교육시설의 복합화를 위한 공간구성에 관한 연구 - 고령자 복지시설과의 복합화를 위한 공용공간구성을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Space Constitution for the Complex of Educational Facilities - Focused on Public Space Formation for Composition of Complex with Welfare Facilities for the Aged -)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyzing the welfare function of the senior citizen with similar type of compounding the school facility, to analyze the problematical point of present condition. And also propose the spatial constitution which the student and the regional senior citizen are easy to utilize on the basis of the result. In a type of educational facility composition, it became clear that a ratio and the inflection order that elderly welfare facilities occupied of vacant class room were low. In other words, in composition of a school facilities, elderly welfare facilities can be said to be an important problem. As a result of having analyzed an existing compound facilities, there was limited interchange of student and a the aged. In addition, there were problems such as learning environment by an intersection of circulation. Therefore, composition of educational facility and elderly welfare facilities is not space composition that is intersection of simple specification function. In other words, a program of the common space which is necessary for the local community formation is necessary. Setting of semi-public area proposes the function of the existing facility and actual condition of spatial use in prerequisite.

  • The idea that a school could take a role of educating each community personnel as well as students and the school building could be a center in a community is discussed in this paper. Also, as rental housings being included in the community and placed near school buildings, school facilities can be shared and cover the shortage of social welfare facilities. Thus urban social facilities including schools, social and cultural facilities, and rental housings should be planned as a bundled scheme. The objective of this Paper is to find the suitability of building a complex of school, gymnasium, cultural facilities, welfare facilities in school sites, and building rental housing in public building sites, such as cultural facilities and welfare facilities, gymnasium sites in the City of Pyeong Teak. It is found that this assumption can be proved when building a public school of 6 to 7 story or a rental apartment with a floor area ratio of 150% - 200%.

점진적 개발 단계를 고려한 새만금 복합곡물단지의 동태적 마스터플랜 수립 (Dynamic Masterplan of the Saemangeum Grain Complex for Progressive Development)

  • The grain complex of Saemangeum is created for promoting the foundation of agriculture combined the global competitiveness. However, the masterplan is being also revised with changing of local conditions and social needs. Thus, the dynamic masterplan is needed to consider the change of time for Saemangeum project. The present study was made to set up the dynamic masterplan of Saemangeum grain complex for handling the change such as project progress, local environment, and project conditions flexibly. In this study, the dynamic masterplan for the progressive development of water supply, farmland composition, and introduction facilities is presented to the 6-2 zone in three stages. We believed that the water supply would be possible through the pumping and desalination facilities with the development stages. The farmland composition proceeded for each complex with reclamation, soil preparation, and soft soil processing. And it is planned to carry out crop cultivation from the complex where the construction is completed first. The introduction facilities were analyzed focusing on the silos and forage loading facilities, and the optimal location of them was selected using road and accessibility. The concept of dynamic masterplan may provide the direction for the planning and progress of reclamation project.

지역공공시설 재편성을 통한 학교시설 복합화 방안에 관한 연구 - 강남구의 지역공공시설 및 초·중·고등학교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Local Public Facilities Reorganization Through the Mixed-use of Educational Facilities - Focusing on Elementary, Middle and High School of Gangnam Area and Public Facilities -)

  • This study focuses on the review of the present condition of schools and regional public facilities and finds out the basic direction and practical task to utilize a mixed-use school as a regional community hub reorganizing schools and regional public facilities. School facilities have enough potential to be a center of everyday life and educational function with accessibility in neighborhood living environment. Nevertheless it has institutional limitation to make school facility work for entire region because schools and regional public facilities are built and administrated without collaboration of the local governments and office of education. Also current mixed-use school facilities are planned separately or laid out monotonously without local resident's demands. This research analyzes the possibility of mixed-use facility of current operating schools and regional public facilities in Gang-nam gu and categorizes possible public facilities for mixed-use. For successful complex plan of schools and public facilities, next step will be the improvement of administration and laws and the analysis of facilities what local residents need from the preliminary stage with consultation of various stakeholders.

근린재생을 위한 지역연계형 학교시설 계획방향 연구 (A Study on the Planning Direction of Local Connected School Facilities for the Neighborhood Regeneration)

  • As the number of students continues to decline, alternatives to regional linkage and utilization of school facilities in the region are being sought. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose programs and remodeling directions for school facilities for neighborhood regeneration in urban regeneration revitalization areas. To this end, first, this study analyzed changes in educational courses and policies in Korea. Second, domestic and foreign cases of combined operation of school facilities were analyzed. Third, implications for the improvement of local-linked school facilities were derived through policies and case analysis. Finally, the direction of the plan considering this was proposed.

첨단산업단지가 주변지역 주택가격에 미치는 영향요인 분석 (An Analysis on the Impacts of High-Tech Complex on Neighborhood Housing Price)

  • 본 연구는 지역의 첨단산업단지가 주변지역과 상호보완적 발전을 이루도록 개선방안을 제시하기 위해 성공사례로 꼽히는 서울디지털산업단지를 대상으로 주변지역 주택가격에 미치는 종합적 영향요인에 대한 실증분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 '첨단산업시설'요인 뿐 아니라 기존의 연구에서 주택가격 요인으로 충분히 고려되지 못했던 주변 입지특성으로 '교통시설', '편의시설', '안전시설', '문화체육시설' 등 다양한 주변 도시계획시설을 종합적으로 고려하였다. 이렇게 구축된 자료를 SPSS 18.0 Version을 이용하여 다중회귀분석 한 결과 첫째, 단지특성부문에서는 '노후도', '아파트 브랜드', '난방방식' 등이 주요 영향요인으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 입지특성의 중분류 부문으로 '교육시설', '교통시설', '안전시설', '복지시설', '문화체육시설', '편의시설' 등에서 세부 영향요인들이 도출되었다. 셋째, '첨단산업 내 우수기업' 역시 본 연구결과를 통하여 주택가격에 영향을 주는 영향요인으로 실증분석 되었다. 향후 첨단산업단지 주변지역의 상생발전을 위한 배후 주거지 개발계획이 수립 시 종합적 입지적 특성, 단지특성 등 주택가격 형성요인을 고려하고 첨단산업단지의 종사자와 부양가족에 실수요에 맞는 적합한 주택정책이 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

서광초등학교(初等學校)(가칭(假稱)) 기본계획(基本計劃) (A Schematic Design Study for Seokwang Elementary School)

  • The objective of this study is to propese a model of elementary school whih reflects the goal of the 7th Reform in Primary & Seconday School Curriculum and attracts prtvate investment through Seokwang elementaey snhool in Seosan. The chief concept of architectural planning on this school is brought out by the analysis of the 7th Reform which pursues a self-regulative and initiative education. Based on this analysis, a proper dimensions of each space are proposed and a new model of elementary school which includes zoning by grade in grouping of the classrooms and outdoor spaces is proposed. As there is no domestic example of the elementary school complex with attraction of private investment in public schools, the matters which must be consideed in planning of this complex are unvectigated, and actual plan for Seokwang elementary school is proposed.

복합설비를 위한 EMC 엔지니어링 연구 (Study on the EMC Engineering for Fixed Installations)

  • 스마트팩토리 (smart factory)를 비롯한 IIoT (industrial internet of things) 산업 분야에서는 최근 지능 정보화 기술의 발달로 전자기기들을 복합적으로 결합하여 설치하는 경우가 많다. 이와 같은 복합시설로부터 발생되는 전자파가 다른 기기 및 서비스에 영향을 주어 전자파 영향이 안전의 문제로 연결될 수 있으므로 복합시설 제어 시 발생하는 전자파간섭 (EMI; electromagnetic interference) 및 전자파적합성 (EMC; electromagnetic compatibility) 문제는 반드시 해결해야 할 필수 요소이며, 복합시설의 산업 육성을 위한 전자파 안전관리 기반이 마련되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 복합시설 등의 전자파 안전관리 대책 기반 조성을 위해 국가표준으로 개발된 전자파 안전관리 가이드라인에 의해 태양광 복합시설의 안전관리 실증을 수행하였다, 그 결과 태양광 전자파 안전관리를 통해 전자파 위험도를 관리 수준으로 낮추었으며, 국내 복합시설 전자파 안전관리 제도 마련을 위한 정책적 방안을 제시하였다.

  • House supplying rate of building facilities is over 100% in 2008. In modern society, many people are thus interested in maintenance phase of building facilities by environment improvement budget because 20 years or more of building facilities are increasing rapidly. Maintenance of building facilities is depending on various factors that impact on the environment improvement budget of building facilities. However, Various methods and factors are made up complex relationships. I will analyze that environment improvement budget associated with floor, gross area, local, school type, service life and other elements.

학교시설 복합화를 위한 표준협약서 개발 (Development of Standard Agreement for a School Complex Project)

  • A school building complex means building both the learning spaces of students and convenience space of community within school lands. The projects have has a positive effect on saving the national budget as well as expanding the learning spaces. The absence of standard agreement contracted through discussion of participants, however, has made many problems in the operated projects. Through analysis on the previous researches and conference, the paper finds main problems discussed in the operating step. And, the feasibility study is carried out in order to analyze the appropriateness of on the existing agreements on the problems. Finally, the paper presents the standard agreement for the school building complex projects. The practitioners can prevent the existing problems from new projects through using the proposed agreement. Furthermore, it is expected that the school building complex projects will be activated.
