건설현장 관리기술에 대한 한·일간 비교분석 예비연구 (Comparative Analysis of On-site Construction Management in Korea and Japan)

  • 건설 관련 행위의 기준이 되는 주요 법 제도나 건설 환경 변화 양상의 한 일간 유사성을 고려할 때, 일본 건설산업에 대한 지속적인 관심과 연구는 국내 건설산업의 전략 수립에 있어 불가피한 측면이 있다. 건설현장 공사관리 기술에 대한 양국간 비교 분석을 위해, 본 연구에서는 문헌 분석, 전문가설문, 현지조사 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 양국 건설현장에 대한 경험이 있는 전문가들에 따르면, 국내의 현장관리수준은 과거에 비해 일본의 수준에 상당히 근접한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 일본 건설산업은 제도적 지원과 협업적이고 자율적 문화에 기초한 총괄개념의 공정 계획, 완성도 높은 설계도서, 효과적 품질 안전 환경관리체계 등에서 나오는 높은 경쟁력을 보유하고 있다. 향후 본 연구의 결과에 따라 일본 건설산업의 강점에 대한 본격적인 벤치마킹이 일본 건설산업에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 이루어진다면, 녹색건설 활성화, 안전환경의 조성, 발주자와 시공자 등 참여자의 역량 강화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

On the Integrated Operation Concept and Development Requirements of Robotics Loading System for Increasing Logistics Efficiency of Sub-Terminal

  • Recently, consumers who prefer contactless consumption are increasing due to pandemic trends such as Corona 19. This is the driving force for developing the last mile-based logistics ecosystem centered on the online e-commerce market. Lastmile led to the continued development of the logistics industry, but increased the amount of cargo in urban area, and caused social problems such as overcrowding of logistics. The courier service in the logistics base area utilizes the process of visiting the delivery site directly because the courier must precede the loading work of the cargo in the truck for the delivery of the ordered product. Currently, it's carried out as automated logistics equipment such as conveyor belt in unloading or classification stage, but the automation system isn't applied, so the work efficiency is decreasing and the intensity of the courier worker's labor is increased. In particular, small-scale courier workers belonging to the sub-terminal unload at night at underdeveloped facilities outside the city center. Therefore, the productivity of the work is lowered and the risk of safety accidents is exposed, so robot-based loading technology is needed. In this paper, we have derived the top-level concept and requirements of robot-based loading system to increase the flexibility of logistics processing and to ensure the safety of courier drivers. We defined algorithms and motion concepts to increase the cargo loading efficiency of logistics sub-terminals through the requirements of end effector technology, which is important among concepts. Finally, the control technique was proposed to determine and position the load for design input development of the automatic conveyor system.

Modeling and Analysis of Leakage Currents in PWM-VSI-Fed PMSM Drives for Air-Conditioners with High Accuracy and within a Wide Frequency Range

  • Leakage currents occur in pulse-width-modulated voltage source inverter (PWM-VSI)-fed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives for air-conditioners, which seriously affect system safety and operation performance. High accuracy modeling and prediction of leakage currents are key issues for the design and implementation of air-conditioning products. In this study, the generation mechanism of leakage currents is discussed. A systematic modeling approach of leakage currents is proposed, including the modeling of leakage current sources and leakage current paths. By using the proposed approach, the complete model of leakage currents in PWM-VSI-fed PMSM drives for air-conditioners has been developed based on the extraction of all parameters. A comparison between the simulated leakage currents based on the developed model and measured leakage currents in the outdoor unit of an air-conditioning product is conducted. The comparison verifies the effectiveness of the proposed modeling approach, and the developed model exhibits high accuracy within a wide frequency range.

생물안전 3등급 연구시설의 구성 및 이용 (Composition and Use of Biosafety Level 3 Facility)

  • Laboratory facilities for biology are designed as biosafety level 1, biosafety level 2, biosafety level 3, and biosafety level 4. Biosafety level designations are based on a composite of the design features, construction, containment facilities, equipment, practice and operation procedures required for working with agents from the various risk groups. Generally, biosafety level 3 means the facility that is appropriate for the experiments using pathogens which can cause serious diseases by aerosol transmission. The biosafety level assigned for the specific work to be done is driven by professional judgement based on a risk assessment, rather than by automatic assignment according to the particular risk group designation of the pathogenic agents to be used. In this paper, we introduced the biosafety level 3 facility operated in ADD(Agency for defense development). It contains the overview of facility, microbiological experiment, animal experiment, decontamination and waste disposal. Biosafety level 3 laboratory in ADD has served the vital role in the research of biological agents and antidote development.

  • To assess the risk of nuclear power plant operation and to determine the risk impact of digital systems, there is a need to quantitatively assess the reliability of the digital systems in a justifiable manner. The Probabilistic Risk Analysis (PRA) is a tool which can reveal shortcomings of the NPP design in general and PRA analysts have not had sufficient guiding principles in modelling particular digital components malfunctions. Currently digital I&C systems are mostly analyzed simply and conventionally in PRA, based on failure mode and effects analysis and fault tree modelling. More dynamic approaches are still in the trial stage and can be difficult to apply in full scale PRA-models. As basic events CPU failures, application software failures and common cause failures (CCF) between identical components are modelled.The primary goal is to model dependencies. However, it is not clear which failure modes or system parts CCF:s should be postulated for. A clear distinction can be made between the treatment of protection and control systems. There is a general consensus that protection systems shall be included in PRA, while control systems can be treated in a limited manner. OECD/NEA CSNI Working Group on Risk Assessment (WGRisk) has set up a task group, called DIGREL, to develop taxonomy of failure modes of digital components for the purposes of PRA. The taxonomy is aimed to be the basis of future modelling and quantification efforts. It will also help to define a structure for data collection and to review PRA studies.

실습선 선교의 효율적 개선 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the New Design of the Training Ship's Bridge)

  • 지금까지 실습선의 선교가 운항의 안전성과 효율적인 항해실습교육을 동시에 담보할 수 있도록 설계되었는지 검토하였던 연구는 전무한 상태이다. 본 연구는 국내 실습선의 선교를 주항해선교와 실습선교의 배치형태에 따라 전후형 선교배치, 상하형 선교배치, 단일형 선교배치의 3가지 배치형태로 분류하였다. 또한 설문조사를 통하여 실습선 선교 배치형태에 따라 항해실습교육의 운영형태가 서로 어떻게 달라지는지 검토하였고, 운항과 항해실습교육을 병행하는 데 있어 야기되는 장 단점을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 운항의 안전성을 확보하고 효율적인 항해실습교육을 위해 새로운 형태의 실습선 선교 개선 모델을 제시하였다.

  • 선박들은 목적에 따라 건조되어 개별의 목표를 가지고 운영된다. 운영상 목표는 선박의 설계에 반영되어 필요한 선박능력을 결정하는 주요 기준이 된다. 일반적으로 화물선과 여객선은 수송능력을 중심으로 선박의 운항부분과 화물 또는 여객의 수용능력부분으로 선박능력이 객관적으로 평가되고 있다. 필요한 선박능력을 감안하여 건조된 선박은 안정성과 같은 기본적인 특성 외에 경제성, 친환경성 등의 효과들 또한 기대 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 국내 해기사 양성에서 중추적인 역할을 하고 있는 각 기관의 실습전용선박 관리 분야에서도 선박능력 개념의 효과적인 활용이 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 최근 시차를 두고 건조된 한국해양수산연수원의 실습전용선박 2척의 선박내부 공간 분석을 통하여 실습전용선박의 선박능력 평가 기준에 대해 기초적인 방향성을 확인하였으며 국내의 실습전용선박 또는 범용 실습선박 건조 과정 중 예산확보와 설계에서 선박능력 기준의 활용 가능성을 도출하였다.

RFID를 활용한 안전 스쿨버스 시스템 설계 (Design of Safety School Bus System Using RFID)

  • 스쿨버스 사용이 보편화됨에 따라 통학버스 운전자 및 동승 보호자의 과실로 인한 사고 발생이 빈번하여 어린이들의 스쿨버스 하차 확인을 의무화하는 등의 관련 법안이 제정되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 에너지 활용도와 비용 측면에서 효율적인 RFID(Radio-Frequency Identification)와 모바일 APP을 연동한 안전한 스쿨버스 시스템을 제안 한다. 스쿨버스 시스템은 RFID 카드를 이용해 스쿨버스에 탑승하는 어린이들의 승·하차 정보를 확인하고, 실시간 SMS 전송으로 학부모들은 아이들을 안심하고 등·하원 시킬 수 있다. 스쿨버스에 동승한 지도교사들은 아이들의 하차 정보를 APP을 통해 한 번 더 확인 할 수 있어 버스 내에 남겨진 아이들에게 일어날 수 있는 각종 사고를 예방할 수 있다. 어린이집 선생님들은 스쿨버스 운행일지의 자동화로 인해 더욱 효율적으로 승·하차 정보 확인뿐만 아니라 원생들의 등·하원 정보까지 관리 할 수 있다.

간극이 있는 링크구동계의 상태진단 (Condition Monitoring of Link Driving System with Clearance)

  • There is a clearance between the parts of a machine due to design tolerance, manufacturing error, wear, looseness, or misalignment. If the clearance is large, the vibration and noise of the machine is generally large. Therefore, the analysis on the nitration and noise of a machine can tell the clearance of the machine, which reveals the condition of the machine, i.e., the existence of faults and the safety of the machine. The investigation of this kind of research should be on the basis of experimental results. A link mechanism with a clearance at a joint between the coupler and locker is made for the investigation of the condition monitoring of a machine due to clearance. The vibration and sound are measured from the link driving system during the operation. The signals are clarified using line enhancement technique. The noise removed signals are used to develop the dynamic model of the system for a model based fault diagnosis. Also this study showed that the clarified signals can be used for the calculation of the joint forces between the coupler and rocker and for the correlation between the vibration and sound levels and the clearance sizes.

링크식 격발기구 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Designing Link Type Percussion Lock)

  • In the traditional percussion locks of small arms, a firing pin is struck by a hammer rotating on a single center of rotation, which makes the percussion mechanism simple and reliable. In order to strike the firing pin by the hammer, however, the firing pin should be located within the radius of rotation of the hammer. As the distance between the striking point of the firing pin and the center of rotation of the hammer becomes longer, the radius of rotation of the hammer should also be increased, which results in the increase of the volume and weight of the small arms because the hammer needs the more space for its operation inside of the small arms. In this paper, a link type percussion lock was newly proposed in order to overcome the limitation of designing small arms when using traditional percussion locks, as mentioned above. The link type percussion lock was modeled by using multi-body dynamics software and designed to satisfy the requirements such as striking force level of the hammer exerting on the firing pin enough to detonate the percussion cap of ammunitions and the safety on the accidental drop. It was applied to the newly developed dual-barrel weapon system, in which the weight and overall length are important design factors, and verified by durability test and drop test on the ground.
