Research on the Impact of Shandong Province's FDI on Economic Growth under the Background of One Belt One Road

  • Purpose: After the reform and opening up, China's overall economic development has entered a new era. From mutual investment and trade transactions between domestic provinces and regions to investment and trade with foreign companies, the continuous supplement of investment funds makes the follow-up development of all aspects of economic development smoother and has played a strong impetus. effect. Foreign direct investment has many influences on the economic development of a country or region. Research design, data and methodology: This article uses the sample data of Shandong Province from 2011 to 2019 to analyze the foreign direct investment in Shandong Province by industry, region, method and other aspects, and study the relationship and influence between foreign direct investment and economic growth. Results: The results show that there is a relatively close relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth, and it has played a role in promoting economic development in many aspects such as industrial structure, foreign trade, and employment. Conclusions: At the same time, corresponding suggestions are put forward based on the analysis and conclusions drawn.

ICF 모델에 기반한 독거노인과 동거 노인의 자살 생각 관련 요인에 대한 비교분석: 2023년 지역사회건강조사 자료 활용 (Comparative Analysis of Factors Related to Suicidal Ideation between Elderly Living Alone and Living with Families Based on the ICF Model: Using Data from the 2023 Community Health Survey)

  • This study utilized the raw data from the Community Health Survey (2023) to compare differences in body function, activity, participation, environment, personal factors, and suicidal ideations between elderly individuals aged 65 and older living alone and those living with families in Korea. The study subjects consisted of 80,618 elderly individuals aged 65 and older. Cross-tabulation analysis χ2-test), independent sample t-test, and logistic regression analysis were conducted. The results indicated that for both elderly individuals living alone and those living with families, age(p<.001), smoking(p<.001), stress(p<.001), depression experience(p<.001), and falls experiences(p<.001) were risk factors that increased suicidal ideations. Conversely, educational level(p<.05), income level(p<.001), subjective health status(p<.001), social participation(p<.001), economic activity(p<.001), community environment(p<.001), and social relationships were protective factors that reduced suicidal ideations. These findings demonstrate that demographic characteristics and individual health status significantly influence suicidal ideation in the elderly, while social factors contribute to a decrease in suicidal ideation. Furthermore, considering the differences found between elderly individuals living alone and those living with families regarding hypertension and gender, differentiated interventions for suicide prevention are necessary.

여성 직장인의 음주행동에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Effects of Workplace Alcohol-related Environment on Drinking Behaviors among Female Employees)

  • Objective: This study aimed to understand workplace drinking environment on drinking behaviors among female employees and thereby attempt to lay a ground for future prevention of drinking problems triggered by workplace environment. For the purposes of the study, variables related to drinking behavior and the actual conditions of female employees were explored. And the study examined the effects of individual and environmental factors on drinking behavior. Methods: The sample included 400 female and male employees in enterprises and organizations located in the metropolitan area of Korea. An in-depth interview was conducted to explore workplace variables related to female drinking, and a self-administered questionnaire was conducted to examine the relationship between workplace variables and drinking behaviors (alcohol consumption, risky drinking, and binge drinking frequencies). Results: Major findings of the study are as follows: First, positive function of drinking and drinking culture at workplace and the pressure to drink were derived from in-depth interviews. Second, 47.2% of female employees were current drinkers and 20.4% were risky drinkers. Third, drinking norms and attitude at workplace, influence of peer group, and drinking culture at workplace were found to be predictive factors of harmful drinking. Fourth, drinking expectancy and drinking norms and attitude at the workplace were found to influence drinking binge frequencies. Conclusion: The study indicates the importance of the workplace environmental factors in female employee's drinking behavior, and addresses the need for interventions geared toward changing the workplace environment regarding alcohol use.

Multi-objective robust optimization method for the modified epoxy resin sheet molding compounds of the impeller

  • A kind of modified epoxy resin sheet molding compounds of the impeller has been designed. Through the test, the non-metal impeller has a better environmental aging performance, but must do the waterproof processing design. In order to improve the stability of the impeller vibration design, the influence of uncertainty factors is considered, and a multi-objective robust optimization method is proposed to reduce the weight of the impeller. Firstly, based on the fluid-structure interaction, the analysis model of the impeller vibration is constructed. Secondly, the optimal approximate model of the impeller is constructed by using the Latin hypercube and radial basis function, and the fitting and optimization accuracy of the approximate model is improved by increasing the sample points. Finally, the micro multi-objective genetic algorithm is applied to the robust optimization of approximate model, and the Monte Carlo simulation and Sobol sampling techniques are used for reliability analysis. By comparing the results of the deterministic, different sigma levels and different materials, the multi-objective optimization of the SMC molding impeller can meet the requirements of engineering stability and lightweight. And the effectiveness of the proposed multi-objective robust optimization method is verified by the error analysis. After the SMC molding and the robust optimization of the impeller, the optimized rate reached 42.5%, which greatly improved the economic benefit, and greatly reduce the vibration of the ventilation system.

사외이사제도의 효과에 미치는 가족경영자의 조절효과 (A moderating effect of Family CEO on the Influence of Outside Director System)

  • 본 연구는 외환위기 이후 국내에 법제화된 사외이사제도의 효과에 대해 고찰한다. 사외이사제도는 기업의 소유와 경영이 분리된 상황에서 이기적이고 기회주의적인 경영자를 감시 및 견제해야 한다는 대리인이론을 이론적 근거로 하고 있다. 이에, 먼저 사외이사제도가 대리인비용을 감소시키는 역할을 하고 있는지에 대해 확인한다. 다음으로, 대리인이론이 가정하는 상황과 다른 환경을 제공하는 한국 기업의 특징, 특히 가족경영자 기업에서 이와 같은 대리인비용 감소의 효과가 약화되고 있는지 실증한다. 282개의 기업 자료를 통한 실증결과에 따르면, 사외이사제도가 대리인비용을 감소시키는 기능을 하고 있는 것은 사실이나, 가족경영자 기업에서는 이 효과가 약화되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해, 한국과 같이 대리인이론이 가정하는 상황과 차이를 보이는 경우, 사외이사제도의 맹목적인 도입을 통해 감시와 견제 기능에만 초점을 맞추어서는 안 된다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있다.

노인의 결혼만족도가 자살생각에 미치는 영향: 노년기 우울을 매개로 하여 (The Influence of Marital Satisfaction on the Suicidal Ideation of the Elderly: Focusing on Mediating Effect of Depression)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 결혼만족 정도가 우울을 매개로 하여 노인의 자살생각에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 이해하기 위한 이론적 모형을 제안하는데 있다. 분석을 위해 전라북도에 소재한 노인시설을 이용하는 65세 이상 노인 194명을 대상으로 1:1면접방식을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 분석은 구조방정식 모형을 사용하였다. 분석결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 결혼만족도는 자살생각에 직·간접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 결혼만족도는 우울에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 우울과 자살생각도 유의미한 영향관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 실천적 함의를 제안하였다.

선미후류-프로펠러 상호작용을 고려한 유효반류 추정법 (Prediction of Effective Wake Considering Propeller-Shear-Flow Interaction)

  • 선미후류에 포함된 보오텍스 시스템과 프로펠러와의 상호작용을 이론적으로 해석하여 유효반류를 계산하는 방법을 제안하였다. 선미주위의 복잡한 유동을 Poincare의 방정식을 사용하여 수학적으로 표시하였고 임의의 점에서의 교란속도를 물체 표면에 분포되어 있는 쏘오스 및 보오텍스에 의한 유기속도의 표면적분과 유체중 위치하는 쏘오스 및 보오텍스에 의한 유기속도의 체적적분의 함으로 표시하였다. 이 식으로부터 유효속도(effective velocity)를 유체중 보오텍스에 의한 유기속도의 체적적분으로 정의하였다. 유체중의 보오텍스의 위치와 세기는 불균일한 호칭속도(nominal velocity)분포에 포함되어 있는 보오텍스로부터 프로펠러가 작동할 때의 유선변화를 고려하여 보오텍스 운동역학(vortex dynamics)을 만족하도록 결정된다. 이론을 검증하기 위한 계산예로써 축대칭 전단류(shear flow)중 원판형 추진장치가 작동할 때 프로펠러에 의한 유선변화 모형을 변화시켜 유효속도를 계산하였고 양력판 이론에 의한 값과 비교하였다.

AKARI-NEP : EFFECTS OF AGN PRESENCE ON SFR ESTIMATES OF GALAXIES

  • How does the presence of an AGN influence the total SFR estimates of galaxies and change their distribution with respect to the Galaxy Main Sequence? To contribute to solving this question, we study a sample of 1133 sources detected in the North Ecliptic Pole field (NEP) by AKARI and Herschel. We create a multi-wavelength dataset for these galaxies and we fit their multi-wavelength Spectral Energy Distribution (SED) using the whole spectral regime (from 0.1 to $500{\mu}m$). We perform the fit using three procedures: LePhare and two optimised codes for identifying AGN tracers from the SED analysis. In this work we present an overview of the comparison between the estimates of the Infrared bolometric luminosities (between 8 and $1000{\mu}m$) and the AGN fractions obtained exploiting these different procedures. In particular, by estimating the AGN contribution in four different wavelength ranges ($5-40{\mu}m$, $10-20{\mu}m$, $20-40{\mu}m$ and $8-1000{\mu}m$) we show how the presence of an AGN affects the PAH emission by suppressing the ratio $\frac{L_{8{\mu}m}}{L_{4.5{\mu}m}}$ as a function of the considered wavelength range.

이축 연신된 폴리프로필렌 필름의 전하주입 현상이 절연특성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of the Insulating Properties on Charge Injection Phenomena of Biaxially-Drawn Polypropylene Film)

  • 고분자 절연재료에 전하주입시 발생하는 캐리어 트랩현상은 재료의 절연성을 저하시키는데 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 절연재료의 전기적 특성을 개선한다는 측면에서 캐리어의 거동을 파악하기 위해 내열성이 폴리프로필렌보다 우수한 이축 연신된 폴리프로필렌 필름(두께 $50\mu\textrm{m}$)을 선정하여 전계변화에 따른 열자격전류 스펙트라를 분석 검토하였다. 온도범위 303~413[K]와 전계범위 2~80[㎹/m]에서 열자격 전류의 변화를 살펴본 결과 전계 12[㎹/m]이하에서는 전하주입의 효과가 관찰되지 않았으나 전계가 점점 높아지면 트랩된 공간전하와 전극으로부터 주입된 공간전하가 형성되어 Hetero 및 Homo성 열자격전류 스펙트라가 나타나며 이는 결국 절연파괴를 야기시키는 것으로 예측되어진다. 또한 이축 연신된 시료가 미연신 재료보다 우수한 절연특성을 가지고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다.

Statistical Analysis for Turbulence Properties of the Orion Molecular Cloud

  • Turbulence plays an important role in molecular clouds. However, the properties of turbulence are poorly understood. In order to study the influence of turbulence in molecular clouds, we need to sample the turbulent properties in the full range of scales down to sonic scale. We mapped the $20^{\prime}{\times}60^{\prime}$ area covering the Orion Molecular Cloud (OMC) 1-4 region in HCN 1-0 and HCO+ 1-0 with Taeduk Radio Astronomy Observatory (TRAO) 14-m telescope as part of the TRAO key science program, "Mapping turbulent properties of star-forming molecular clouds down to the sonic scale (PI: Jeong-Eun Lee)". In addition, we combine our TRAO data with other molecular line maps ($^{13}CO$ 1-0, $C^{18}O$ 1-0, CS 1-0, $N_2H^+$ 1-0) obtained with the Nobeyama Radio Observatory (NRO) 45-m telescope. To analyze these data, we apply statistical methods, the principal component analysis (PCA) and spectral correlation function (SCF), which are known to be useful to study underlying turbulent properties and to quantitatively characterize cloud structure. We will present the preliminary results of observations and analyses.
