This study aims at countering terror. So, this study explores an implication to Korea through the countermeasure of Japanese organizational direction to countermeasure. As a result, first, some countermeasures on IED need to be sought. Second, a chance of domestic terrorism growing should be checked. Third, safety of major facilities needs to be saught. Finally, Public Service System on Education and Information for Counterterrorism must be built.

Many children have died (Heat stroke deaths) in the U.S. after being left alone in cars during hot weather, especially summer season. According to related report, more than 800 children have died of heat stroke from being trapped in a hot car since 1998. The regulation party, government has started to make not only technical regulation to prevent tragedy but also legislate to punish. However the 75% of accident has occurred unintended by their parents. So punishment is not the best solution for this case. So in this study, we analyze the trend of regulation and technology to save occupant who remained back seat. And finally we propose a countermeasure to prevent heat stroke deaths.

While the appearance of new textiles and processing materials results in the improvement in quality of clothes and its luxury, a question about the irritation of clothes on the human body must be raised. In Japan and many countries in Europe, they are searching for a countermeasure against the bad influence of clothes on the human body for the purpose of protecting consumers. In our country, a little bit of study about the skin irritatio has been carried out. In this thesis, the literature on the kinds of the irritation of clothes on the human body was studied and analysed. And then I arranged it from the view-point of clothing hygienics. For example, we should observe the legal regulations and the administrative control in the process of production and distributive management of clothes for our safety. Therefore the authorities concerned must have preparations for the safety and this monograph is going to give information for it.

In this study, a documentary survey, face mapping, and stability analysis were performed on the collapsed colluvial soil slope. The purpose of this paper is to identify the cause of slope failure and determine slope stability for similar areas. Boring samples were extracted from the slump and laboratory tests were performed to find out the cause of slope failure. In addition, the limit equilibrium method was used in order to determine the stability of the slope. As a result of this investigation and the analysis of data, the type of collapse and cause of slope failure have been shown to have a strong correlation with the natural geographical and geological features which make up the collapse profile of the study area. These results will help to develop guidelines for formulating countermeasure methods.

The lower voltage distribution box of service wire has been usually employed to supply an electric power to the consumers through low voltage overhead line. Now-a-days, electric shock accident at the distribution box of service wire installed in the seashore areas has been often occurred. The reason is mainly due to the electric leakage in the distribution box of service wire. This paper described insulation breakdown mechanism of distribution box of service wire, analysis of electric shock path and safety countermeasure of distribution box of service wire.

But with rapid progress in high-speed, massive, high-frequency transit fresh idea of accident prevention is now in order. In quest of effective and efficient countermeasure, we aim to establish an adequate safety evaluation/management method. Our proposals are basic concept relating to safety analysis of fatal accidents, AHP of Saaty, Fuzzy AHP.

In information security devices, such as Smart Cards, vulnerabilities of the RSA algorithm which is used to protect the data were found in the Side Channel Analysis. The RSA is especially vulnerable to Power Analysis which uses power consumption when the algorithm is working. Typically Power Analysis is divided into SPA(Simple Power Analysis) and DPA(Differential Power Analysis). On top of this, there is a CA(Collision Analysis) which is a very powerful attack. CA makes it possible to attack using a single waveform, even if the algorithm is designed to secure against SPA and DPA. So Message blinding, which applies the window method, was considered as a countermeasure. But, this method does not provide sufficient safety when the window size is small. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new countermeasure that provides higher safety against CA. Our countermeasure is a combination of message and exponent blinding which is applied to the window method. In addition, through experiments, we have shown that our countermeasure provides approximately 124% higher attack complexity when the window size is small. Thus it can provide higher safety against CA.
