State information policy is an important component of foreign and domestic policy of the country and covers all spheres of society. The rapid development of the information sphere is accompanied by the emergence of fundamentally new threats to the interests of the individual, society, state and its national security. The article considers the components of the state information policy to ensure information security of the country and identifies the main activities of public authorities in this area. Internal and external information threats to the national security of Ukraine and ways to guarantee the information security of the country are analyzed. Information security is seen as a component of national security, as well as a global problem of information protection, information space, information sovereignty of the country and information support of government decisions. Approaches to ensure the process of continuity of the information security system of the state in order to monitor new threats, identify risks and levels of their intensity are proposed.

This paper presents a robust nonlinear autopilot design method based on dynamic inversion and PI(Proportional-Integral) control law. The new controller structure which is different from previous work is composed of classical linear PI control law and nonlinear fast dynamic inversion. A pitch axis model of highly maneuverable missiles and a linearized model for designing Pl controller are presented. The performance of proposed method is illustrated via nonlinear simulations including aerodynamic uncertainties and actuator dynamics.

This study aims to substantiate an interdisciplinary methodology for automated analysis and qualitative assessment of legislation and court decisions. The development of this kind of methodology will make it possible to fill a number of methodological gaps in various research areas, including law effectiveness assessment and legal monitoring. We have defined a methodology based on the interdisciplinary principles and tools. In general, it should be noted that even at the level of qualitative assessment made with the use of the methodology described above, the accumulation of knowledge about the relationship between legal objectives, indicators and computer methods of their identification can reduce the role of expert knowledge and subjective factor in the process of assessment, planning, forecasting and control over the state of legislation and law enforcement. Automation of intellectual processes becomes inevitable in a digital society, but, releasing experts from routine work, simultaneously reorients it to development of interdisciplinary methods and control over their application.

사토시 나타모토에 의해 블록체인 기술이 개발되고 비트코인이 새로운 암호화폐 시장을 개척한 이후 여러 암호 화폐들이 등장하고 그 수와 규모는 나날이 증가하고 있다. 또한 블록체인 기술의 익명성과 여러 취약점을 이용한 범죄들이 발생하고 있으며 이에 취약점 개선과 범죄 예방을 위한 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있으나 범죄를 저지르는 사용자들을 탐지해내기엔 역부족이다. 따라서 네트워크 내 자금 세탁, 자금 탈취 등 이상 행위를 탐지 하는 것은 매우 중요하며 이에 본 논문에서는 비트코인 네트워크의 트랜잭션 및 유저 그래프의 특징들을 수집하고 이로부터 통계정보를 추출한 후 이를 로그 스케일 상에서 플롯으로 나타낸다. 시각화된 플롯을 Densification Power Law와 Power Degree Law에 따라 분석하고 결과적으로 비트코인 네트워크 내 비정상 트랜잭션 및 비정상 유저를 포함하는 이상 탐지에 적절한 특징들을 제시한다.

본 연구에서는 구획화재의 연구에 적용되는 환기 변수에 근거한 상사 법칙의 유효성을 평가하기 위해 실규모 및 2/5 축소 구획에 대한 화재를 FDS를 이용하여 모사하고 기존의 실험 및 해석 결과간의 상호 비교 분석을 수행하였다. 상층부 주요 위치에서의 온도에 대한 실험 결과를 근거로 수치해석 모델의 유효성을 확보하였다. 구획 내부의 온도 및 농도 분포와 구획 출구에서의 속도 분포 등에 대한 다양한 특성에 대한 분석을 통해 축소 법칙의 유효성을 평가하였다. 실규모 및 축소 구획에 대한 화재 해석 결과를 비교할 때, 구획 내부 유동 형태 및 화염의 분출 거동, 구획 내부 수직 온도 분포 등의 특성에 대해서 유사한 결과를 보여주었다.

This study examines the impact of CSR and its authenticity on customer loyalty through the brand image in the chain coffee shop industry. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, 601 survey questionnaires were distributed, of which 491 were analyzed. The results show that CSR has a positive impact on brand image and customer loyalty. In addition, authenticity does not moderate the impact of CSR on brand image and loyalty, as it is difficult for customers to verify the authenticity of CSR action programs. This study emphasizes the importance of CSR action programs and authenticity for businesses to sustainably enhance their distinctive brand image and customer loyalty. Therefore, for sustainable development in the future, managers of coffee shop chains need to focus on the following issues. First, the most important thing is the right awareness of businesses regarding CSR and CSR authenticity. Third, businesses should strengthen the transparency of CSR action programs in various media so that consumers can easily verify authenticity, to increase brand image and improve customer loyalty.

A comparative study on the prevention regulation of historical heritage between Korea and Japan. Every years fire accident to historical building is increasing such as Daewoongjun, Naksansa, Namdaemun and so on. The aim of this comparative study is to investigate and compare the prevention regulation in the side of fire safety of historical building between Korea and Japan. This study focus on the background of development and exchange of Fire safety law in Japan because of same condition, building material and prevention regulation.

본 연구는 도서관 등이 저작권이 있는 저작물을 이용하여 복제 및 전송에 의해 합법적으로 정보자원을 개발$\cdot$서비스할 수 있도록 $\lceil$도서관에서의 복제 및 전송에 관한 저작권 지침$\rfloor$을 개발하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 먼저 현행 저작권법의 도서관 면책 규정과 저작권 보상에 관한 선행 연구와 2005년 저작권법 개정안을 검토하였다. 본 연구가 제시한 지침의 도입 부분에서는 도서관 등에서의 복제 및 전송에 관한 저작권 지침의 목적과 의의를 밝혔고, 이 지침에서 사용하는 용어에 대해 정의를 내렸다. 이 지침의 본문 부분에서는 도서관 실무자에게 필요한 복제 및 전송에 관한 도서관 면책 규정과 저작권 보상에 관한 사항을 총체적으로 담아낸 가이드라인을 구체적으로 제시하였다.

우리나라 사서자격제도와 양성 체계는 도서관 주변 환경의 변화와 더불어 도서관법의 제정과 일부 또는 전부 개정 과정을 거치면서 지금에 이르고 있다. 이 연구는 도서관법과 사서직원 등의 자격 제도 및 양성 체계와 관련하여 세부 내용을 조사 분석한 후, 다음과 같이 3가지로 나누어 기술한 것이다. 첫째, 그 변화 추이를 고찰하고, 둘째, 사서자격제도와 시행 효과를 살펴보며, 셋째, 사서자격제도 및 양성 체계상의 문제점을 도출하고, 이에 대한 개략적인 개선 방향을 제시하고 있다.

우리나라의 "제조물책임법" 시행 후 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 보완하기 위해 화재조사 제도의 개선이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 제조물책임법의 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 현재 시행되고 있는 국내 외 화재조사의 특성을 알아보고 비교하여 경찰화재조사, 소방화재조사, 사설 화재감정의 기관별 화재조사의 목적과 문제점을 파악하였다. 그에 따른 개선방안으로는 첫째, 민간 사설 화재감식, 감정, 해석 업체의 필요성 둘째, 화재조사 제도의 소방, 경찰의 일원화 셋째, 대학에 화재 감정 관련학과 설립과 감정업 자격 제도 신설 등을 제안하였다.
