This study is to recognize the relationship between better life index, nursing performance and intents to leave among hospital nurses by comparison. From July 1to July 20, 2012. we collected survey results subjecting on total 700 nurses by random sampling of hospital-class medical institutes over 200 beds located on Busan & Gyeongnam, and analyzed final 677 copies. We recognized the degrees and the differences of happiness index, professionalism, intents to leave among hospital nerses and analyzed the factors impacting on intents to leave among hospital nerses through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis between variables. The main result is as follows: First, the average of the item related to happiness index of nurse was 3.03 (5 points of scale) and the average score of professionalism was 3.09 (medium degree) but the average score of turnover intention was 3.35 (relatively high); Second, professionalism and turnover intention according to characteristics of subjects were significant statistically (p<0.05) and turnover intention indicated a significant negative relation with happiness index and professionalism; Third, a factor which mostly impact on turnover intention indicated a significant level (p<0.05) in professionalism, happiness index, general hospital, 2.01 to 2.5 million of average pay. Based on such results, as happiness index and professionalism are indicated as major factors to turnover intention, multi-dimensional viewpoint of follow-up study including further variables is required and the plan to apply nursing intervention program for reducing turnover intention is also required.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relations and analyze the mediation effect that exists between the feedback types by professors of university physical education and self-efficacy and sports continuance. The sampling method was used to survey physical education university students from three different universities located in the Greater Seoul Metropolitan Area. 309 samples were ultimately selected as valid samples. Data processing was carried out by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The fidelity of the whole model was assessed through this process and then the theory was tested. The results were as follows. Firstly, if the perceived feedbacks by the professor were complimentary/encouragement and performance knowledge/positive nonverbal feedbacks it had a positive effect. Negative nonverbal perceived feedback had a negative effect forecast. Secondly, complimentary/encouragement perceived feedbacks by the professor did not have a meaningful impact on sports continuance index. Performance knowledge/positive nonverbal feedback resulted in static effect while negative nonverbal feedback had a negative effect. Lastly, self-efficacy served a meaningful mediation role in the relation between negative nonverbal feedback by the professor and sports continuance.
The fauna of freshwater fish and water chemistry characteristics were investigated from June, 2014 to October, 2014 at 10 sites in Taebaeksan Provincial Park. A total of 7 species under three families were collected from the survey sites and among them one endangered species - Koreocobitis naktongensis - was identified. The endemic species of Korea were 2 species: Koreocobitis naktongensis, Iksookimia koreensis. Dominant species was Rhynchocypris oxycephalus(89%) and subdominant species was Orthrias nudus(8.9%). Water quality including conductivity, turbidity, pH and total dissolved solids(TDS) varied largely depending on the sampling locations. Values of ambient conductivity and TDS were greater in the upstream than in the downstream, and seasonal variabilities were also higher in the upstream. The pH decreased towards the downstream, and especially showed a sharp decrease in S5. This phenomenon was evident due to a dilution by the influx in the acid mine drainage(AMD) of S4. Physical habit conditions, based on qualitative habitat evaluation index(QHEI) model, indicated a "Sub-optimal" condition(mean: 157.3; range: 78 ~ 194) in the Sodo stream watersheds.

Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate environmental exposure to tobacco-specific nitrosamines (TSNAs) by conducting an analysis of the concentration of TSNAs in deposited dust collected from a fertilizer plant and the surrounding village, a simulation of high-temperature drying of tobacco waste, and CALPUFF modeling. Methods: The raw materials of the products, deposited dust (inside and outside the plant and residential area), soil, and wastewater were sampled and the TSNA concentrations were analyzed by LC-MS/MS. As the plant was closed down before the investigation, simulation tests were conducted to confirm the substances discharged during high-temperature (300℃) drying of tobacco waste. CALPUFF modeling was performed to identify the area of influence due to exposure to TSNAs. Results: TSNAs were detected in organic fertilizers estimated to contain tobacco waste, deposited dust, and soil collected from inside and outside the plant. N'-nitrosonornicotine (NNN), 4-(methylnitrosoamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK), and N'-nitrosoanatabine (NAT) components were detected in five of 15 deposited dust samples collected from the residential area around the plant, while TSNAs were not detected in the five sampling points in the control area. Also, the simulation test for the high temperature drying of tobacco waste found emissions of TSNAs. The CALPUFF modeling results showed that the survey area was likely to be included in the area of influence of TSNA emissions from the plant. Conclusions: It is estimated that harmful tobacco ingredients such as TSNAs were dispersed in nearby areas due to the illegal use of tobacco waste as a raw material to produce organic fertilizers at the plant. These findings assume that the residents have been exposed to TSNAs and suggest that the need for the establishment of measures to manage environmental health.
This study examined how 'forest name' or 'information of forest healing effectiveness' influence their perceived environmental restorativeness (PER) and perceived healing effectiveness (PHE). Study area was the 'Forest Healing Road (FHR)' in Mudeungsan National Park. Data were collected from 247 visitors selected by convenient sampling method using questionnaire survey during May-June, 2015. Respondents who read interpretive signs (forest name and information on forest healing effectiveness of FHR were written) installed along the FHR were regarded as placebo group and respondents who didn't read them as control group. The results showed that there were no overall differences on PER and PHE between control and placebo groups. Placebo group, however, rated more positive on 'being away' factor of PER than control group. All four factors (i.e., being away, coherence, fascination, comparability) of PER statistically influenced PHE (p<0.001), and these factors explained 51.1% of PHE. The 'coherence' was the most influential to PHE, followed by 'being away', 'comparability', and 'fascination' in order. Placebo effects on PER were shown in male, in lower age group(age${\leq}54$), or respondents with lower visiting experience to FHR(${\leq}20$ times/year). Placebo effects on PHE were found in male, in small group (${\leq}2$ persons), in respondents who visited 'alone' or 'with relatives/family', or in respondents with lower visiting experience to FHR(${\leq}20$ times/year). Some research and managerial implications were suggested.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the atmospheric concentration of VOCs and the urinary concentration of t,t-MA, HA, MA in the industrial complex of Yeosu, South Jeolla Province. Methods: In order to study seasonal patterns of air concentration of VOCs, measurements were taken at five sampling sites around Yeosu from June 2013 to June 2014. Urinary metabolite excretionsfrom 671 subjects, exposure and comparison area were analyzed. Results: The average concentration of VOCs in the air was 1.53ppb for benzene, 0.73ppb for toluene, 0.22ppb for ethylbenzene, 0.52ppb for xylene and 0.12ppb for styrene. The concentration of benzene was somewhat higher than the year-average standard ($5{\mu}g/m^3$, about 1.5ppb) of the domestic air-environment criteria newly established in 2010.The metabolic concentration of VOCs in the urine of the entire sample was analyzed at $47.76{\mu}g/g\;cr.$, 213.07mg/g cr., and $290.09{\mu}g/g\;cr.$ for t,t-MA, HA, and MA, respectively. Compared with the average values for Korea as presented in the first basic survey of national environmental conservation ( $49.8{\mu}g/g\;cr.$ for t,t-MA, 0.17g/g cr. for HA, and 0.26mg/g cr. for MA), the metabolic concentrations of HA and MA in urine were higher than the average values. Conclusions: The concentration of VOCs in the air and urinary metabolites of the exposed and control areas showed that the concentrations of all substances were higher in the exposed area than in the control area.
Dental caries is the most prevalent dental issue of childhood. So it is important to control caries form 5 years children and above all, the study of oral health status have been preceding for preventive dental caries. The purpose of this study was to assess the oral health status of 5 years children in seongnam city. The study population consisted of 1035 kindergraten children which had been selected stratified random sampling. The survey is based on WHO, 2000 oral health assessment, which has been modified. From data dt index, ft index, dft index, dt rate, ft rate, percentage of active caries, percentage of pit and fissure sealant, and so on. The findings were as follows: (1) In 5 years children, the experience of dental caries was 73.0% and the percentage with active caries was 49.4%. Dmf index was 4.13 and this observation shows a statistical singnificance. (2) Average number of 5 years children the experience of dental caries surface index was 3.11 and dfts index was 8.91. (3) The experience of dental caries fo the frist molar was 1.9% and the percentage with active caries was 1.1%. Otherwise the percentage of pit and fissure sealant of the first molar was 6.7%. It is show the low percentage for preventive dental caries. (4) Shows percentage of teeth needing treatment for one surface and above two surface was each 27.3%, 34.0%. And percentage of children required single crown and pulp treatment & single crown and tooth extraction was each 3.8%, 4.7%, 3.3%. (5) Soojung-gu and jungwon-gu were having poor oral hygiene as compared to bundang-gu. So it is necessary to establish community oral health program effectively. And for preventive dental caries and early diagnosis and early treatment consider with community characteristic.
The aim of this study was to investigate adult individuals' perceptions on the association between chronic diseases and oral health provide basic data required for motivating individuals to follow ideal oral health behaviors and boost their interests in oral disease prevention and treatment. Subjects in their 20s to 50s were selected through the convenience sampling method and eleven questions were set as factors and answered via self-administered questionnaires. To determine statistical significance, analysis of variance was used with the level of significance set at 0.05. The subjects' perception of the association between chronic diseases and oral health were analyzed with respect to their health behaviors. Individuals with relatively higher stress levels demonstrated higher levels of perception levels (p<0.05). Public education regarding the association between chronic diseases and oral health has not been ideally effective in South Korea. Thus, the general public's perceptions of the association between chronic diseases and oral health should be revised. In addition aspects regarding this matter should be enhanced within oral health education programs which often only focus on demonstrating the importance of oral health management so that individuals can get sufficient information on the association between chronic diseases and oral health.
The study, focused on social commerce food service consumers, attempted to test the relationship between perceived risk and price consciousness, and suggested that perceived risk and price consciousness, the the degree to which price is considered when purchasing goods, affect reuse intention. Through such test results, the study aimed to provide useful practical implications for establishing marketing strategies of companies related to food service social commerce, and those looking into behavioral intentions of social commerce using food service consumers. The subjects of the study were male and female residents of Korea over 2-years of age who have had some experience purchasing a dining out item through social commerce. The social commerce company selected for sampling was Coupang, which was the number 1 shopping App in 2014 based on the number of yearly visitors. A questionnaire-based survey was conducted on respondents who had indicated that they had experience purchasing foodservice goods through Coupang. The results revealed that source risk, privacy risk, psychological risk, and time-loss risk had negative influences on reuse intention. However, social risk and financial risk did not exhibit any influences. Price consciousness had positive influences on reuse intention. The study explored perceived risk and price consciousness as elements to affect continuous use of social commerce of foodservice consumers.
