the nursing unit but also all other related health care teams.

Conrad's novels, specifically the Lingard Trilogy-Almayer's Folly, An Outcast of the Islands, and The Rescue-and Lord Jim, set in the Southeast Asian or Malay Archipelago can be considered travel literature that played a significant role in British imperial expansion. Conrad's Malay novels were based not only on his experience in the region during his commercial journey but also on information from earlier travel writings about the Malays and their customs, including James Brooke's journals. The English traders in Conrad's novels, namely Lingard and Jim, were partly modeled on Brooke, the White Rajah, who founded and ruled the English colony on the northwest of Borneo in the 1840s. The white traders in Conrad's novels, who act as enlightened rulers, represent the British commercial expansionism, which was obscured by the phenomenon of the civilizing mission in the late nineteenth century. On the other hand, the colonial official Clifford's tales and novels about British Malaya demonstrate the typical travel accounts of the late nineteenth century that stress the civilizing mission over commercial exploitation. The concept of the enlightening mission was rooted in evolutionary anthropological thinking, which developed as part of the natural history in the early nineteenth century. In fact, the development of natural history, stimulating British expansion in search of commercially exploitable resources and lands, enabled travel writing as the collection of natural knowledge to become a profitable business. In Conrad, the white characters are mainly traders acting as colonial rulers, while in Clifford, they are scientific rulers with their commercial interests rarely apparent. In sum, Conrad's novels reveal that the new imperialism of the civilizing mission is still a commercial one, which disturbs rather than contributes to the imperial expansion-in contrast to other travel literature such as Clifford's.

Purpose - This study reviews Cameroon's economic growth, crisis, and recovery, aiming to: review the principal factors of Cameroon's real economic growth; explore the causes of its economic crisis analyze the determinants of its economic recovery; and suggest appropriate policies to ameliorate economic growth. Research design, data, and methodology - By reviewing the relevant literature and economic indicators, we observed that from the 1980s to the present, Cameroon experienced all the possible business cycle phases: economic prosperity (until 1985), economic and social crisis (1986-1994), and renewed economic growth (after 1995). Results - As a result of the economic changes in Cameroon, its macroeconomic indicators have evolved. Poverty and inequality have changed in both quantitative and qualitative terms. Throughout the examined period, rural poverty has become more widespread, deeper, and more severe than urban poverty, while inequality has experienced greater increases in urban areas relative to rural zones. Conclusions -To reap maximum benefits and reduce poverty from these economic changes, Cameroon needs to liberalize trade and foreign exchange transactions to attract foreign investment, especially during the current globalization.

국립중앙도서관의 국립디지털도서관 설립이 추진되면서 디지털도서관의 성공적인 운영을 위한 정책수립에 대한 관심과 기대가 고조되고 있다. 그동안 국내의 경우 도서관정책과 관련된 연구나 지원은 매우 한정적이었으나 앞으로 급변하는 정보환경에서 발전해가야 하는 디지털도서관 환경과 문제점을 고려할 때 체계화되고 구체화된 정보서비스정책의 수립은 선행되고 지속적으로 발전되어야 할 과제라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 디지털도서관 정책수립과 관련된 문헌조사와 해외 사례조사를 통하여 앞으로 국립디지털도서관을 비롯한 디지털도서관 정보서비스정책 수립을 위한 핵심요인과 과제를 추출함으로써 디지털도서관 정보서비스정책수립의 새로운 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

한국에서 이용되는 의학정보데이터베이스는 대부분 미국 국립의학도서관의 MEDLINE을 이용하고 있고, 한국에서 생산되는 의학정보의 통합 데이터베이스가 없다. 한국의 의학종합정보를 공동으로 구축하고 활용하기 위하여 국내의 의학정보를 제공하고 있는 도서관간의 정보를 통합하여 단일 데이터베이스를 구축하여 이용자에게 제공할 수 있는 기사색인 시스템, 종합목록 시스템 상호대차 시스템을 설계하였다. WWW상에서 학술잡지의 소장기관을 검색할 수 있고, 국내문헌의 기사색인시스템을 검색하여 상호대차시스템과 연계하는 One Stop시스템을 설계하였다. 전국의 한국의학도서관 협의회 회원기관이 소장사항을 공동으로 입력하고, 상호대차(원문복사) 서비스시스템도 하나의 시스템에 처리하고 요금정산도 할 수 있는 의학도서관 사서가 편리하게 활용할 수 있는 토탈시스템을 구축하는 것이다.

In the theory of hypergeometric and generalized hypergeometric series, classical summation theorems have been found interesting applications in obtaining various series identities for ${\Pi}$, ${\Pi}^2$ and ${\frac{1}{\Pi}}$. The aim of this research paper is to provide twelve general formulas for ${\frac{1}{\Pi}}$. On specializing the parameters, a large number of very interesting series identities for ${\frac{1}{\Pi}}$ not previously appeared in the literature have been obtained. Also, several other results for multiples of ${\Pi}$, ${\Pi}^2$, ${\frac{1}{{\Pi}^2}}$, ${\frac{1}{{\Pi}^3}}$ and ${\frac{1}{\sqrt{\Pi}}}$ have been obtained. The results are established with the help of the extensions of classical Gauss's summation theorem available in the literature.

In the literature study by the comparative method was carried out on the book of an Introduction to oriental medicine, which was published in China, recently. The results were as follows: The contents of the book was divided by Introduction, Um-Yang-O-Hang(陰陽五行), Qi-Hyul-Chinec(氣血津液), Jang-Bu(臟腑學說), Meridian(經絡), Etiology, Diagnosis, and treatment. This study did not treat the Ancient Chineses character hard to understnad, methodlolgy of traditional literature, and comparison to the western medicine.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to review literature on anger management intervention programs for parents published over the last 10 years and to extract the key elements of the interventions through an integrative review. Methods: This research was carried out in stages following Whittemore and Knafl's integrative literature methodology. Key words in Korean and English were used to search the PubMed, MEDLINE, EMbase, CINAHL, RISS, KISS and National Assembly Library databases. Several intervention factors were extracted from the selected papers on the basis of the framework which was helpful to identify the intervention patterns and were classified into meaningful themes. Results: The extracted intervention factors from the final nine studies classified into four themes: 1) Modifying irrational beliefs through cognitive approaches, 2) Empowering parenting competencies through learning a parent's role, 3) Utilizing emotion management skills, and 4) Parent-child relationship improvement training based on self-reflection. Conclusion: Four main themes were drawn from the key components of the various interventions. These findings should be considered in practice, and further intervention development studies for parents using these findings should be conducted.
