Recruiting and maintaining capable IS personnel is crucial to on-time application developments and information services that can gear to corporate strategic planning and to achieve corporate goals and objectives. A shortage of fine IS staff has been always a threat to providing satisfactory IS services and a constraint that holds companies back to expand further and operate more efficiently. Therefore, it is necessary to understand factors that satisfy IS personnel and then restrain them not to leave their current job positions. However, little study has been done about what these factors are and how these factors are related to the turnover intention each other especially using domestic data. Therefore, this study suggested a structural turnover intention model and investigated relationships among the selected factors including demographic variables, career-related variables, job satisfaction, career satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intentions. Major findings are: i) overall, career-related variables, job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly determine the turnover intention, ii) contrary to the U.S. studies, our IS people tend to show lower organizational commitment as they become older and get more experience, and iii) contrary to the U.S.'s findings, career-related variables are negatively related to organizational commitment. Implications and discussions of these findings are also described.

Customer satisfaction and customer relationship are crucial aspect in any enterprises including housing construction projects. In general, the housing developers are facing a number of new challenges in different countries including Libya. The construction industries/housing developers need to continuously improve their products and services to meet customers' satisfaction desires and to remain in the current competitive market. This paper focuses on analysing the satisfaction factors of customers including qualityaspects of products and services in the construction projects. A framework was developed to evaluate the dynamics relationship between customer satisfaction and quality products or services, aiming to help companies' managers and policy makers to understand the needs and points of view of their customers. Apragmatic analysis was conducted to explore and analyse the customer satisfaction factors in construction industry considering different aspect of customer groups in Libya. Results indicate that there is a high demand of improvements in the contractor's performance in terms of cost, time and quality of products. It was also found that Libyan construction companies have been forced to transform their policies after on Libyan war 2011 to focus on client and customer satisfactory policies, or say centric for the purpose of improving client requirements and turn the business into more advantageous for any company.

This study investigates the effects of vanity and marital satisfaction on four aspects of clothing behavior. The data were collected from 258 housewives in Suwon and Seoul, and analyzed using factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test, multiple regression analysis, and a reliability test. The results of this study were as follows. 1) Three factors of vanity were identified (concern for physical appearance, concern for achievement, and positive view of physical appearance/achievement). Based on these three factors, the respondents were classified into three clusters. 2) Three factors of marital satisfaction were identified (relationship with husband, satisfactory life, and unsatisfactory life). Based on these three factors, the respondents were classified into two clusters. 3) There were significant differences in four aspects of clothing behavior according to the vanity clusters. 4) There was only significant difference in the sex appeal of clothing according to the marital satisfaction clusters. In conclusion, vanity was an important variable to influence fashion, exhibitionism, body improvement, and sex appeal of clothing behavior. The marital satisfaction significantly affected exhibitionism and body improvement for clothing behavior.

본 연구는 중국 대리시의 근린공원인 얼허공원(洱河公園)을 대상으로 공원 내 환경요소들이 노인의 만족도에 미치는 영향 요인을 도출하고 만족도를 분석하여 개선 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 먼저 노인을 대상으로 한 공원 및 외부 공간의 환경 평가와 관련된 선행연구를 통해 평가 지표를 선정하였으며, 설문조사와 요인분석을 실시하여 영향 요인을 도출하였다. 다음으로 노인들의 만족도를 알아보기 위해 퍼지 종합 평가를 실시하였으며, 개선 방안을 제시하기 위한 중요도와 성취도분석(IPA) 을 수행하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 요인분석을 통해 공원 환경요소들을 시설적합성 및 쾌적성, 이용편의성 및 안전성, 자연쾌적성, 도로편의성 4가지로 유형화하였다. 이를 바탕으로 얼허공원 환경요소에 대한 전체 만족도 등급은 만족과 보통 사이로, 자연쾌적성의 등급은 만족이고 시설적합성 및 쾌적성, 이용편의성 및 안전성의 등급은 보통으로, 도로편의성의 등급은 만족에 가깝게 나타났다. IPA 분석 결과 중요도는 높지만 만족도가 낮아 중점 개선이 필요한 항목은 휴게시설의 적절성, 편익시설의 적절성, 시설의 관리 상태, 진입의 안전성, 조명시설로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 노인 친화형 공원을 신설하거나 재정비할 때 활용 가능한 기초자료를 제공하여 만족도를 높이고자 하는데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop Deterioration Diagnosis System for the Reinforced Concrete Structure which can be used preliminary in determining the factors causing deterioration by simple inspection and mapping of the indicators of deterioration. Total 29 items compromising material, structural and constructional factors causing deterioration were considered in this system. Also the indicators of deterioration were subdivided into 54 items such as concrete crack pattern and steel corrosion etc. Each indicator of deterioration was quantatified by allocating and giving grade to each item which has extra weight according to its conscquence. Satisfactory results were obtatined by applying this Diagnosis system to the indicators of deterioration in ref. [3]. Further research was required on the indicators of deterioration in construction site to enhance the field applicability of this system.

When the fuzzy controller apply to a real plant, We have not excepted result of a satisfactory control by modeling error and lacking information about an plant. In this case, we have to adjust the control factors for improvement of the control performance and this method need a lot of time and cost for perform a trial and error. In this paper, we proposed the fuzzy regulator with the automatic adjustment of scaling factors. It was improve upon the control performance using a adequate scale factor by fuzzy inference. We implemented the controller using the DSP processor and applied in a hydraulic servo system. And then we observed an experimental results.

Analysis of pressures measured on the roof of the full-scale Texas Tech building and a 1/50 scale model of a typical house showed that the pressure fluctuations on cladding fastener and cladding-truss connection tributary areas have similar characteristics. The probability density functions of pressure fluctuations on these areas are negatively skewed from Gaussian, with pressure peak factors less than -5.5. The fluctuating pressure energy is mostly contained at full-scale frequencies of up to about 0.6 Hz. Pressure coefficients, $C_p$ and local pressure factors, $K_l$ given in the Australian wind load standard AS1170.2 are generally satisfactory, except for some small cladding fastener tributary areas near the edges.

The purpose of this paper is to develop an efficient production strategy with changing factors to influence the productivity. The factors would be the number of Multi-Function worker, the method of job dispatching, and lot size. A simulation model has been developed for this study. We used AutoMod simulation and the process activity was animated to follow the flow of process easily. The alternatives have been tested through the simulation model, and the various alternatives is proposed for the efficient production strategy. We hope that the system is applied to similar types of small and medium-sized enterprises to develop an efficient production strategy and to achieve the satisfactory result.

This investigation revealed not only the women's actual condition of dietary habits, but also the factors related to the formation of them. The subjects were 400 women at Seoul area. The results were as follows. 1. It was observed that their home descipline, the school education and consciousness were all related to the formation and their dietary habits, And that the practice and experience of preparing mea Is were most important in order to cultivate their good dietary habits 2. Actual condition of dietary habits were generally not satisfactory.

This research aims to examine consumers' general types of information search and their unsatisfactory factors in purchasing agricultural products on electronic commerce and analyze consumers' behavioral characteristics. As study subjects, 802 consumers who have visited the home pages of 14 households or companies, whose home pages are actively managed, were sampled. As a research tool, pop-up post and e-mail were used as research tools and questionnaires were asked three times. The date on research result were analyzed using SPSS 13 statistics package in terms of frequency, percentage, descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis.
