남자 간호사의 사회적지지, 정서적 소진 및 직무스트레스가 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Social Support, Emotional Exhaustion and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction and Intention to Leave of Male Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationship between social support, emotional exhaustion and job stress job satisfaction and intention to leave of male nurses. Methods: The subjects of this study were 90 male nurses working in hospitals, and data analysis was performed multiple regression analysis to examine factors affecting job satisfaction and intention to leave. Results: The current job satisfaction rate of male nurses was 52.8%, and the rate of intention to leave within one year was 38.2%. Job satisfaction was lower for male nurses as job stress was higher(${\beta}=-.44$), p<.001), and the higher the supervisory support in social support, the higher the job satisfaction(${\beta}=.23$), p=.011). The higher the emotional exhaustion, the higher the intention to leave(${\beta}=.35$, p<.001). Conclusion: In order to maintain male nurses as important nursing staff in hospitals, various policy are needed to reduce the job stress of male nurses and to increase job satisfaction by lowering job stress and to reduce the intention to leave by reducing emotional exhaustion.

가족 및 직업 특성이 중.장년기 남성의 심리적 복지감에 미치는영향 (The effects of Family and Employment Characteristics on the Psychological Well-being of Men in the Early/Middle Adulthood)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of family and employment characteristics on the psychological well-being of Korean men in their early/middle adulthood. For this purpose total-sample of 415 married white collar male workers in Seoul were selected. Major findings were as follows; First There was no significant difference between early adulthood and middle adulthood in the level of psychological well-being of married male workers. Second marital satisfaction parental role satisfaction and th employment rate of their spouses were higher among men in the early adulthood whereas the rate of specialized and managerial jobs and job flexibility were higher among men in the middle adulthood. Third parental status parental role satisfaction work flexibility job security and job satisfaction significantly affected the psychological well-being in the early adulthood whereas parental status parental role satisfaction the quality of relationship with colleagues and job s tisfaction had significant effects on it in the middle adulthood.

Trends in Patient Satisfaction from 1989-2003: Adjusted for Patient Characteristics

  • Purpose. To identify trends in patient satisfaction adjusted for sociodemographic factors and health status from 1989-2003. Methods. Five repeated cross-sectional surveys were used. The study sample included 290,534 household members 20 years of age and over from the five survey periods of 1989, 1992, 1995, 1999, and 2003. Satisfaction was measured using a five-point scale, ranging from "very satisfied" to "very dissatisfied." Crude satisfaction rates, representing the proportion of patients satisfied (very satisfied or satisfied), were calculated for each survey period. Satisfaction rates adjusted for age, sex, marital status, education, and self-rated health status were calculated for each of the five years. Results. Crude satisfaction rates increased from 15.4% in 1989 to 40.5% in 2003. The proportions of satisfaction and dissatisfaction were reversed after 15 years had passed. However, the satisfaction trend was not linear throughout the different years, with 1992 being the year with the lowest satisfaction rate (9.7%). These trends in crude rates did not change even after adjusting for patient characteristics. The odds of satisfaction in 1992 were 38% lower (odds ratio 0.62, 95% CI 0.60 to 0.64) than the odds in 1989. In 2003, the odds of satisfaction were 4.01 times (95% CI 3.89 to 4.13) the odds for 1989. Older, female, married, and less-educated people were more likely to be satisfied. Patients who rated their health as 'very good' had the highest satisfaction rate, and those with "neutral" health ratings had the lowest. General hospitals achieved substantial improvement whereas pharmacies became the lowest-rated of all institutions. Conclusions. The Korean health system has achieved better patient satisfaction rates over the past 15 years. Increased health expenditure, resources, and quality improvement efforts may have contributed to this progress.

대구지역의 섬유·의복 분야 일학습병행제 참여기업 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Companies Involved in Work and Learning Dual System at the Textile Clothing Sector in Daegu)

  • The aim of this study is to investigate the general status, operating status, and the satisfaction level of participating textile-clothing companies involved in the Work and Learning Dual System in Daegu. The general status and operating status of the participating companies are as follows. As of March 2016, 34 of the 43 companies in Daegu participated in this survey, and they were divided into three areas of textile: weaving, dyeing & finishing, and apparel manufacturing. The breakdown is as follows: 14 dyeing & finishing companies (41.2%), 13 apparel manufacturing companies (38.2%), and 7 textile weaving companies (23.6%). The results of the survey showed that 91.2% of the companies decided to participate in the system to cultivate their employees into experts in the field. The satisfaction rate of the theoretical education and training institutions was 3.88 out of 5 points. In particular, the satisfaction rate of the textile weaving companies was as high as 4.29, and the satisfaction level of the dyeing & finishing companies was higher than the average of 3.71. The overall satisfaction rate for the work-related paradigm was 3.97 out of 5 points. The results of this survey can be used to conclude that the Work and Learning Dual System is operating as it was intended to be by the government.

아킬레스건 파열의 수술적 치료 비교: 최소 절개 봉합술과 관혈적 봉합술 (A Comparative Study of Surgical Treatment in the Ruptured Achilles Tendon: Minimal incision and Open repair)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare and analyse the clinical outcomes of minimal incision repair and open repair in ruptured Achilles tendon. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the outcomes of 10 patients with minimal incision repair (group 1) and 19 patients with open repair (group 2) from February 2007 to June 2011. The postoperative clinical evaluations were done by Arner-Lindholm scale, AOFAS score, overall patient's satisfaction and cosmetic satisfaction of scar. Results: There was no statistical difference between two groups in Arner-Lindholm scale, AOFAS score, overall patient's satisfaction (p=1.21, 0.87, 1.07). There was statistically high rate of cosmetic satisfaction in group 1(p<0.001). There were no complications in group 1. Complications occurred in three patients (deep infection, rerupture, deep vein thrombosis) of group 2. Conclusion: Treatment of minimal incision repair in Achilles's tendon ruptures showed high rate of cosmetic satisfaction and low rate of complication's, but there were no significant differences with open repair in other clinical outcomes. The minimal incision repair could be recommended as one of the effective treatment for the Achilles's tendon ruptures.

보육시설 실내.외 환경에 대한 만족도와 중요성의 인식정도 - 학부모, 보육교사의 차이를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Level of Satisfaction and Awareness Regarding the Importance of outdoor and Indoor Environments in Child Care Centers - On the Basis of Different Viewpoints from the Parents and the Teachers -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the level of the satisfaction and awareness of facilities in child care centers among teachers and parents. Special attention was given to both the indoor and outdoor environments from the viewpoints of both parents and teachers. The subject of this research focused on parents who leave their children at child care centers, and teachers who work for the center. The data was compiled by performing both T-tests and paired T-test. The information was processed by a program called SPSS WIN 10.0. The results were as follows ; 1. (a) With regard to the satisfaction of the external and internal facilities : It was determined that both the play rooms and the wall-pattern arrangements were satisfactory to both the parents and the teachers. (b) Regarding the awareness of the importance of facilities, while the parents focused more on the play rooms and the external environments, the teachers placed more importance on the bathrooms and the play rooms. 2. In the paired T-test that determined whether their individual opinions were different in terms of the satisfaction and awareness of facilities, it was interesting to see that both the parents and the teachers showed significant differences in their opinions and priorities about the porches, the play rooms, the bathrooms and the wall-pattern arrangements. In general, their awareness was much higher than the satisfaction with these facilities. 3. In the T-test that determined whether there were any tendencies in the satisfaction and awareness respectively in the two groups, the satisfaction rate was higher among the parents than the teachers. In terms of the awareness of the importance of the facilities, the teachers rated the bathrooms and the wall-pattern arrangements as a priority.

대학생의 만족도와 관련된 변인들 간의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relationships among the Related Variables of University Students' Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 만족도와 관련된 변인들 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 우리나라 대학생의 학교생활 만족도를 조사하기 위하여 전국 7개 지역에 소재하고 있는 32개 대학교 학생 1,400명을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 자료에서 해당부분을 발췌하여 활용하였다. 이론적 모형으로는 한국생산성본부가 제시한 NCSI를 활용하였으며, AMOS 17.0을 활용하여 학생의 기대수준, 인지품질, 인지가치, 만족도, 불평률, 충성도를 포함한 6개 변수들 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 첫째, 학생의 기대수준은 인지품질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 인지가치와 만족도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 인지품질은 인지가치와 만족도에, 그리고 인지가치는 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 만족도는 불평률에는 부(-)의 영향을, 충성도에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 불평률은 충성도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학생의 만족도와 관련하여 해당 상품에 대해 학생들이 인지하는 품질과 그에 부여하는 가치가 결정적 요인으로 작용하고 있으며, 학생의 만족도는 불평률 또는 충성도와 직접적으로 연관되어 있음을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 대학 당국이 학생의 만족도를 제고하기 위하여 총체적 질관리 시스템을 구축하고 학생고충처리 시스템을 운용할 것을 제안하였다.

외식 프랜차이즈 운영시스템의 가맹동기 및 만족도와 재계약의도 (Joining Motive of Eating Out Franchise Management System and the Relation between a Rate of Satisfaction and Renewal of a Contract Intent)

  • 본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈시스템에서 가맹본부에 대한 가맹점의 운영방법과 상호간의 유대관계에서의 만족 정도를 알아보고 또한 재계약에 따른 차이점을 실증적으로 연구 하였다. 연구결과 일반특성에 따른 만족도의 차이를 분석한 결과 업종, 학력, 사업경력, 평수, 매출수준, 경험유무 부분에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 사업평수와 매출수준에 있어서는 분석결과 크게 세 집단으로 분류되었으며, 업종, 학력, 사업경력, 경험유무에 있어서는 분석결과 크게 두 집단으로 분류되었다. 그리고 동기 특성에 따른 만족도의 차이를 분석한 결과 개선사항에 있어서 크게 두 집단으로 분류되었으며, 재계약 의도에 따른 만족도에서도 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 업종에서는 전문식당보다 그 외의 일반식당에서, 학력은 대학원졸업 가맹점주의 만족도가 높았으며, 사업평수와 매출수준이 높은 가맹점주일수록 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

군병원 간부들의 개인적 성향에 따른 직무 만족도 (Job Satisfaction Influenced Personal Traits among Officers and Noncommissioned Officers Working in Army Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the satisfaction degree related to job by general characteristics, satisfaction factors. This survey was based on the questionnaire method. The sample consisted of 51 noncommissioned officers, 72 administrative officers and 160 nurse officers from army hospitals. The data were collected from March 14 to April 18, 1994 and statistically analysed by percentage, mean and $x^2$ test. Factors of job satisfaction consist of 6 categories; job pristige, interaction, autonomy, task requirements, pay, and organizational requirements. The overall job satisfaction degree was $62.8\%$ in NCOs, $54.2\%$ in administrative officers and $33.3\%$ in nurse officers. The job satisfaction of NCCs increased in factors of job prestige (p<0.01), autonomy (p<0.05), task requirement (p<0.05), and was higher as age. There were statistically significant in the factors of pay in school background, Job prestige in rank (p<0.05). 'I'm OK and You're OK' type was $76.5\%$ which was the highest rate and A major personal traits also showed the highest job satisfaction $(63.7\%)$. There were significant difference between major personal traits and interaction (p<0.01), autonomy (p<0.05), organizational requirement (p<0.01), pay (p<0.05) and task requirement. The job satisfaction of administrative Officers was represented significant differences in factors of pay (p<0.05), task requirements (p<0.05) by school background. Long term Workers showed the highest job satisfaction and significant difference in factors of job prestige and organizational requirement (p<0.01). Job satisfaction in 'I'm OK but you're not OK' type was slightly high, and CP major personal traits also showed the highest job satisfaction. The job satisfaction of nurse officers was represented significant difference in factors of autonomy (p<0.01), job prestige (p<0.05), organizational requirement (p<0.05), and pay by age. In CP major personal traits. job satisfaction showed the highest rate (75.0)

스키웨어의 구매와 착용만족도에 관한 조사연구 (A Study of the Purchasing Traits and the Wearing Satisfaction of Ski Wear)

  • The purpose of this study was to research the purchasing traits and the wearing satisfaction of ski wears to provide the data needed to design ski wears to the related industries. This survey was performed during 2003's and 2004's winter with the 157 questionnaires containing 16 items of purchasing traits, 8 of design satisfaction, 12 of purchasing satisfaction and 13 of satisfaction of using convenience. The data were analysed with the frequency, the percentile, $X^2$-test, the average, the standard deviation and t-test through comparing with the groups of general people and experts, and the groups of male and female. The results were:1.The most preferred style was the two pieces style(88.5%), and then the loose style(61.1%), and the shoulder-wireless style(36.9%). 2.The imported brands were more preferred because of the design(44.1%). 3.The main place of purchasing was the ski wear speciality shop(48.4%), the main source of the merchandise information was the surrounding men(43.3%), the most significant consideration aspect when purchasing was the design(35.7%), and the rate of size perception was 51.6%. 4.The wearing satisfaction score(5) of ski wears were; the satisfaction of design was 3.24, the satisfaction of material 3.00, and the satisfaction of using convenience 3.07. 5.In the rate of design satisfaction, the female(3.10) showed higher than the male(3.35) (p<.05). 6.In the satisfaction of material, 'the discoloration'(2.37), 'the abrasion'(2.75), 'the sense of volume'(2.76) and 'the sense of touch' showed dissatisfaction. 7.In the satisfaction of using convenience, 'the pollution by lifting ticket'(2.36)was showed most dissatisfaction.
