In this study, among the various types of plant equipment, valves, which are susceptible to water hammer, were selected as the diagnosis target. In order to effectively measure the vibration, an accelerometer was adapted for use in this difficult environment. The results showed that the maximum peak-to-peak vibration displacement caused by the action of water hammer on the valve was 21.40 mm, which would affect the structural stability of the valve and pipe. Meanwhile, the measured data was applied to the HIL simulator to verify the reproduction of the vibration. In the future, field data will be applied to the HIL simulator for the purpose of assessing the fatigue, durability and expected residual life of the plant equipment.

The world is currently confronted with regional conflicts among nations that seek to protect their territory. The associated counter-terrorism activities and international business flows can be increased through airworthiness-recognition tasks that are related to aircraft exports, dispatch troops, and overseas bases. It is important to establish airworthiness-recognition processes between foreign military authorities to minimize the potential for sovereign national positions and responsibilities. For this study, the military airworthiness recognition between recognition partners was surveyed to secure flight safety for the development and operation of aircrafts. The analysis of the U.S. and European Military Authority Recognition Questionsets (MARQs) in this paper introduces the rules, inspection capabilities, production process, and certification of the airworthiness authority. The regulatory activities, which are required by the Korea Military Airworthiness Authority (MAA) with respect to foreign MAAs, can be reduced by the implementation of the MARQ.

Is need Remote Access through internet for business of Ubiquitous Computing age, and apply OTP for confidentiality about inputed ID and Password, network security of integrity. Current OTP must be possessing hardware or Token, and there is limitation in security. Install a Snooping tool to OTP network in this treatise, and because using Cain, enforce ARP Cache Poisoning attack and confirm limitation by Snooping about user password. Wish to propose new system that can apply Tokenless OTP by new security way, and secure confidentiality and integrity. Do test for access control inflecting Tokenless OTP at Remote Access from outside. and could worm and do interface control with certification system in hundred. Even if encounter hacking at certification process, thing that connection is impossible without pin number that only user knows confirmed. Because becoming defense about outward flow and misuse and hacking of password when apply this result Tokenless OTP, solidify security, and evaluated by security system that heighten safety.

In 2003, the US Congress enacted the Code Adam Act of 2003. The Act was so-named in memory of six-year-old Adam Walsh, who was abducted from a Sears department store in Florida and was later found murdered in 1981. According to the Act, the designated authority for a public building must establish procedures for locating a child missing in a federal facility in the USA. In this context, the study basically aims to propose a legislative model for a missing children policy in Korean multi-use facilities, critically analyzing the US Code Adam Act. Unlike the Act, the proposed Korean bill requires all multi-use facilities beyond a certain size, including private buildings, to arrange a feasible missing child procedure on their own premises. The bill can impose an administrative fine on facilities which don't have the procedure in place, and further can make the list of the facilities known to the public. In order to encourage voluntary participation from the private sector, the bill finally suggests the Voluntary Certification Scheme through which participating business can take advantage of the certification logo commercially.

Objectives: This study was conducted to explore the contemporary perception of traditional Korean medical doctors (TKMDs) on traditional Korean medicine (TKM) policies and issues. Methods: A questionnaire that included traditional medicine policy- and treatment-related issues was sent to 130 TKM medical centers and 4,300 TKM local clinical offices in Korea, and received responses from total 648 TKMDs in 122 TKM medical centers and 465 TKM local clinical offices. Results: Of the responding TKMDs, 40% believed that unification of Western and traditional medicines would benefit both modes of medical treatment, 67.6% were against allowing Chinese doctor certification to be effective in Korea through the Korea-China FTA (Free Trade Agreement), and 57.8% believed that the number of TKMDs should be reduced. We also found that 46.1% of TKMDs believed that more lectures on Western medicine would be needed in schools of TKM. Moreover, 87.5% of respondents regarded medical knowledge as necessary for treatment, and 49.4% believed National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine (NCCAOM) would be not necessary. TKMDs regarded governmental efforts as more vital than education in schools or individual efforts for enhancement of the traditional medical care market in Korea. To efficiently provide the advantages of complementary CAM, such as cost and safety, detailed research is required when policy is made. Conclusions: The TKM industry must implement policies how the relationship with Western medicine can be better defined under the current dual medical system. On the issue of human resources, more research will be needed on the current policy, which serves to maintain the status quo by blocking the importation of Chinese practitioners and by reducing the number of new practitioners.

This study was conducted to determine recognition of Chikhanwoo, promote its market competitiveness, and vitalize its uses in Korea. This research was carried out on 465 people, including 264 of the general public and 191 livestock farmers. For awareness of Chikhanwoo, 53.6% of the general public and 86.9% of livestock farmers recognized Chikhanwoo (P<0.001) through TV, Internet, news, magazines, and others. For consumption behaviors of Chikhanwoo meat, 4.3% of the general public and 1.9% of livestock farmers have purchased Chikhanwoo meat in the past. Most of them hinted at their intention to repurchase and highly intimated their wish to purchase on whether Chikhanwoo tastes better, is more nutritious and is safer than Hanwoo. In addition, they thought country of origin and price were the most important factors for purchasing (P<0.001). For recognition of the Hanwoo grading system, they preferred $1^{{+}{+}}$ and $1^+$, significantly (P<0.001). For need for quality certification, most respondents thought that the government should introduce a quality certification system for Chikhanwoo. For importance factor of prevalence of Chikhanwoo meat, marketability value had the highest degree of importance, followed by taste, quality, tradition and cooking methods (P<0.001). Results of this study show that domestic consumption of Chikhanwoo can be boosted by supplying Chikhanwoo meat with a differentiated taste and a safety assurance to the general public. There is also need to enhance genetic resources and improve brand value of Chikhanwoo. Continuous research and efforts should be made for the development of the livestock market.

Smart Grid Devices could have security vulnerabilities that have legacy communication networks because of the fact that Smart Grid employs bi-directional communications and adopted a variety of communication interface. Consequently, it is required to build concrete response processes and to minimize the damage of the cyber attacks including security evaluation and certification methods. DCU is designed to collect meter data from numerous smart meter and send to utility's server so DCU installed between smart meter and utility's server. For this reason, If DCU compromised by attacker then attacker could use DCU to launching point for and attack on other devices. However, DCU's security evaluation and certification techniques do not suffice to be deployed in smart grid infrastructure. This work development DCU protection profile based on CC, it is expected that provide some assistance to DCU manufacturer for development of DCU security target and to DCU operator for help safety management of DCU.

Nowadays, usage of mobile unit which has a characteristic of low cost and high efficiency is being generalized because of frequent use of internet-based variable service and application in IEEE 802.16 WiMAX. A study for handling a security problem of high speed internet service is rising while the use of a mobile is being generalized. This paper suggests a security mechanism which provides safety from certification load of SS and a security attack as well as a basic function which is provided from IEEE 802.16e standard to satisfy security demand of IEEE802.16 WiMAX. The proposed mechanism exchangeskey material information for TEK and data code by using 난수(?) and secret value created by SS and BS, also reduces capacity load of BS not to perform an additional certificate procedure of BS by using the early certification information and certificate of SS.

This paper presents guidelines for the verification test on electromagnetic environmental effects of a commercial derivative military aircraft. To prove the safety-of-flight of a renovated aircraft and appropriate working of electronic system/device, E3 test and analysis at the system level should be performed prior to its operations on real warfare. For the aircraft modified with Falcon 2000S, we concentrate on intra-system EMC, EMRADHAZ (Electromagnetic Radiation Hazards), electrical bonding, P-Static as test and lightning as analysis from a airworthiness certification point of view based on MIL-STD-464, MIL-HDBK-516. As a result, it is verified that the modified aircraft has enough electromagnetic compatibility capabilities under EME(Electromagnetic Environment). In the process, test and analysis methods considering shielding effectiveness(SE) are applied.
