흡입노출에 의한 만성·발암성시험 대상물질 및 우선순위 선정 연구 (Selection of Candidate Materials and their Prioritization for Chronic Inhalation and Carcinogenicity Test)

  • Objectives: There is requirement to select candidate materials for chronic inhalation/carcinogenicity testing, so we would like to set the priority of candidate materials. Methods and Results: We recommend the priorities for candidate materials based on the chemicals stipulated in the Occupational Safety and Health Act(OSHAct) and the Toxic Chemicals Control Act(TCCA) in Korea. Conclusions: We presented candidate chemicals consisting of solids(powders), gases and liquids(Such as organic solvents) with priorities.

  • In this paper, we provide safety requirements and advices to guarantee the safety of an interface in a level crossing system which is an interface between the conventional facilities and the new ATP (Automatic Train Protection) system, as well as we accomplish a safety management for the facilities of a country that has a different standard with already standardized ATP system. The system model has been made based on a safety activity of the international standard, and then a tolerance of a risk by the safety activity through PHA (Preliminary Hazard Analysis) has been analyzed. finally we achieved HIA (Hazard Identification and Analysis) for the assumptions that have been produced from a operating scenario and a functional interface. Thus, the safety requirements for the interface has been provided from the safety plan of HIA, and we showed the safety activity to guarantee the system safety through HIA which was depend on the design.

  • 차량 연비 및 안전에 대한 규제 강화와 고객의 첨단 기능 요구 증가에 따라 전자제어 시스템의 적용이 지속적으로 확대되고 있다. 전자제어 시스템의 핵심 요소인 마이크로 컨트롤러, 아날로그 IC 그리고 ASIC 등 반도체의 수요도 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 국내의 차량용 반도체 개발 프로세스는 명확한 체계가 수립되지 못한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 품질 경영 체계 요구사항인 ISO/TS 16949, 이미 다양한 분야에서 검증된 프로세스 모델인 CMMI, 그리고 차량 분야의 기능 안전 표준으로 제정된 ISO 26262를 도입하여 반도체 사양 및 설계 개발 프로세스 수립 방안 및 예시를 제시한다. 본 연구의 결과는 조직 내 반도체 개발 프로세스 수립을 위한 가이드로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

국내 무역항의 예선 사용기준에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Criteria of Tugboat Requirement in Domestic Trading Ports)

  • 국내 주요 무역항에서는 예선운영 및 업무처리요령에 근거하여 지방해양항만청장이 예선의 사용기준을 정하여 운영하고 있다. 그러나 예선의 사용기준 및 소요마력에 대한 산출 방식이 각 항만마다 상이하고, 일부 항만의 경우 예선 사용마력에 대한 사용척수와 총 사용마력이 달라 예선 운용에 혼선이 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 국내 주요 무역항의 예선 사용기준을 상호 비교하여 문제점을 도출하고, 예선의 총 소요마력 산출 근거를 기초로 선박규모별 예선 사용에 대한 일원화된 기준을 제안하였다. 또한, 현행 예선사용기준은 풍속이 10m/s 미만인 통상적인 경우에 해당되므로 갑작스런 돌풍 및 태풍 등으로 인한 재난대비 차원에서 그 이상의 풍속에 대한 기준도 제시하여 예선 운영세칙에 포함할 젓을 제안하였다.

  • Interlocking signalling system plays key role as core system to manage railway operation. The core role of railway operation is to control routing, displaying signal and regulation for train. Interlocking system relate tightly to railway accident because collision and derailment is sometime taken place wrong route setting and signal displaying. Safety activity for interlocking system is inevitable to avoid the accident over its life cycle. The safety activity includes hazard identification and analysis, safety requirement allocation, safety plan, safety activity and ao on. The safety activity need a broad wide range work. In this paper, we concentrate on hazard identification for generic interlocking system and programmable electronic interlocking system and compare between two results. The hazards will be used for safety activity.

  • Currently in domestic, it is difficult to the evacuation in fire due to the building is higher. Therefore it is necessary to evacuation safety design of building. To conduct the evacuation fire design of building, it should be done the Evacuation Safety Verification. But it is not sufficient the Study about Evacuation Safety Verification in currently domestic. Therefore in this study, we conducted the evacuation safety verification using people who they can't the evacuation themselves. The method of verification, we suggest the comparative that people who they can't the evacuation themselves and available safety evacuation time. Available safety evacuation time is determined by determined method from disaster statistics of casualties or equivalence with current standard requirement. it is doing to objectively judge of evacuation safety design validity in building.

  • The structural work is the main process of building construction which influence on the time, cost, safety and quality. The form work is one of the main process which has from 20 to 30 percentage of structural work. Especially the form work for beams is complex and need more manpower compared with form work for column or slab. When the existing forms such as plywood form, steel framed wooden form and aluminum form, is used for form work of beam, it would result in the cost overrun caused by needs of lots of manpower and resources. Therefore, the aim of this study is analysis of the requirement for development of SMART beam form. The result of this study shall be used for the development of SMART form work system.

Obstacle Awareness and Collision Avoidance Radar Sensor System for Smart UAV

  • In this paper, the critical requirement for obstacle awareness and avoidance is assessed with the compliance of the equivalent level of safety regulation, and then the collision avoidance sensor system is presented with the key design parameters for the requirement of the smart unmanned aerial vehicle in low-altitude flight. Based on the assessment of various sensors, small-sized radar sensor is selected for the suitable candidate due to the real-time range and range-rate acquisition capability of the stationary and moving aircraft even under all-weather environments. Through the performance analysis for the system requirement, the conceptual design result of radar sensor model is proposed with the range detection probability and collision avoidance mode is established based on the time-to-collision, which is analyzed by collision scenario.

  • Urban transit is system that offer target Performance and function because various lower part system such as vehicles, signaling, power supply, rail track is consisted as complex. It is important first of all that describe correctly system requirement until configuration of system, design, manufacture, installation and test verification so that the complicated urban transit system is to act safety and reliable and to display target Performance and function properly. The system requirement assist the system developer to comprehensive the performance and function of system in basic design. Therefore, In this paper wishes to study way to analyze system of system requirement and apply to Urban transit.

  • 본 논문은 사고관리방안 수행에 있어서 발생되는 인적오류의 정량적 평가방법을 개발하여 공동범람 사고관리방안의 예제문제에 적용한 연구결과를 기술하고있다. PSA에서 사용되었던 기존의 인간오류평가 방법론인 THERP, HCR, SLIM-MAUD 방법의 특징을 검토하여 장단점을 기술하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 인간오류평가 방법론은 신뢰도물리모델을 이용하는 새로운 HRA 분석방법이다. 불확실성 분석을 위하여 MAAP 코드와 LHS 코드가 사용되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 제안하는 방법은 매우 유연하여 중대사고관리방안과 관련한 다양한 인간오류행위에 대한 평가에 사용될 수 있음을 보여주었다.
