  • CISG is the most important international convention in the field of international sale of goods. Many arbitration organizations often invoke this convention when settling disputes between the parties concerned. China has been one of the contracting states since the effective date of CISG, and has settled many cases with it. This article aims at analyzing the legal status of CISG in China and the methods with which Chinese arbitration organizations apply CISG. Also, it looks into the existing problems, based on which it provides suggestions for improvement.

  • Transmission and Distribution(T&D) pricing has been one of keystones of ongoing deregulation and privatization process in power industries. The electricity markel has been established based on open access and nondiscriminatory use of the T&D assets. As T&D business remains as a monopoly, it is necessary to provide economic regulation. This paper focuses on the distribution pricing methods and the analysis of pricing structure of distribution-retail sale company under power system deregulation.

  • Defense industry as 'a new dynamics of economic growth' policy implies driving policy of defense products' export. The purpose of this study is to suggest suitable strategies to meet with such policy in terms of region and individual nation. The strategies towards advanced region are joint sale strategy for the third countries, extension strategy of trade-off and development strategy of products to exploit niche markets. The strategies towards non-advanced regions are package strategy including exchange of economic development know-how, strengthening strategy of relationships to leading groups in national decision-making processes, exploit strategy of sales market through transfer discard and surplus equipments to other nations, government to government sale strategy towards countries holding low leveled equipment maintaining and management abilities. Finally, successive strategies require leaders' will, active sales diplomacy and active international cooperations of defense industry.

  • Generally, tourism environments are classified as macro or micro environments. Hotel revenues are influenced directly and indirectly by macro and micro environments. This study aims to examine the determinants of the change in macro-environments on hotel revenue. The explanatory variables in this research were wage, exchange rates (ER), consumer price index (CPI) and seasonality. The results of this study were as follows; The CPI and ER significantly affected the hotel food and beverage sales. The seasonality (summer and autumn) and wage significantly affected the hotel room sales. Wage and seasonality (summer and autumn) also significantly affected the total sale on the hotels.

  • The most of national industrial complex were developed and supplied not according to the requirements of enterprise but the needs of the government. And it leads to current serious out of balance in demand and supply of industrial complex. Buckpyoung industrial complex started sale from when the industrial complex developed in 1995 however the unsold percentage of it was 67% until in October,2005. And this result was ranked the top in the unsold percentage among the 42 national industrial complex in korea. In this paper we research how to accelerate the sale of Buckpyoung industrial complex and to reinvigorate local economy and present the constitution of building material cluster and physical distribution system as the results of our research.

  • The brand value of apartment which affects not only sale percent and profit but also the worth of real estate is raised as an important point of sale competition in the apartment market. But now the market is occupied by a few construction companies, which have well recognized brand. So it's difficult for a construction company without brand to enter the apartment market because of consumer's ignorance. domestic construction companies are spending lots of money and effort to advertise their characteristic brandapartment based on classified consumer's desire and offer consumers what they want. Therefor, This study investigated the factors of recently characteristic brandapartment focusing on design, environment, materials, home automation and surveyed residents preference of a brand by P.O.E methods. Based on such results of survey, this study suggest the basically reference information on characteristic strategy of an brandapartment.

  • Tobacco is a well known cause of death worldwide. With existing comprehensive laws and various other measures for tobacco control, the mortality and morbidity due to tobacco usage have unfortunately not been reduced. A large number of tobacco users have altered their pattern of tobacco use after the gutka ban. Traditional gutka is sold in the open market in a pre-mixed format. Manufacturers are supplying pan masala and tobacco in separate pouches as there is no restriction for sale of pan masala and tobacco individually in many states. Although most of the population is aware of the health hazards of tobacco, it is necessary to develop an effective structured strategy. Tobacco control programs need to be strengthened by separate tobacco control measures at various levels.

  • 인터넷과 멀티미디어 기술의 급속한 성장에 따라 웹을 기반으로 한 전자상거래가 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 구매자들은 보다 합리적이고 현명해졌고 또한 개성화 경향의 심화로 구매자 자신에 맞는 특별한 서비스를 원하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 대부분의 전자상거래 서비스는 구매자가 물건의 모습이나 사양을 보고 선택하는 상품 카탈로그 수준의 상태에 있다. 구매자의 욕구를 만족시키기 위해서는 단순한 상품정보를 제시하는 것에서 벗어나 판매점원의 지식을 이용한 판매점원 에이전트가 필요하다. 이러한 판매점원 에이전트를 이용하면 고객은 상품 탐색 시간을 급격히 줄일 수 있고 구매자 취향에 맞는 쇼핑을 할 수가 있으며 판매자 입장에서는 차별화 된 고객관리를 할 수가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실제 상점에서 존재하는 판매점원의 일을 대신해 주는 사이버상의 판매점원을 지능형 에이전트, 즉 지능형 판매점원 에이전트(ISCA : Intelligent Sale Clerk Agent)를 이용하여 구매자의 취향에 적합한 상품들을 쇼핑할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

공매제도와 옵션 거래, 그리고 악재의 주가 반영 속도

  • 공매(short sale)에 대한 제약이 없는 투자환경에 비해 공매에 대한 제약이 있는 투자환경에서는 주식과 같은 위험자산의 가격은 한동안 과대 평가된다. Figlewski & Webb (1993)는 공매에 대한 제약으로 인해 악재(bad news)가 주가에 과소 반영된다고 하였으며, Diamond & Verrecchia(1987)는 공매에 대한 여러 제약(short-sale constraints)으로 인해 주식시장에 호재로 작용하는 정보(favourable information)와 악재로 작용하는 정보(unfavourable information)가 주식시장에 비대칭적으로 반응하며, 악재가 주가에 더 늦게 반영된다는 것을 보였다. 그러나, 주가지수옵션의 거래는 여러 제약이 많은 공매제도로 인해 악재가 주식시장에 일시적으로 과소반영되는 비효율성을 해결해준다. 그래서 본 연구는 주가지수옵션이라는 파생금융상품의 도입으로 인해 악재의 주가 반응 속도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 살펴보았다. 전환(switchig) GJR-MA(1) 모델을 이용한 실증분석 결과에 의하면, 주가지수옵션의 거래는 여러 제약이 많은 공매제도로 인해 악재가 주식시장에 늦게 반영되는 비효율성을 제거하게 되어, 옵션 도입 이후로 주식시장의 악재로 인한 변동성 충격(volatility shock)이 그 시장에 더욱 더 빨리 흡수되어 정보적 시장효율성(informational market efficiency)을 증대시키는 결과를 보였다.

  • The vehicle's waning sounds are used for the purpose of informing the specific situation to the driver. In the past, the warning sounds were developed in terms of a simple notification. With the increasing importance of the emotional quality of vehicle, the research in terms of sound quality has been actively conducted. The desired sounds are dependent upon customer expectation and usage requirements. And it based on cultural or regional difference and personal preference. In this paper, the preference study considering the sale region and personal preference is introduced. Jury test for subjective evaluation are carried out and the difference in preference is analyzed.
