레벨 4 자율주행자동차의 제작 안전 가이드라인에 대한 고찰 (A Study on Safety Guideline of Level 4 Automated Driving Vehicles)

  • Since automated driving system (ADS) has great potential to innovate various fields of automobile and mobility industries, major countries are establishing safety standards for autonomous vehicles to support technology development. However, in order to prevent technology development from being hampered by the safety standards for technologies still under development, safety guidelines are applied until the technologies are mature. For example, the safety 'guideline' for level 4 ADS was published in December 2020 by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of Korea, while the safety 'standards' for level 3 ADS was promulgated in December 2019. In this study, the domestic safety guideline for level 4 ADS is analyzed with the guidelines of major advanced countries in terms of safety elements. As it takes a lot of time before the safety standards of level 4 ADS is introduced, it is expected that the safety guideline will be updated several times. As necessary considerations when updating the safety guideline, industry acceptance, harmonization between safety elements, validation methods of system performance, and the user options are discussed.

  • With the development of autonomous driving technology, as the use of software in vehicles increases, the complexity of the system increases and the difficulty of development increases. Developments that meet ISO 26262 must be carried out to reduce the malfunctions that may occur in vehicles where the system is becoming more complex. ISO 26262 for the functional safety of the vehicle industry proposes to consider functional safety from the design stage to all stages of development. Specifically at the software level, the requirements to be complied with during development and the requirements to be complied with during verification are defined. However, it is not clearly expressed about specific design methods or development methods, and it is necessary to supplement development guidelines. The importance of analysis and verification of requirements is increasing due to the development of technology and the increase of system complexity. The vehicle industry must carry out developments that meet functional safety requirements while carrying out various development activities. We propose a process that reflects the perspective of system engineering to meet the smooth application and developmentrequirements of ISO 26262. In addition, the safety analysis/verification FMEA processforthe safety of the proposed ISO 26262 function was conducted based on the FCAS (Forward Collision Avoidance Assist System) function applied to autonomous vehicles and the results were confirmed. 방폭구조 ESD Detector 개발 및 본질안전 특성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Explosion Proof ESD Detector and Intrinsic Safety Characteristics Analysis)

  • Article 325 (Prevention of Fire Explosion due to Electrostatic) of the Rule for Occupational Safety and Health Standard specifies that in order to prevent the risk of disasters caused by static electricity, fire, explosion and static electricity in the production process, However, in order to do this, it is absolutely necessary to use a pre-detection technology and a detector for antistatic discharge prediction, which is a precautionary measure by static electricity in a fire / explosion hazard place, but in Korea, And there is no technical standard for the application of the technology of the explosion proof structure of the related equipment. Research methods include domestic and overseas electrostatic discharge detection technology and literature investigation of related equipment explosion proofing technology, domestic and foreign electrostatic discharge detection device production and use situation investigation, advanced foreign technology data analysis and benchmarking. In particular, we sought to verify the results of empirical experiments using electrostatic discharge detection technology through sample purchase and analysis of related major products, development of optimization technology through prototype production, evaluation, and supplementation, and expert knowledge through expert consultation. The results of this study were developed and fabricated two prototypes of electrostatic discharge detector based on the technology / standard related to electrostatic discharge detection technology in Korea and abroad through development of electrostatic discharge detection technology and development and production of detector. In addition, based on the development of electrostatic discharge detection technology, we developed an intrinsic safety explosion proof ib class explosion proof technology applicable to the process of using and handling flammable gas and flammable liquid vapor and combustible dust. In the case of the over voltage and minimum voltage are supplied to the explosion-proof structure ESD detector, check the state of the circuit and the transient and transient currents generated by the coil and capacitor elements during the input and standby of the signal pulse voltage. Explosion-proof equipment-Part 11: Intrinsically safe explosion proof structure The comparative evaluation with the reference curve in Annex A of "i" confirms that the characteristics of the intrinsically safe explosion protection structure are met.

  • 국민안전처에서 수행하고 있는 소방안전 연구개발사업 주요 내역사업으로는, 화재예방 및 경계기술개발, 특수재난 진압 대응 기술개발, 인명 구조 구급 및 현장대응요원 안전확보 기술개발 등 세개 내역사업으로 구성되어 2007년부터 수행하고 있다. 주요 성과지표로는 (1) 국내외 특허, 실용신안, 디자인(의장) 등 산업재산권 출원/등록 건수 (2) 현장실험, 상용화를 위한 성능기준 확보, 시제품 개발, 소프트웨어 등록, 기술료 발생건수 (3) 수행과제와 관련하여 국내외 학술지에 게재된 연구논문 및 수행과제 결과물을 이용한 정책활용 건수 (4) 연구과제 수행기간 동안 발생된 고용창출 및 인력양성 실적 등으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 2012년부터 2014년까지 수행한 소방안전분야 연구개발사업의 특허 성과, 논문 성과, 소프트웨어 등록 성과에 대해 조사 분석하였다.

  • 주택 및 토지 개발과 시설물 유지관리를 주 업무로 하는 도시공사 유형의 공기업은 다양한 재난 및 안전관리의 책무를 지고 있으며 최근 관련분야 법률의 전면 개정 및 강화로 그 중요성이 증대되고 있으며 체계적 안전경영을 위한 전략수립이 필요한 상황이 되었다. 본 연구에서는 AHP 설문 분석을 통해 안전경영책임계획 상의 추진전략 및 세부과제 도출과 재난안전관리 운영목표 수립을 위한 합리적인 프로세스 및 결과를 제시하였으며 시사점으로 안전관리 체계구축과 ICT 기반 안전 기술이 중요하다는 결론을 도출하였다.

  • Annually, Taiwan generates approximately 2 million tons of inorganic wastes in the form of sludge, fly ash and slug. To increase the added value of waste and maintain the increasingly insufficient supply of natural gravel, large public construction projects account for this large demand each year. future architectural trends are leading towards high-rise buildings. In light of the above, Center for Environmental, Safety and Health Technology Development, Industrial Technology Research Institute has developed the technology of manufacturing cold-bonding, sintering and bloating types of lightweight aggregates with a specific gravity ranging between 0.7~1.7, water absorption rate < 30%. The lightweight aggregate verified by physical property tests can be used as a substitute for the natural aggregate, which generally appears in replacing gravel in concrete, soundproofing and heat insulation materials. Doing so would not only moderate waste disposal problems, but also achieve the goal of resource recovery.

  • The facility diagnosis technique of past subjective judged the technical expert and interpreted stably mainly. The facility the periodical civil official becomes indispensability consequently with the law and the system and objectivity inspection which relates with a this and development of diagnosis technique were necessary. Currently the evaluation elements which relate with an inspection and diagnosis technique depended to the subjectivity of each facility quality, data statistics, diagnosis know-how, various circumstance and the technical expert and the evaluation item came to decide. But the evaluation score distribution of marks of each item depended plentifully in data analysis result and experience. The past method is weak in logically because the objection theoretical background and basis are insufficiency. Consequently in order to apply a data analysis result and an experience logically, it used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method from this research. It is visible with the fact that the application result reconfirmation and complement process will be necessary the technique which is suitable in the multi facility management. Also it is expected with the fact that the application characteristic from the next relation technique will be excellent.

재난안전관리 과학기술 네트워크: 전문가 수요조사를 중심으로 (Science and Technology Networks for Disaster and Safety Management: Based on Expert Survey Data)

  • 최근 국가적 재난사고의 발생으로 인해 재난안전문제의 근원적 해결을 위한 과학기술의 활용과 역할에 대한 연구 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이에 재난 유형이나 재난안전 관리 단계별로 국민의 안전기본권 확보, 효과적 대응을 위한 기술개발 분야 발굴, 관련 R&D 투자의 효율적 방향 모색 등의 필요성도 크게 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 네트워크 분석을 기반으로 과학기술을 통해 우선적으로 해결이 필요한 재난 유형 및 재난안전 관리 단계는 무엇인지 그리고 재난안전문제 해결을 위해서는 어떤 기술개발이 필요한지를 분석하였다. 전문가 수요조사에 대한 네트워크 분석 결과, 사회재난인 화재와 자연재난인 지진에 대한 우리사회의 불안감이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 대부분의 재난 유형에 공통적으로 요구되거나 재난 상황에 따라 응용 가능성이 높은 기술개발 분야는 인공지능과 빅데이터 분석인 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 재난안전과 기술 분야 간 연결망 구조를 구축한 후 그 연계 속성이 갖는 구조적 특성을 탐색하고, 나아가 재난안전 과학기술의 역할 강화를 위한 함의를 제시하였다.

  • In general, Reinforced Slopes by Shotcrete are difficult to inspect because of stiff Slope and highly Working Area. So the Inspection Techniques are needed by the Non-contact and Non-destructive. On this Study, Appling the safety method to finding the weak zones(cavity area, dampness area, etc.) by using the Infrared Thermal Technique That is detecting the Detail Thermal Difference on the Surface of Reinforced Slopes by Shotcrete.
