Relationship between Business Type on Sales Orders and Major Factors in Domestic Ecommerce Markets

  • Purpose: The goal of this study is to comprehensively grasp the current status of ecommerce and to use as basic data for information-related policies. In this work, we understand recent ecommerce utilization, purchasing business by main factors, and look over the association between business type on sales orders (BTSO) and three variables: region, occupation and group type. Research design, data and methodology: The resource of this research is obtained by Ministry of Science and Technology Information and Communication in 2017, and investigated about 14,000 national business samples. Two statistical methods are used to analyze the association between the three variables: chi-square test and correspondence analysis. Results: The findings show that BTSO is pairwise associated with thee categorical variables, and the association between the categories of the two variables can be visually examined on two dimensional plane. Conclusions: This study suggests 'household & individual consumers' among BTSO are closely connected with 'Chungbuk' and 'Kyungnam' for region, 'others', 'finance & insurance' and 'association, repairing & other personal service' for occupation, and 'national & local government' for group type. Additionally, 'other companies' among BTSO are, particularly, related to 'Chunnam' for region, 'manufacturing industry' for occupation, and 'company corporations' for group type.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study were to investigate the health status and to identify the influencing factors on health status by gender among service workers. Method: Data were collected from the self-reported survey of 781 service workers in sales, food & lodging industry. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Win 10.0. Result: The influencing factors of male workers' health status were job satisfaction, standing hour during work time, physical work environment, job demand and family support. The influencing factors of female workers' health status were job satisfaction, emotional labor, physical work environment, regular exercise, standing hour during work time, social support and age. Conclusion: Gender specific occupational Health program for service workers should be developed in consideration of these influencing factors.

  • The development of mobile communication technology is transforming the market of mobile communication devices, which is used to be merely for simple communication, into the one which offers features of personal digital assistant (PDA), fax communication and Internet access. Unlike a mobile phone which comes out as a complete package and whose functions cannot be changed, a smart phone can be upgraded by its user, adding or removing apps as he pleases. OS's of smart phones are iOS-based Apple, Google Android, Window Mobile, and others. Due to its convenience and powerful features, many people use smart phones its high price. On the other hand, consumer complaints are rising on poor A/S for occasional malfunction. This study analyzes how A/S cases can be classified into groups according to quality factors. We evaluate factors such as consumer impression and consumer satisfaction. By dual quality evaluation using KANO method, we would like to show the different A/S strategy for smart phones, compared with mobile phones.

Online Shopping Research Trend Analysis Using BERTopic and LDA

  • Purpose: As one of the ongoing studies on the distribution industry, the purpose of this study is to identify the research trends on online shopping so far to propose not only the development of online shopping companies but also the possibility of coexistence between online and offline retailers and the development of the distribution industry. Research design, data and methodology: In this study, the English abstracts of 645 papers on online shopping registered in scienceON were obtained. For the analysis through BERTopic and LDA using Python 3.7 and identifying which topics were interesting to researchers. Results: As a result of word frequency analysis and co-occurrence analysis, it was found that studies related to online shopping were frequently conducted on factors such as products, services, and shopping malls. As a result of BERTopic, five topics such as 'service quality' and 'sales strategy' were derived, and as a result of LDA, three topics including 'purchase experience' were derived. It was confirmed that 'Customer Recommendation' and 'Fashion Mall' showed relatively high interest, and 'Sales Strategy' showed relatively low interest. Conclusions: It was suggested that more diverse studies related to the online shopping mall platform, sales content, and usage influencing factors are needed to develop the online shopping industry.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the different preference as well as the factor for this preference between general internet shopping mall and feminine internet fashion shopping mall only which are subjected with women and know the satisfaction which follows hereupon. This research will help to establish the strategy to marketers who manage feminine internet fashion shopping mall. The results of this study as follows; 1. As the result of the analysis of preference factors for general internet shopping mall, it was classified with, convenient characteristic, economical efficiency, product and information characteristic, sales promotion, and customer service. Also differences among preference factors appear with following orders, economical efficiency, convenient characteristic, product and information characteristic, sales promotion, and customer service. 2. As the result of the analysis of preference factor for feminine internet fashion shopping mall, it was classified with, fashion information and style, purchase product, economical efficiency, product assortment, and customer service. Also differences among preference factors appear with following orders, fashion information style, product assortment, purchase product, economical efficiency, and customer service. 3. As the result of the analysis of preference factors, convenient characteristic and product information mostly effects to satisfy the customers who use general internet shopping mall. Also purchase product, product assortment, fashion information and style mostly effects to satisfy the customers who use feminine internet fashion shopping mall.

가격인지차원과 점포속성이 패션제품 점포선택행동에 미치는 영향;백화점, 할인점, 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 중심으로 (Effects of Price Perception and Store Attributes on Fashion-Related Store Choice Behavior;Focused on Department Store, Discount Store, and Internet Shopping Mall)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate influences of perceived price dimensions and store attributes on store choice behavior. Three major retail formats, department store, discount store, and internet shopping mall in retail industry were compared with respect to store attributes and intention to purchase fashion products. Data were obtained from 427 consumers aged 25-49 years old. The results were as follows. (1) Multidimensional aspects of the price construct were identified: price-quality schema, prestige sensitivity, price mavenism, value consciousness, price consciousness, and sales proneness. (2) Store attributes included product assortment, quality per price (Q/P), service, and symbolic image in general. However, store attribute factors of three retail formats consisted of slightly different items. Department stores presented the highest level of mean scores on product quality, customer service, and symbolic images, while internet mall exhibited highest on product variety, information comparison, and quality per price. (3) Respondents presented high level of intention to purchase fashion products at internet mall, department store, and discount store in that order. (4) Purchase intention at department store was predicted by Q/P, service, symbolic image, prestige sensitivity, product assortment, clothing consumption, and age in order. Purchase intention at discount store was influenced by assortment & Q/P, symbolic image, clothing consumption, and sales proneness, whereas internet mall was predicted by product assortment, Q/P, service, price mavenism, and price-quality schema.

외식업체의 로스리더 마케팅 요인과 브랜드 태도, 재방문 의도 관계: 브랜드 태도의 매개효과와 브랜드 신뢰의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship of Loss-Leader Marketing Factors, Brand Attitude and Revisit Intention in the Restaurant Industry: Focus on the Mediating Effect of Brand Attitude and the Moderating Effect of Brand Credibility)

  • This study aimed to find the influence with the moderating effects of brand credibility and the mediating effect of brand attitude from the relationship of Loss-Leader marketing factors, brand attitude and revisit intention to make management strategies and provide basic materials for the future restaurant industry. From the findings in this study, only limited sales strategy in the Loss-Leader marketing factors had a positive effect on revisit intention. Both Limited Sales and Price Discount Strategy in the Loss-Leader marketing factors had positive effects on the brand attitude, while Plus Pack strategy had a negative effect on the brand attitude. Also, the brand credibility has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between the Loss-Leader marketing factors and the brand attitude, and the brand attitude has a significant effect on revisit intention. The results indicated that these findings would be basic materials for Loss-Leader marketing factors and related studies in the future. In addition, this study suggests good implications in establishing and using the effective marketing management strategies in the restaurant industry.

인접한 백화점간의 MD현황 비교분석 -서울시내 3개 지역 백화점을 중심으로- (An Analysis of Floor layout and Fashion Brands -Focused on Adjacent Department Stores within 3 Division-)

  • The first purpose of this study was to compare the fashion zones and fashion brands on the floors in small and medium volume department store with those of big department stores within adjacent trading area. The second purpose was to find out similarity and differentiation of near-by department stores. The third one was to propose the future fashion marketing strategies of the department stores. The methods used were references, internet, field observation, and interview in 2002. Eight department stores within adjacent trading area were classified and analysed In "Gangnam division", "Seocho division'. and "Youngdeungpo division". The results were as follows : Firstly, there was a low relationship between the degrees of brand equalization of each department store in the "Gangnam, Seocho. and Youngdeungpo division". Secondly, there was an alteration on the floor layout of each department store. It was layed out in a way that allowed for customers, who wanted to just purchase specific items, to go upstairs and look around several stores, which allowed for not only rise in the amount of sales but also offer the convenience of one stop shopping for the customers. Thirdly I proposed several marketing strategies such as lifestyle marketing, relationship marketing, and compile marketing which solves everyday life agenda. I also proposed the solution selling education to develop service education of salesperson. I finally proposed the overriding priority policy by sales record of each store.licy by sales record of each store.

  • 본 연구는 해운서비스 거래기업간의 관계를 대상으로 관계마케팅 기법을 적용함으로써 보다 동태적인 시장메카니즘을 분석하고자 수행되었다. 해운기업은 영업업무가 큰 비중을 차지하는 기업으로서 해운기업과 하주의 관계구조를 분석함에 있어서 고객의 접점에 있는 영업사원의 관계특성을 기업차원의 관계특성과 함께 고려해야할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 해운서비스 공급기업에 초점을 맞추어 하주들과 장기협력관계를 구축하는 데 영향을 미치는 관계의 질을 중심으로 그 선행요인인 관계특성과 성과요인인 장기협력관계를 실증분석함으로써 해운기업이 하주와 장기협력관계를 구축하는 데 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다.

  • 국내 온라인 게임 시장은 빠르게 성장하고 있지만, 게임사들은 이용자들의 심리를 파악하지 않고, 일괄된 컨텐츠 서비스 공급에만 급급하다. 이는 게임 컨텐츠 서비스에 이용자의 심리를 반영하지 못한다면 기업의 충성도가 낮아진다. 따라서 기존고객의 감소 및 신규고객의 유치가 어렵고, 시장 점유율이 떨어져 기업 매출에 큰 타격을 줄 것이다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 게임 이용자들의 재이용 의도에 미치는 요인들을 찾아내어 게임사들의 게임 컨텐츠 서비스에 관한 마케팅 전략을 제시하고자 한다.
