요즘에는 대부분 정보가 전산화되어 다루어지고 있기 때문에 전산화된 정보의 안전성을 높이는 것이 매우 중요하다. 하지만 코딩 실수로 발생하는 많은 메소드 오용 때문에 소프트웨어 자체가 취약해짐에 따라 정보의 안전성이 위협받을 수 있다. 해킹 공격을 원천적으로 차단하여 정보의 안전성을 높이기 위해 시큐어 코딩 가이드가 제안된 바 있지만, C와 Java 프로그래머를 위주로 작성되었기 때문에 다른 프로그래밍 언어에서는 적용하기 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 다른 프로그래밍 언어에도 사용할 수 있도록 시큐어 코딩 가이드의 규칙을 재분류한다. 구체적으로 행정자치부에서 발표한 C 시큐어 코딩 가이드를 이용하였다. 그리고 이 분류에 따라 구별된 규칙을 새로 제안한 한글 프로그래밍 언어인 새싹에 적용해 보았다. 그 결과 새싹에서는 C 언어 대비 점검해야 할 취약점 규칙의 수가 52% 줄어든 것으로 나타났다.

건설업은 전체 산업 중에서 가장 많은 재해자를 발생시키는 산업 분야이다. 각 재해에서 발견되는 반복되는 요인들로 인해 재해가 발생하기 때문에 기존의 기술통계 분석 및 통계적 검정으로 업무상 재해 유형을 분석하는 데 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 건설현장에서 발생하는 재해 유형 중 낙하물에 기인한 안전사고에 대하여 사망과 부상 사고로 구분하여 사고 원인들을 도출한다. 또한, 기계학습 기법 중 연관 규칙 분석 방법을 통하여 낙하물에 기인한 안전사고의 규칙을 발견하고, 낙하물의 요인들을 군집하여 중점 재해요인을 도출한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 낙하물에 기인한 사망과 부상 사고에 대한 규칙을 감안하여 낙하물에 기인한 안전사고에 대한 대처방안을 모색하면 보다 정확한 사고예방이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Since the launch of the GATT system, one of the most controversial topics in trade liberalization has been the conflict between culture and trade. The sticking point has been the necessity of cultural exceptions in trade rules. Some countries do not wish to allow further exceptions to basic principles even in cultural industry, while many other countries make their efforts to obtain "cultural safety valve." The latter group asserts that it is indispensable for the protection of cultural identity, whereas the former seems to doubt the truth of the assertion. That is because cultural policy measure possibly constitute a means of arbitrary or unjustifiable discrimination between countries, or a disguised barriers to trade in cultural products. Unfortunately, cultural exceptions still remain unresolved in the WTO, the successor to the GATT. This paper is to review the history and rules of multilateral trading system on cultural industry, address the critical issues to deal with in the DDA negotiations, and lastly provide some perspectives on the appropriate shape of the cultural safety valve.

We adapted association rules of data mining in order to investigate the relation among the factors of musculoskeletal disorders and proposed the method of preventing the musculoskeletal disorders associated with multiple logistic regression in previous study. This multiple logistic regression was difficult to establish the method of preventing musculoskeletal disorders in case factors can't be managed by worker himself, i.e., age, gender, marital status. In order to solve this problem, we devised association rules of factors of musculoskeletal disorders and proposed the interactive method of preventing the musculoskeletal disorders, by applying association rules with the result of multiple logistic regression in previous study. The result of correlation analysis showed that prevention method of one part also prevents musculoskeletal disorders of other parts of body.

Recently, as the coastal trading is being increased rapidly, risk of collision being increased especially in the coastal route near around the port of Wando. In this paper, with the reference to various literatures and papers on collision avoidance rules, the navigational rules and regulations for the coastal area-especially for the narrow channel-are construed and introduced in brief. Also, 3 collision cases near around the port of Wando and statistical data during 5 years(1996 to 2000) are studied. The results of this study are as follows; 1. It is strongly recommended to separate the route of east-bound and west-bound in this area due to removing the risk of collision between the vessels in reciprocal way. 2. The owner of the fleet should lead that the master should con the vessel by himself when passing this area. 3. For the introduction of the Coastal VTS, it is required to investigate the capability to cooperate with military radar sites which based on all over the coast.

The slamming impact pressures at the bottom area of the Open60' are evaluated by the rules and regulations of various organizations - ISO and classification societies. The enhanced performance of the modern racing yacht in terms of speed which achieves well over 20 knots needs special consideration. The calculated design impact pressures are compared a experimental results. Severe difference can be found in these calculation results but the final conclusion shall be obtained after the scantling calculation under the evaluated design impact pressure so far.

Although a safety assessment of damaged ships, which considers environmental conditions such as waves and wind, is important in both the design and operation phases of ships, in Korea, rules or guidelines to conduct such assessments are not yet developed. However, NATO and European maritime societies have developed guidelines for a safety assessment. Therefore, it is required to develop rules or guidelines for safety assessments such as the Naval Ship Code (NSC) of NATO. Before the safety assessment of a damaged ship can be performed, the available damage scenarios must be developed and the safety assessment criteria must be established. In this paper, the parameters related to damage by accidents are identified and categorized when developing damage scenarios. The need for damage safety assessment criteria is discussed, and an example is presented. In addition, a concept and specifications for the DB-based supporting system, which is used in the operation phases, are proposed.

To cope with the change of railway safety environment and to prevent the catastrophic accident, the railway safety management system was established through the legislation of railway safety rules. And to audit and evaluate the accomplishment of railway safety rules by the railway operators, the Integrated Railway Safety Audit System(IRSAS) has been conducting. This study find out the strategy to stabilize the IRSAS by applying Theory of Constraints(TOC) Thinking Process. For meeting the IRSAS's goal of effective levelling up of railway safety, the two necessary conditions, 1)the secure of substantial safety through the IRSAS and 2)the execution of efficient IRSAS, should be fulfilled. Estimated undesirable effects(UDEs) from the IRSAS were identified, and 3 of them were selected for creating the requisite conflict clouds. Entities from these conflict clouds were synthesized into a core conflict cloud that foamed the base of Current Reality Tree. The strategic direction for change extracted from the conflict cloud is the reinforcement of IRSAS preparation system including the level up of operator's self audit, the deepening of preliminary survey, the establishment of complementing system of audit check list and the build up of auditor's specialization. These injection were logically validated via a Future Reality Tree and expected to be confirmed by further progressing of IRSAS.

This paper examines the influence of the uncertainty in demand and lead time on the relative performances of ten well-known single stage lot-sizing rules in a rolling schedule environment. Two other factors, coefficient of variation and time between orders, which may affect the performances of the rules are also considered. To compare the rules under an identical condition, 100% service level is set by introducing safety stocks. The effects of various factor levels are checked statistically by the pairwise t-test and the results show that the uncertainty of the environment has a strong influence on the performance of the rules.

This paper introduces determination rules for specifications of quality characteristics and dependability requirements. This study also presents guidelines for various inclusions in standards such as environmental aspects, safety aspects, third-party certification systems, medical devices, and the needs of older persons and persons with disabilities.
