도서관 이용자와 사서간의 대면적 커뮤니케이션의 고찰 (A study on the face to face communication between library users and librarians)

  • Without an accurate understanding of information needs of library users, an efficient services can't be implement. And we can expect that there is a difference between query statement and actual information needs of users. It also will occur difference in the process of librarian's interpretation of query statement because of an inaccurate presentation and their different working experiences. It means that there is a communication problems between users and librarians. The purpose of this study is to provide the techniques of face to face communication between users and librarians as a method of efficient library service activities. And focused on the importance of non-language communication. The effectiveness of this study are as follows: 1. With the understanding of information flow, librarians can expand the extent of library services. 2. Knowing that how to communicate with users at the a n.0, ppropriate degree, librarians can improve the communication techniques. 3. Expanding the satisfaction of information services and heitening the reliability of users. 4. From the analysis of user information needs, librarians can convert present system to the proper service-oriented system. 5. Knowing the importance of non-language communication, librarians can improve the service environment.

  • Nowadays, ubiquitous computing services begin to be suggested from a few domains such as supply chain, logistics, and location-based services. However, to what extent the services will be successful is hard to be estimated, mainly because a sophisticated service evaluation method focusing on the ubiquitous computing perspective has not been supplied. Hence, this paper alms to build a model to assess the quality of ubiquitous computing service. To do so, an amended model, Ubi-SERVQUAL, is applied to assess the service quality mentioned in ubiquitous computing scenarios. According to the Ubi-SERVQUAL, we found that an actual service with higher quality should consider reliability. responsiveness, assurance and empathy in order to increase customer satisfaction, computer system's intimacy with users and trust.

  • Children usually have an endless curiosity. They sometimes show us some fanciful, various and unpredictable behaviors and they are always in need of enough space to play in, no matter where it might be. Designers have to provide children with a proper space in which they feel free to diffuse their aspirations. Three samples of apartment site in Cheongju city were selected in order to satisfy the purpose of this survey. To figure out the actual use of playground, the extent of preference and satisfaction and the requests for future betterment, this study used questionnaires, photos, interviews and observations. The conclusions of this survey are as follows and it may be expected that the results suggest a kind of guidance for designing playground on apartment sites.

  • The purpose of this study is to make interior environment which can support the education effectively through acceptance of the requirements of users about the environmental factors of learning spaces for the visually impaired students. For them, researcher investigated the literature cited and did the field survey. And also, this researcher analyzed user's satisfaction extent for structure, design, and technical environment factors by the evaluation elements. On the basis of the result of analysis, Two rooms which had big problems for physical environment were selected. And then the design recommendations focusing on environmental factors - circulation, furniture arrangement, colour, lighting etc. - were proposed by this researcher on the basis of space user's requriement.

의과대학 여학생 증가에 따른 수련교육 변화의 필요성 (Changes Needed in the Training and Education of the Increasing Numbers of Female Medical Students)

  • Women's educational opportunities have been increasing and women's general advancement in higher education is the underlying factor behind the increasing number of female students in medical school. A number of issues affect female students and residents, including the existence of gender bias and sexual harassment, higher stress levels and lower levels of work satisfaction, the lack of role models in academic medicine, and conflict between work and family roles, including challenges surrounding having children. To what extent female and male medical students and residents make different career and life style choices is also an important issue. The shortage of doctors in surgical departments and maldistribution among specialties are of great concern in the health care system and medicine's future. We must prepare to solve these problems. New medical policies and educational approaches are needed for the future.

  • The knowledge of customer in healthcare service industry is widely accepted as one of the key information for the customers' satisfaction. Previous studies on the customer knowledge about service recovery showed that service providers are having difficulties with standardizing interaction with customer, This study investigated the attribution according to the failure in providing medical services and customer's participation as preceding variable of attribution. A survey was carried out targeting an obesity clinic having high participating rate from May 10 to May 28, 2010. The research results revealed that from whom the responsibility of the service failure originated between the patients and the medical institutions depending on the extent of the patients involvement in service process.

  • ^x Mt. Sorak national park trails are receiving high levels of use that is affecting user satisfaction and resource management. Trampling impacts studies were conduced in 2 courses to measure soil loss, extent of trail width, and vegetation change. Trail erosion were quantified using a cross -sectional area and most Portions were eroded severely in Oe - Sorak course especially. Phytosociological changes were also surveyed on trail - sides and controls by quadrat to confirm that trampling had an effect on the composition of the vegetation. Information from this study could be used directly in the planning, construction of new trails, and the maintenance of existing trails.

병원서비스코디네이터 교육과정이 교육만족과 의료서비스 품질에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Hospital Service Coordinator Education Curriculum on the Education Satisfaction and the Quality of Medical Service)

  • The increase of the supply of medical service and the increase of hospitals have intensified the competition of hospitals, and the advancement towards internationalization in the opening of medical industry has triggered the infinite competition of medical profession. In addition, the high expectation of customers and quality improvement in the medical care in accordance with the improvement of overall income, and the change of active role of medical consumers according to the popularization and the improvement of rights awareness reflect the customer needs and choice in the medical service. Customers wanted to receive the kind and pleasant service under the up-to-date medical service. Therefore, as a solution, hospital coordinators were emerged for the purpose of smooth treatment and customer satisfaction by generalizing all service of hospital. Accordingly, this thesis attempted to investigate the effect of hospital coordinator education curriculum on the education satisfaction and the quality of medical service. In order to solve the purpose of this study, I, author reviewed the existing literatures, established hypothesis, and verified hypothesis by using the variety of statistics techniques such as reliability, validity, frequency analysis, and regression analysis. The verification of hypothesis is as followings: First, among education training factors of hospital coordinators, the quality of instructor significantly affects the satisfaction of hospital coordinator education training. Second, among training factors of hospital coordinator, the attitude of trainee significantly affects the training satisfaction of hospital coordinator. Third, among education training factors of hospital coordinator, education course significantly affects the training satisfaction of hospital coordinator education. As the qualities of instructor are better equipped, the satisfaction of education becomes higher. It indicates that the education method of instructors is important as an index to represent the qualities of instructor such as the appropriateness of education method, preparation, passion, visual materials, the adequacy of education procession, and specialized knowledge, and it has important effect on the satisfaction of education. In order to enhance the satisfaction of hospital coordinator education, the creation of education environment, making trainee concentrate on the education, is required by appropriately allocating programs, arousing interest in education, based on the attitude of trainee, discussion, and preliminary programs, preparation, ahead of enforcement of education. Fourth, the satisfaction of hospital coordinator education training significantly affects the reliability among the qualities of medical service. Fifth, satisfaction of hospital coordinator education training significantly affects hospitality I kindness among the qualities of medical service. If the education satisfaction of trainee is high, it is effective in the practical application such as dealing with complaints, the duty performance for the patients, and so on in offering the medical service, related to reliability and furthermore, we can find the positive change in the attitude change of medical professions related to the reliability of hospital coordinator. In addition, in the process of offering medical services such as the kind explanation on the duty, rapid response to the customers inquiry, and tidy uniform, practical effect was verified. Sixth, the education training factor of hospital coordinator significantly affects the reliability among the quality of medical service. Seventh, the education training factors of hospital coordinator significantly affect hospitality/kindness. In the education of hospital coordinator, the methods to attract the interest of trainee by emphasizing reliability should be sought and for gaining the practical effect of hospital coordinator education, the sufficient preparation and investigation on the education curriculum should be prerequisite and under this condition, intensified discussion on the instructor and education course is needed. In the design of education course, more education hours and subjects should be allocated in the part of hospitality in order to improve the practical application of hospitality. Therefore, it is meaningful in a sense that this study newly approached the components of hospital coordinator education and the need to modify the quality components of medical service in accordance with the study subjects was raised. This study also finds its meaning in that it provides basic materials for the study of future hospital coordinator education by suggesting the system development model of hospital coordinator education through preliminary study of education training. In addition, this study is meaningful in the aspect that it suggested the direction of education training by showing how the hospital coordinator education training would applied to the hospital coordinator course of the Continuing Education Center at Pusan and Kyungnam National University to some extent. Since all investigation of this study was approached from the side of hospital coordinator, the thoughts of patients who are beneficiaries of medical service, and care givers cannot be identified. Therefore, the satisfaction of patients and care givers through the experience of medical service, which is the essential prerequisite of medical service, should be importantly considered and investigated. Accordingly, The study of comparing and analyzing the views of both patients and care givers should be carried out in the future.

교과 만족도 및 관계 만족도가 취업 스트레스에 미치는 영향: 이공계열 대학생과 인문 사회계열 대학생의 차이를 중심으로 (Effect of Subject Satisfaction and Relationship Satisfaction on Job-seeking Stress : Focusing on the Difference between Engineering College Students and Social Science College Students)

  • 코로나19 팬데믹으로 인하여 취업난이 가중되고 있는 상황에서 취업에 대한 스트레스 역시 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 전공 만족도를 교과 만족도와 관계 만족도로 세분화해서 이것과 취업 스트레스 간의 영향 관계를 밝혀보고자 했다. 아울러 현재 전공이 무엇이냐 즉 이공계열 학과 전공인지 인문 사회계열 학과 전공인지에 따라 이들의 영향 관계에 차이가 있는지를 밝혀보고자 했다. 연구를 위한 모집단은 현재 4학년에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 했으며, 연구 샘플은 수도권의 H대학과 N대학 학생들로부터 취득하였다. 이공계열 110명, 인문 사회계열 110명씩 총 220명을 분석의 대상으로 삼았다. 분석을 위해 SPSS 24.0과 Process Macro 5.0을 이용하였다. 실증적인 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교과 만족도는 취업 스트레스에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 관계 만족도 역시 취업 스트레스에 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 교과 만족도가 취업 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 있어서 이공계열 학생과 인문 사회계열 학생 간 유의한 차이가 있었다. 넷째, 관계 만족도가 취업 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 있어서 역시 이공계열 학생과 인문 사회계열 학생 간 유의한 차이가 있었다. 본인이 전공하고 있는 전공에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 취업 스트레스는 감소하고 이 감소의 폭은 이공계열 학생들보다 인문 사회계열 학생들이 더 크게 나타났다. 코로나19 팬데믹이 진행 중인 상황에서 이루어진 본 연구의 결과를 일반화하기 위해서는 신중할 필요가 있지만 유의한 연구 결과로 사료 된다. 이러한 실증적인 분석 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구가 가지는 학술적인 시사점 및 실무적인 시사점을 제시하였다.

CoRe에 기반한 밀도 개념 수업이 개념형성과 수업만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of CoRe-based Density Unit Lesson on Conceptual Formation and Class Satisfaction)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 CoRe에 기반한 밀도 개념 수업이 개념형성과 수업만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이었다. 연구를 위하여 중학교 2학년 6개 학급 240명을 각각 120명씩 2개의 집단으로 나누어, CoRe에 기반한 밀도 개념 수업을 실시한 실험집단과 전통적 학습방법에 의한 수업을 실시한 통제집단 간 개념형성 정도를 분석하였다. CoRe에 기반한 밀도 개념 수업은 기존에 밀도에 관해 연구된 CoRe를 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 4차시분으로 구성하였다. 연구 결과, 실험집단이 통제집단보다 밀도 개념형성 정도에 대한 사후검사와 파지검사에서 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 이는 CoRe에 기반한 수업이 수업 과정에서 학생들의 선수 개념이나 밀도와 관련된 오인에 연계된 활동을 통하여 학생들 스스로 예측, 관찰, 설명, 추론 등의 탐구 활동을 하도록 안내하며 학습과정에서 학생, 수업환경, 평가 등 다양한 측면의 어려움과 한계점을 인식하고 이를 최대한 해결하고자 하는 수업전략을 중심으로 수업을 진행하였기 때문이라고 해석된다. 또한, 실험집단의 학생들은 과학관련 태도 수준이 높거나 과학 학업성취 수준이 높은 학생들에게서 높은 수업만족도를 보였다. 설문 조사 결과, 실험집단은 CoRe에 기반한 수업을 통해 다양한 생각을 할 기회가 있었으며, 개념을 제시하는 것이 아닌 찾아가는 방식과 예측해보고 결과를 확인하는 수업 방식, 그리고 학생 스스로 수업에 적극적으로 참여하도록 유도한 점 등을 통하여 긍정적인 만족도를 보인 것을 알 수 있었다.
