암환자 의료비 지원사업 대상자의 만족도 관련 요인 (Factors Affecting Beneficiary Satisfaction on Financial Aid Program for Cancer Patients in Korea)

  • Limited research has investigated the satisfaction of patients with cancer. This study was performed to explore patients' satisfaction and the related factors. The data were collected by telephone survey for the participants who were beneficiaries on the national financial aid program for cancer patients between January and October in 2009. Student's t-tests and analysis of variance were performed first to determine if the mean satisfaction score differed by the characteristics of study objects, followed by stepwise multiple regression analyses to examine the factors affecting satisfaction. When comparing the relating factors with patients' satisfaction according to the sociodemographic characteristics, the male, old-aged, higher educated, lower cancer stage, lung cancer group showed a significantly higher level of recognition for satisfaction. A public health center, better public relations, recognized more helpful, don't have expectation, put a person to expense, and don't feel pressured for medical cost groups were showed a higher level of recognition for satisfaction. The result of the multiple regression analysis, short waiting time, well known program policy, recognized helping of policy and had the financial burden had significantly influence on the satisfaction of patients with cancer.

일 대학 간호학생의 문제중심 학습전략이 교육만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study on Educational Satisfaction of a College's Nursing Students According to PBL Strategies)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to ascertain the degree of students' educational satisfaction according to their Problem-based learning strategy. Method: The subjects were 277 nursing students in C College. A questionnaire modified by researchers was used and analyzed by the SPSS WIN 12.0 program. Result: This study showed that there's a positive relationship between the level of students' educational satisfaction and their learning strategies, including collaborative, self-directed, self-expression and time management strategies. Those who were in the second year and those who have considered temporary absence from school and/or change of academic courses used the least learning strategies and showed the lowest level of educational satisfaction. The top three learning strategies influencing educational satisfaction were time management, collaborative strategies and self-directed strategies respectively. Self-expression strategy was not statistically significant as an influencing factor on educational satisfaction. Conclusion: The more learning strategies that are used, the higher the level of educational satisfaction as a whole. Further studies on how to increase student's educational satisfaction and a way to advance in learning strategies are recommended.

물리치료 내원환자의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (An Analysis of Factors Affecting Satisfaction of Physical Therapy Patients)

  • Patient satisfaction is an important factor in evaluating the quality of care. Patient satisfaction may be used to evaluate provider services and facilities, and used to predict the patient returns to a facility. The patients d whether the patient returns to a facility or whether the patient recommends the facility to other people may be affected by a variety of factors of patient satisfaction. Low satisfaction may result in poor compliance with the potential of waste of resources and suboptimal clinical outcome. This study is to identify factors of patient satisfaction that will affect patients decision whether the patient returns or not. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted in Seoul, Chung-Joo and Bu-Cheon cities, Survey data was obtained from 743 patients who visited the physical therapy practice at university hospitals, general hospitals and clinics. Response rate was 94.4%. The instrument developed by Goldstein et al. (2000) was used and translated into Korean. Several items were added to the instrument. Patient's opinions of service in each domain measured using 5-point Likert-type scales that ranged from strongly disagree to strongly agree. A multiple-regression analytic approach was used to predict overall satisfaction of physical therapy. Age, kindness, scheduling, convenience of parking, privacy, and waiting time predicted the overall satisfaction of physical therapy. The older patients had higher level of satisfaction with physical therapy compared with the younger patients. Patient satisfaction were more affected by access (scheduling and waiting time), administrative technical management (convenience of parking), and interpersonal management (kindness of physical therapists and other staffs) than clinical technical management (physical therapists' skills).

운영방식과 고용형태에 따른 공공도서관 사서의 직무만족도에 관한 연구 - 대구광역시 소재 공공도서관을 중심으로 - (A Study on Public Librarians' Job Satisfaction by Management and Employment Styles: Focused on Public Libraries in Daegu Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구는 대구광역시 소재 공공도서관 사서들을 대상으로 직무만족도를 측정하고 이를 운영방식과 고용형태에 따라 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이론적 배경으로 공공도서관의 운영방식과 직무만족의 개념 및 변인을 논하고, 이를 바탕으로 직무만족도 측정을 위한 직무자체, 동료, 상사, 업무, 임금, 복지, 고용 등 7가지 직무만족 변인을 선정하여 설문을 실시하였다. 응답자 전체 평균으로 나타난 만족도를 보았을 때, 직무자체, 동료, 상사, 업무 등 4가지 변인에서 긍정적인 만족감을 표한 반면, 임금, 복지, 고용의 3가지 변인에서는 낮은 만족감을 나타냈다. 운영방식에 따른 직무만족 분석에서 주목할 것은 지자체 위탁도서관과 타 직영도서관 간의 차이였다. 지자체 위탁도서관은 고용불안감에 대한 체감 정도에서 정규직과 비정규직이 거의 동일한 수치를 보였다. 정규직과 비정규직이라는 고용형태에 따른 분석에서 가장 먼저 눈에 띄는 것은 업무결정 참여도와 업무 재량권 측면이었고, 이들 간 차이는 임금, 복지, 고용 측면에서 더욱 확연히 드러났다.

  • 이 연구에서는 대학의 혼합학습 환경에 참여한 학습자를 대상으로 학업성취도, 학습만족도, 학습참여도에 영향을 미치는 e-러닝 학습전략의 요인을 조사하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 위해 K대학교에서 혼합학습(BL)에 참여하는 58명을 선정하였다. 연구를 위하여 e-러닝 학습전략, 학업성취도, 학습만족도를 측정하였고, 학습참여도는 LMS의 로그인 정보를 분석하였다. 자료 분석방법으로는 학습자들의 e-러닝 학습전략의 수준을 알아보기 위해 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 학업성취도, 학습참여도, 학습만족도를 예측할 수 있는 e-러닝 학습전략을 알아보기 위해서는 선형 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 학업성취도를 예측하는 변인으로는 시간관리전략, 과부하관리전략으로 규명되었다. 학습참여도를 예측하는 변인으로는 자기주도전략, 시간관리전략, 과부하관리전략으로 규명되었다. 학습만족도를 예측하는 변인으로는 다중토론관리전략, 비동시성관리전략, 사회성으로 규명되었다. 이 연구에서 규명된 예측변인을 토대로 교육효과를 높이기 위해 고려 할 사항을 제언하였다.

사이버 교육에 있어서의 효율성에 관한 연구 (Efficiency of Management Education in Cyber Space)

  • 시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 새로운 교육 형태인 사이버 교육은 학생들이 원하는 시간에 원하는 장소에서 교육이 가능한 새로운 형태의 교육이다. 교육 기반이 지니고 있는 높은 유연성과 편리성은 직장인이나 주부 등 비전통적인 학생들의 교육을 가능하게 했다. 본 연구는 사이버 교육을 받는 학생들의 다양한 인구 통계학적 변수들과 사이버 교육 기법적 변수들간의 상관관계를 밝힘으로써 학생들의 교육 만족도에 영향을 끼치는 요소들을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면 나이나 성별, 결혼 유무 등의 인구 통계학적 요소들보다 교수와 학생들간의 관계나 과목과 직무와의 연관성, 과목 난이도 등의 사이버 교육 기법적 변수들과의 상관관계가 학업 만족도에 더욱 유의미하게 영향을 미친다.

일부 치과기공사의 여가만족도 및 관련요인에 대한 연구 (A Study of the relevant factors affecting the satisfaction of leisure activities among the dental technicians)

  • This study explored the status of free time activities among the dental technicians who are working at Seoul, Gyonggido, and Gangwondo. On the basis of this research, we aim to present needs and applicable solutions to improve the working conditions and enhance the quality of life through more effective time management in free time activities that lead to their self development and far more enriched life. 500 subjects were randomly chosen and the questionary sheets were provided. Among them, 305 sheets were returned to be analysed through SPSS Win 10.0 software and the results are as follows; First, mean in the satisfaction of leisure activities was 3.44(SD=.73). Mean in sub categories was as follows; psychological factor(M=3.65, SD=.71), social factor(M=3.54, SD=.75), rest factors(M=3.52, SD=.63), physical factor(M=3.43, SD=.88), other factors(M=3.40, SD=.66), circumstantial factor(M=3.33, SD=.63), educational factor(M=3.24, SD=.73). Second, the most relevant sub categories in the satisfaction of leisure activities were social, educational, physical, and other circumstantial factors by sequence. Factors that affect leisure activities satisfaction were career and status of health, which shows statistical significance(p<.001). That is to say, contention of this study is that the general characteristics are closely related with and affect the types and the level of satisfaction in leisure activities of the subjects. Considering these results, the dental businesses and the associations of dental technicians should recognize the needs to improve the time management through more efficient cooperations between dentists and back office dental team, systemized working time, and introduction of incentive system among others. On the basis of this appreciation, the dental business should provide more time and various opportunities with the dental technicians. Dental technicians also need to reconsider their appreciations of leisure activities, that is, leisure activities are not just spending time doing something but they refresh them and enable them to be more active and faithful to home and work.

외식 프랜차이즈 기업에 대한 지각된 위험이 만족, 신뢰, 그리고 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Perceived Risk on Satisfaction, Trust, and Loyalty in Food-Service Franchise Context)

  • Purpose - Consumers perceive various risks while using food service franchise stores. Food service franchise stores offer consumers not just menus, but services, physical environment, and prices, which can be perceived as risk to consumers. This means that consumer behavior in foos service franchise stores needs to be studied based on perceived risk theory. Perceived risk consists of performance risk, financial risk, social risk, psychological risk, and time risk. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of perceived risk on satisfaction and trust, and in turn affect loyalty. The results of this study will provide guidelines for marketers to develop strategies to reduce the perceived risk of consumers. Research design, data, methodology - In order to achieve research purposes, the authors developed several hypotheses. Data were through online survey through an online survey firm. A questionnaire survey was distributed to customers who have visited the restaurant in the past three months. The survey was conducted from March 5, 2017 to October 14, 2017. A total of 1,500 people were e-mailed and 260 were returned. A total of 245 items were used in the analysis except 15 of the questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: First, performance risk, economic risk, and psychological risk had negative effects on satisfaction. Social and time risks did not affect on satisfaction. Performance risk and time risk had negative impact on trust. Second, economic, social, and psychological risks did not affect trust, but satisfaction had significant positive effect on trust and loyalty. Third, satisfaction had positive effect on loyalty. Conclusions - The implications of this study are as follows. First, food service franchise marketers should increase their customer loyalty by establishing a risk reduction strategy. Second, there are various risks to customers visiting the store. Therefore, marketers need to analyze the perceived risks of customers. Third, it is also necessary to eliminate the perceived risks of customers. In addition, a restaurant franchise company needs to find a reasonable way to reduce the material cost and present a reasonable menu price.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 보건계열 대학생들의 전공만족도, 학업몰입도, 시간관리 행동이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시행되었다. U시의 보건계열 대학생 482명을 대상으로 하여 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 자료의 분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과 보건계열 대학생들의 전공만족도, 학업몰입도, 시간관리 행동은 대학생활 적응에 양의 상관을 보여주었고, 대학생활 적응에 영향을 주는 요인임을 확인하였다. 그러므로 보건계열 대학생의 대학생활 적응을 높이기 위해 전공만족도와 시간관리 행동을 높이는 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하며, 학업몰입을 높일 수 있는 대학환경의 개선과 보완, 그리고 교수학습 방법의 개선 등과 같은 제도의 뒷받침이 요구된다.a

Patient Satisfaction as an Indicator of Service Quality in Malaysian Public Hospitals

  • The main aim of the paper is to provide an empirical analysis on patient satisfaction as an indicator of service quality in Malaysian public hospitals. Self-administered questionnaires were administered to patients by convenience sampling. Two sets of questionnaires were used, one for inpatient and another one set for outpatient. Selection of hospitals was made according to states in Peninsular Malaysia. 23 hospitals covering all state level hospitals, the National Referral Centre and selected district hospitals were chosen as respondent hospitals. Two dimensions of service quality emerged, namely clinical and physical dimension of service. Both outpatient and inpatient were found to be more satisfied with clinical dimension of service than physical dimension. For outpatient satisfaction, there was positive correlation between waiting time and patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction was also found to be higher in the smaller district hospitals than in the larger state hospitals. For clinical dimension of service, patients were satisfied with the services of doctors and nurses, while for physical dimension of service, patients were satisfied with the cleanliness of the facilities. The ability of the research to be conducted by random sampling was inhibited by the reluctance of patients to cooperate, which led to the use of convenience sampling. Studies have also shown that patients are reluctant to express their feelings on services provided by their caregivers. The study provides primary data for a nationwide study on patient satisfaction in Malaysian public hospitals, for both inpatient and outpatient.
