For settlement of safety supervision and prevention agains industry's accident, first, it needs to design and manufacture for safety of machines and tools, second, it must safety foundation of machines and tolls and sticking of safety facilities, third, it must be wear of protective device in operations. While the progress of preparation for the 2002 World Cup games goes on the environment is changing by industrializations development of science and specialization of technology, because of that recently the crime has also became intellectual so the importance on countermeasure of safety has raised. The countermeasure for safety The stadium is a limited space where amount of population could be concentrated, so that in a moment there could be a great casualties by terrorism, specially there should be efficient countermeasures for bomb terrorism. So to be prepared for the problems that had been appeared on bomb terrorism activities of North Korea around the world, we should know about the inspection environment and special inspection environment, and for the prevention first of all I've studied on suitable way to inspect the stadiums secondly to plan on specialized training of the necessary personnel on inspection and finally efficiency of use on inspection equipment. With there following plans we could make perfect safety countermeasures focused on prevention for the successful World Cup games.

The foreign capital of appropriate scale is affirmative in stabilizing the domestic foreign exchange and stock market. But its excessive scale threatens corporate governance by a hostile M&A and causes the out-flow of national wealth and the unhealthiness of finn because foreign investors require high dividend through the superiority of stock ownership ratio. Therefore, the government and corporate must make the defensive countermeasure of corporate governance for the foreign capital immediately.

Purpose: Most people are worried about contracting COVID-19, which in turn increases anxiety that they may have contracted COVID-19. Therefore, this study examines the effect of restaurant safety consisting of hygiene, store management, and countermeasure on trust, anxiety, satisfaction, and revisit intention. Research design, data and methodology: The data were collected from 537 consumers who had experiences of visiting a restaurant within the last 2 months and analyzed with SPSS 28.0 and SmartPLS 4.0 programs. Result: The hygiene, management, and countermeasure had a significant positive (+) effect on trust. Restaurant hygiene was found to have a significant negative (-) effect on anxiety, but countermeasure had a significant positive (+) effect on anxiety. Meanwhile, management did not appear to have a significant effect on anxiety. Trust was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on satisfaction and revisit intention. Anxiety was found to have a significant negative (-) effect on satisfaction but had no significant effect on revisit intention. Finally, satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on revisit intention. Conclusions: As a result of the study, this study explained the safety of restaurants in the COVID-19 pandemic environment through the protective motivation theory.
