The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational safety and health management activities on safety and health performance by using the results of safety activity level evaluation of public organizations. To this end, a research model was established by using three fields as independent variables among the four areas of the safety activity level evaluation index: safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level, and the safety and health activity performance field as a dependent variable. Correlation analysis and regression analysis between major variables were performed. As a result of the correlation analysis, the safety and health activity performance had a significant positive (+) correlation with all of the safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level. The safety and health system had a significant positive (+) correlation with the safety and health activity plan and safety and health activity level, and the safety and health activity plan had a significant positive (+) correlation with the safety and health activity level. And as a result of the regression analysis, it was found that the organization's safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level all had a significant positive (+) effect on safety and health activity performance.

Interlocking signalling system plays key role as core system to manage railway operation. The core role of railway operation is to control routing, displaying signal and regulation for train. Interlocking system relate tightly to railway accident because collision and derailment is sometime taken place wrong route setting and signal displaying. Safety activity for interlocking system is inevitable to avoid the accident over its life cycle. The safety activity includes hazard identification and analysis, safety requirement allocation, safety plan, safety activity and ao on. The safety activity need a broad wide range work. In this paper, we concentrate on hazard identification for generic interlocking system and programmable electronic interlocking system and compare between two results. The hazards will be used for safety activity.

As safety-related regulations for signaling systems are standardized to IEC 61508 and 62425, and others at the international level, safety activities and its verification are required. And also there is need to develop technologies for safety improvement to secure safety signaling systems in terms of technologies for safety activities on each life-cycle. In this paper it is reviewed the safety activity processes and technologies each steps of proposed processes respectively for railway signaling systems.

In this paper, we provide safety requirements and advices to guarantee the safety of an interface in a level crossing system which is an interface between the conventional facilities and the new ATP (Automatic Train Protection) system, as well as we accomplish a safety management for the facilities of a country that has a different standard with already standardized ATP system. The system model has been made based on a safety activity of the international standard, and then a tolerance of a risk by the safety activity through PHA (Preliminary Hazard Analysis) has been analyzed. finally we achieved HIA (Hazard Identification and Analysis) for the assumptions that have been produced from a operating scenario and a functional interface. Thus, the safety requirements for the interface has been provided from the safety plan of HIA, and we showed the safety activity to guarantee the system safety through HIA which was depend on the design.

경제 사회적 발전과 주 5일 근무제의 시행으로 국민들 삶의 질이 향상되고 좀 더 다양한 삶을 추구하고자 하는 가치관이 형성됨으로써 다양한 유형의 레저활동이 급격하게 증가하고 활성화되고 있는데 특히, 해양에서의 레저활동이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 그 중에서도 스킨스쿠버다이빙은 해양레저활동의 높은 비율을 차지하고 있지만, 동 활동의 안전에 관한 법규는 배우 미비하다. 이에 본 논문은 스킨스쿠버다이빙의 안전성을 향상시키고 또한 활성화시키기 위하여, 동 활동과 관련한 여러 법적 쟁점을 논의하고 고찰하여 문제점을 확인하고 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationships among patient safety culture, safety competence and safety nursing activity among nurses in anesthetic and recovery rooms, and to identify the factors contributing to safety nursing activity. Methods: A descriptive correlational study was conducted. Participants were 156 nurses from 13 hospitals. Data were collected from February 11 to March 15th, 2019, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis with SPSS statistics 24.0 Program. Results: Safety nursing activity was significantly different in relation to nurses' level of education, position at work, clinical career, clinical career at anesthetic and recovery rooms, and work experience in patient safety. Safety nursing activity demonstrated a significant positive correlation with patient safety culture and patient safety competence. Factors contributing to safety nursing activity were patient safety knowledge, skill and attitude, clinical career, clinical career at anesthetic and recovery rooms, and the patient safety improvement system which explained 57.0% of total variance of safety nursing activity. Conclusion: To improve safety nursing activities at anesthetic and recovery rooms, it is necessary to develop patient safety programs with enhanced knowledge, skill and attitude to take patient safety as a top priority.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the association between safety care activity and documentation of nursing records among nurses working in hospitals and to provide basic data for developing hospital policy for the documentation of nursing records. Methods : By using a self-reported questionnaire, data were collected from 212 nurses working in six general hospitals in Jeju province from November 2015. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression with the SAS WIN 9.2 program. Results : Safety care activity was positively correlated with the documentation of nursing records (r=.83, p<.001). The documentation of nursing records was significantly predicted by safety care activity, working department, and nursing delivery system, and 70.9% of the variance in the documentation of nursing records was explained (F=172.31, p<.001). Conclusions : In this study, safety care activity was the most influencing factor for the documentation of nursing records. Improving work circumstances and building a system are required for nurses' safety care activity to lead to good documentation of nursing records.

The primary purpose of the safety management is to prevent the loss of lives or physical damages arising from potential hazards in the railway signaling system. Since such potential hazards may occur at any time during the system life-cycle from design and development to maintenance, safety management activities have to be continuously taken in the course of the system life-cycle. This paper deals with Activity Analysis Method that is important procedure in Activity Based Costing System Implementation. There are many existing Activity Analysis Method, for example Interview, Questionnaire, Specialist Discussion and Work Measurement. Activity Analysis Data gained through this method has high reliability but this method bring about high cost. In case that certain company needs a strategic costing system, Activity Analysis Method which has high reliability will be need. But, if companies want the costing system as a internal decision making tool only, they need to design the ABC system fast and cheaply. This paper explains that Activity Analysis using existing finn material is good alternatives. So, this paper show the feasibility of Activity Analysis using existing firm material with comparing between job description, job specification information and Activity Analysis information.
