음악치료 전공생들의 실습교육 및 슈퍼비전에 대한 만족도 분석연구 (Survey of Music Therapy Students' Satisfaction on the Clinical Practicum Training and Supervision)

  • 본 연구는 음악치료전공 대학원생들의 효율적인 임상실습을 위한 토대를 마련하고, 학생들의 필요와 욕구를 반영할 수 있는 의견을 알아보고자 4개 대학원의 음악치료학과 학생들 중 실습경험이 있는 2학기 이상 5학기 이하의 학생 117명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 리커트 5점 척도에서 각각의 평균이 모두 3.5를 넘었다. 대상자들은 교과목 및 교과과정 만족도(3.78)에서 가장 높은 만족도를 보였으며 슈퍼비전 만족도(3.75), 임상실습 만족도 (3.65) 순의 만족도를 보였다. 전반적으로 학부전공이 비음악인 대상이 음악 전공자보다 만족도가 높았다. 실습단계가 낮은 학생들의 만족도는 대체적으로 높은 반면 실습단계가 높아질수록 만족도가 다소 떨어지는 것으로 나타났고, 인턴쉽 과정에서는 다소 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 슈퍼비전 만족도와 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인분석을 한 결과 슈퍼바이저의 역할이 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교과목 및 교과과정 내용 중에서는 음악치료 요소가 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과들은 학교, 실습기관 학생 상호간의 효과적이고 만족스런 실습교육과 훈련을 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공함으로써, 실습 학생들이 실습과정에서 어떤 자질과 특성을 계발하고 부각시켜야 할지에 대한 중요한 지도 방향과 지침을 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다.

대구시 공원녹지에 대한 시민 만족도의 경시적 변화 분석 (Analysis of Changes in Citizen Satisfaction with Parks & Green Spaces in Daegu City, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 대구광역시의 공원녹지를 대상으로 시민들의 공원녹지에 대한 만족도의 변화를 동일한 측정도구를 활용한 결과인 1986년도와 2001년도 및 2010년도 조사 자료들을 비교 분석함으로써 그 경시적인 변화를 살펴보고자 하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가장 최근 조사인 2010년의 만족도 평균치들이 전반적으로 보통(4.0)수준을 상회하며 가장 높았고, 전반적으로 약간 불만족(3.0)에 가까운 수준이었던 1986년도에 비해 현저하고 지속적인 만족도 개선이 나타났으며, 3개 조사 시기 공히 시 전역 공원녹지에 대한 만족도가 거주지 주변 공원녹지에 대한 만족도보다 약간 높게 나타났음을 볼 수 있었다. 둘째, 지표별로는 녹지의 다양성 지표에 대한 만족도 향상이 가장 두드러진 반면 녹지공간의 시설물의 관리 상태에 대한 만족도가 가장 부진하게 나타났다. 셋째, 요인분석 결과, 만족도 평가인자는 기능별 만족도와 물리적 조건이 하나의 인자로 나타났고, 지표별 만족도 변수들이 하나의 인자로 묶여 전체적으로 2개의 인자 집단으로 분류되었으며, 회귀모델에서는 전만적인 만족도를 결정짓는 주요 변수들로 녹지의 다양성, 수림의 관리상태, 녹지공간의 양적 수준, 정적 레크리에이션 기능, 시설물 관리상태, 배치의 체계성, 녹지공간의 질적 수준, 녹지공간의 규모, 크기 등의 순서로 채택되었으며, 이들 8개 변수들의 결정계수($R^2$)는 0.468이었다. 넷째, 녹지 유형별 만족도는 가로변 녹지(가로수)에 대한 만족도가 가장 현저하게 개선되었고, 공업단지 등 공장지역의 녹지에 대한 만족도가 가장 불량하게 평가되었다. 섯째, 녹지유형들에 대한 요인분석 결과, 도시공원계 녹지, 시설계 녹지, 지구(district)계 녹지 등의 3개 인자 집단으로 분류되었다.

간호사의 조직 의사소통 만족과 환자안전에 대한 태도와의 관계 (Relationship Between Intra-Organizational Communication Satisfaction and Safety Attitude of Nurses)

  • Purpose: Communication in hospitals is one of the major factors in patient safety. So, the purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between intra-organizational communication satisfaction and the safety attitude of nurses in hospitals. Method: A descriptive survey design with convenience sampling was used. Data collection was done using a self-report questionnaire answered by 278 nurses from one university hospital located in Kyeoung-gi Province, Korea. Result: Intra-organizational communication satisfaction positively correlated with safety attitude (r=.747, p<.01). Among the 6 sub dimensions of safety attitude, perceptions of management (r=.675, p<.01), job satisfaction (r=.640, p<.01) and teamwork climate (r=.600. p<.01) were strongly related to intra-organizational communication satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis was done to identify explanation power of intra-organizational communication satisfaction against safety attitude. The model was significant (F=48.540, p<.01). Intra-organizational communication satisfaction accounted for 60.9% of variance in safety attitude (Adj $R^2$=.609). Conclusions: The results of this study indicate that higher levels of intra-organizational communication satisfaction promote positive safety attitude in hospital nurses and that communication media quality is an important factor in patient safety attitude. Therefore, developing interventions to revitalize intra-organizational communication level based on communication media quality will help in the construction of positive safety attitude in nurses.

코로나19 팬데믹 초기 서울지역 영양(교)사의 직무스트레스가 자기효능감, 직무만족 및 직무몰입에 미치는 영향 (Job Stress among School Nutrition Teachers and Dietitians in Seoul during the Early Stage of the COVID-19 Pandemic: Effects on Self-Efficacy, Job Satisfaction, and Job Involvement)

  • This study was undertaken to assess levels of job stress, self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and job involvement as perceived by school dietitians/nutrition teachers during the early stage of the COVID-19 pandemic and to determine the effects of these three factors. An online survey was sent from May 18 to May 26, 2021, to school dietitians/nutrition teachers in Seoul with experience of foodservice operations during 2020; 250 responses were used for this analysis. Job demands contributed most to job stress, whereas human relations contributed most to job satisfaction. Job stress caused by COVID-19 had a negative impact on self-efficacy (P<0.01) and job satisfaction (P<0.01), but a positive impact on job involvement (P<0.05). Self-efficacy positively impacted job involvement (P<0.01) but did not significantly influence job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction during early COVID-19 positively impacted job involvement (P<0.05). In conclusion, job stress associated with job requirements was greater during the early stage of the COVID-19 pandemic than before the pandemic guidelines are needed that enable school dietitians/nutrition teachers to better cope with the job pressures generated by infectious diseases.

월악산국립공원의 이용 및 관리속성에 대한 탐방객 태도 (Visitors' Attitudes to National Park Use and Managerial Attributes in Woraksan National Park)

  • 본 연구는 월악산국립공원 탐방객들의 국립공원 이용 및 관리 관련 속성에 대한 탐방객 태도를 파악함으로써 효율적인 공원관리 방안 수립에 필요한 탐방객 관련 정보의 제공을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 응답자 직접 기입 방식의 설문조사가 월악산국립공원의 주 이용거점에서 공원방문을 마치고 귀가하는 221명의 탐방객들을 대상으로 실시되었다. 연구결과, 국립공원 관리 방향에 대 해 탐방객들은 보전지향적인 태도를 나타냈다. 국립공원의 다양한 환경 요소로부터 추출한 이용 및 관리 관련 18개 속성들의 심각성에 대한 태도를 측정 한 결과 '보통'에서 '심각하지 않은 수준'의 범위로 비교적 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 월악산국립공원에서의 종합적인 휴양만족 수준도 대체적으로 만족하는 수준으로 평가되었다.

패션디자인 CAD의 온라인 교육 방법 연구 - 포토샵, 일러스트레이터, 텍스프로 프로그램을 중심으로 - (Online pedagogical strategies of a fashion design CAD course - Focused on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Texpro programs -)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest effective online pedagogical strategies for a fashion design CAD course to enhance student learning and satisfaction. The study investigated student experience of online learning and compared online learning with a face-to-face learning experience. Student concentration, participation, perceptions of effectiveness of teaching, utilization of learning materials, and satisfaction were analyzed using a 5-point Likert scale. Advantages and disadvantages of online learning as well as advantages of face-to-face learning were also analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. Student concentration, participation, and perception of effectiveness of teaching were greater for face-to-face learning with significantly higher concentration on individual practice. Students utilized video recording of synchronous online lectures more actively than PDF lecture notes. The advantages of face-to-face learning were plentiful communication and feedback and easy questioning process as well as high levels of understanding and concentration. Meanwhile, major disadvantages of online learning were the speed of the lecture, lower levels of understanding and concentration, limited peer interaction, and technical problems. Major advantages of online learning were flexibility and convenience, repetitive learning through videos, and instant communication and feedback. Students preferred a blended learning approach for the fashion design CAD course. For effective online learning, it is suggested that instructors frequently question and check student practice through screen share in a private online meeting room and engage activities that are demanding of student interaction. The video recording of synchronous online lectures is also suggested as a supplemental learning material for repetitive learning.

영어교육전공 대학생의 교양영어 교육에 대한 연구 (A Study on General English Education for English Education Major)

  • 본 연구는 사범대학 영어교육과에 재학 중인 학생들의 교양영어에 대한 인식과 요구를 바탕으로, 전공에 특화되나 전공 교육과는 차별화된 좀 더 효과적인 교양 영어교육에 대한 제언을 하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 영어교육과에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 영어교양 교육의 인식과 요구와 관련된 설문과 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 설문 결과, 현 교양영어에 대한 영어교육과 학생들의 만족도는 전체적으로 3점대로 높지는 않았다. '멀티미디어 시설 등 강의실 환경'에 대한 만족도나 교수진의 전문성, 자질, 교수방법'은 타 항목에 비해서 평균 점수가 비교적 높았으나 '영어실력 향상의 정도'나 '흥미유발 정도'에 대한 항목 가장 낮은 평균점수를 보였다. 이 외에도 본 연구에서 수행한 교양영어 프로그램에 대한 요구와 수준별 수업에 대한 요구, 교수자에 대한 요구 결과를 바탕으로 영어교육 전공자들을 위한 교양영어 교육을 위하여 제안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영어 교육 전공자들을 위한 전공특화 교양영어선택 과목을 개설한다. 둘째, 전공과 연계된 교양영어 회화 과목을 개발한다. 또한 영문학을 바탕으로 한 의사소통중심 교양 독해수업을 개발한다.

기혼남녀의 자아분화 수준에 따른 갈등 대처 행동 및 결혼 적응에 관한 연구 (A Study on Self-Differentiation, Conflict Tactics Behavior, and Marital Adjustment among Married Men and Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of self-differentiation with conflict tactics behavior and marital adjustment among married men and women. Specifically, this study tried to examine the differences in the levels of conflict tactics behavior and of marital adjustment according to the levels of self-differentiation. The participants of the present study were 332 married men and 355 women who lived in Chonlabuk-Do province. The major results of this research were as follows. First, there was no significant difference in the level of total self-differentiation between men and women. There were significant differences in the degrees of sexually coercive conflict tactics behavior and marital adjustment between sexes. Second, results of difference analyses showed that there were significant differences in the levels of conflict tactics behaviors and of marital adjustment according to levels of self-differentiation. Finally, in the case of married men and women, the variable significantly affecting the conflict tactics behavior and the marital adjustment was the levels of self-differentiation. Based on the results as above, this research discussed the issue of the concept of self differentiation applied to Korean situation, and suggested some implications for family life education for decreasing conflict between spouses and for enhancing marital relationship.

주거단지 내 수공간에 대한 주민 만족도와 선호도 조사 연구 - 광주광역시 5개 아파트 단지를 대상으로 - (A Research on Satisfaction and Preference of Residents for Water Space in Residential Complex - Focused on 5 Apartment Complexes on Gwangju Metropolitan City -)

  • This study focused on the analysis of satisfaction and preference of residents' for water space as a environmental friendly facility in residential complex. The purpose of this study is to serve design data of water space in residential complex, in order to make water space that residents' satisfaction are high. In this study, residents' satisfaction and preferences of water space in 5 residential complex were analyze through a questionnaire survey of residents. The major findings of the study are as follows. First, in terns of the need of the water space, 60.4% of the respondents answered that water space are need to improve the amenity. Secondly, in terms of satisfaction, 57.3% of the respondents have been satisfied with location of water space in the residential complex, and the maintenance satisfaction degree is above average level. Overall satisfaction degree is above average level too, but it is are not high as compared construction cost. Thirdly, in terms of preference, 26.5% of respondents have been prefer to the combined type of water space, and 25.9% of respondents prefer to dropping water type, and 25.9% of respondents prefer to flowing stream type. It appeared that the preference levels of 3 type is high similarly, so we can assume that residents prefer to moving water type because of having a feeling refreshed through the sound of water. The results of this study can be used as the design data of water space in residentialcomplex and expected to contributed in making the water space that residents' satisfaction are high.

방사선사의 전직의사와 관련된 요인분석 (Factors affecting the Intention of transfering of Radiology Technologists to Different Institutions)

  • This study attempts to analyze the factors affecting the intention of transferring to another hospitals among radiology technologists. 344 cases were reviewed in 5 university hospitals and 1 general hospital. Self-administered questionaire were given to study the socioeconomic characteristics, working conditions, job satisfaction level, and the reasons for transfer among the technologists. The major findings were as follows : 1. Job position and hospital characteristics had a statistically significant relationship with the intention of transferring to another hospital. 2. Those who were not satisfied with their salaries and promotional opportunity showed a higher tendency towards to transfer. 3. Those who were less satisfied with the opportunity for developing the personal ability and had the negative attitude on their job showed a higher tendency to transfer. 4. Those who did not sustain good relationship with their superiors and co-workers scored high on the tendency to transfer. 5. In the result of mutiple regression, recognition of radiation hazard, job satisfaction, satisfaction with salary levels, job attitude were significantly related to transfer. The above indicate that besides economic incentives, job satisfaction and organizational culture to promote their ability and form a good relationship with organization members were very important to decrease the intention of transfer. Since these results represent only 6 hospitals from a limited area, more hospitals nationwide, especially small and medium-sized institutions where there is a high turnover rate of employment, need to be examined in order to investigate the various factors that affect the intention of transferring.
