티타늄 합금판재(Ti-6Al-4V)의 고온 성형성 평가 (Evaluation of press formability for Ti-6Al-4V sheet at elevated temperature)

  • Titanium alloy sheets have excellent specific strength and corrosion resistance as well as good performance at high temperature. Recently, titanium alloys are widely employed not only aerospace parts but also bio prothesis and motorcycle. But the database is insufficient of the titanium alloy for press forming process. In this study, the effect of temperature on the forming limit diagram was investigated for Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy sheet through the Hocker's punch stretching test at elevated temperature. Experimental results obtained in this study can provide a database for development of press forming process at elevated temperature of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy sheet. From the experimental studies it can be concluded that the formability of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy sheet is governed by the ductile failure for the testing temperature below and vice versa neck-induced failure above the recrystalization temperature $0.5T_m$. The formability of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy sheet at $750^{\circ}C$ increases about 7 times compared with that at room temperature.

  • 본 연구는 철도안전관리체계 기술기준의 11.7 철도관제를 중심으로 철도교통관제사의 다양한 측면에서 업무를 이해하고 실무적 제언을 하고자 한 논문이다. 분석방법으로는 시스템다이내믹스의 소프트적 방법인 인과순환지도를 작성하여 11.7철도관제의 업무를 분석하였다. 그리고 4개 철도운영기관 별 11.7 철도관제를 비교분석 하여 운영기관 별 관제업무의 특징들을 비교하여 철도관제업무의 중요성과 향후 실무적 개선안을 제시하고자 하였다.

Application of the Polarised Potential-pH Diagrams to Investigate the Role of Sulfate and Dissolved Oxygen in the 3550-ppm NaCl Solution on the Corrosion Behaviour of AISI 316L Stainless Steel

  • The cyclic polarisation technique was applied to determine the corrosion, primary-passivation, transpassive, and protection potential of AISI 316L stainless steels immersed in 3550-ppm NaCl solution containing sulfate in the content up to 3000 ppm. The solutions were kept constant at $27^{\circ}C$ and saturated by laboratory air. The solution pH was varied from 3 to 11. Each type of potentials was plotted in function of pH and linked as lines to determine the different zones in the constructed potential-pH diagram. The predominant regimes of the immunity, general corrosion, perfect passivation, imperfect passivation, and pitting corrosion were determined based on those lines of potentials. Comparing to the potential-pH diagram of specimens immersed in the aerated and deaerated 3550-ppm NaCl solutions, the addition of 3000-ppm $Na_2SO_4$ to these solutions increased the overall, perfect and imperfect, passivation regime by shifting the transpassive-potential line to the noble direction. However, it also widened the imperfect passivation area. The addition of $Na_2SO_4$ did not significantly affect the corrosion potential. It was found that the dissolved oxygen tends to negatively shift the transpassive-potential and protection-potential lines at all studied pH. The considerable effect of dissolved oxygen on corrosion and primary-passivation potentials could not be observed.

  • According to the increase of organizational complexity and the change of rapid information technology environment, many firms have shifted their information technology(IT) strategy from developing information systems in-house to purchasing application software such as Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) Systems. Marketing and Sales functions within a Korean automotive part company include developing new assembly products, determining pricing, taking customer's orders, and shipping assembly products to customers. Marketing and Sales Information System(MSIS) in ERP system plays an important role in next Production Planning process. MSIS also makes management reporting and decision making faster and more uniform throughout an organization. MSIS promotes thinking about corporate goals, as opposed to thinking only about the goals of a single department or functional area. This paper intends to design and implement a MSIS in ERP systems for Korean automotive part company using object-oriented methodology In order to accomplish the implementation of MSIS in ERP system, we employed UML as its standard modeling language. In this study, four diagramming techniques such as use case diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram, component diagram among eight modeling techniques are used for analyzing hierarchical business process. In traditional marketing and sales function, a company with an unintegrated information system can have marketing and sales data that is data redundant or inaccurate. MSIS integrated in ERP system can solve the sales forecast problem, which minimizes the total costs of production, inventory, and transportation under constraints of production capacity. Also, the use of UML methodology makes S/W programmers shorten the phase of analysis and design in the implementation of MSIS system, and increase the reuse of software and the interoperability with corporate internal Information system.

Solid-liquid phase equilibria on the GdBa2Cu3O7-δ stability phase diagram in low oxygen pressures (1 - 100 mTorr)

  • We report the solid-liquid phase equilibria on the $GdBa_2Cu_3O_{7-{\delta}}$ (GdBCO) stability phase diagram in low oxygen pressures ($PO_2$) ranging from 1 to 100 mTorr. On the basis of the GdBCO stability phase diagram experimentally determined in low oxygen pressures, the isothermal sections of three different phase fields on log $PO_2$ vs. 1/T diagram were schematically constructed within the $Gd_2O_3-Ba_2CuO_y-Cu_2O$ ternary system, and the solid-liquid phase equilibria in each phase field were described. The invariant points on the phase boundaries include the following three reactions; a pseudobinary peritectic reaction of $GdBCO{\leftrightarrow}Gd_2O_3$ + liquid ($L_1$), a ternary peritectic reaction of $GdBCO{\leftrightarrow}Gd_2O_3+GdBa_6Cu_3O_y$ + liquid ($L_2$), and a monotectic reaction of $L_1{\leftrightarrow}GdBa_6Cu_3O_y+L_2$. A conspicuous feature of the solid-liquid phase equilibria in low $PO_2$ regime (1 - 100 mTorr) is that the GdBCO phase is decomposed into $Gd_2O_3+L_1$ or $Gd_2O_3+GdBa_6Cu_3O_y+L_2$ rather than $Gd_2BaCuO_5+L$ well-known in high $PO_2$ like air.

DEVS 다이어그램 기반 이산사건 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어 구현 및 정적 검증기법: 실용적 접근방법 (Implementation and Static Verification Methodology of Discrete Event Simulation Software based on the DEVS Diagram: A Practical Approach)

  • 이산사건시스템명세(DEVS) 형식론은 이산사건시스템을 모듈러하고 계층적으로 모델링할 수 있는 잘 정의된 의미론을 제공하고 있어 이산사건시스템 모델링 시뮬레이션 (M&S)에 많이 사용되어 왔다. 이러한 수학적 표현 대신에 DEVS 다이어그램은 복잡한 시스템을 보다 직관적이며 편리한 표현력을 제공한다. 본 논문은 DEVS 다이어그램을 이용하여 표현된 모델을 시뮬레이션 코드로 체계적으로 구현하며 검증하는 DEVS 클린룸 프로세스를 제안하였다. 구체적으로, 주어진 다이어그램 모델의 적합성 검사, 테이블 DEVS 모델로의 변환, 마지막으로 시뮬레이션 소스코드로 변환하는 방법과 역으로 추적성을 기반으로 한 검사기법을 통해 정적 검증하는 구체적인 방법을 제시하였다. 간단한 예제를 통해 제안된 프로세스를 적용하는 구체적인 방법을 설명하였으며, 적용사례 통해 제안된 기법이 실용적으로 적용 가능한 효과적인 프로세스임을 확인하였다.

선박추진기에 의한 흐름발달과 해저면변화에 대한 연구 (A Study on Flow Zone Development and Bottom Change by Propeller Jets from Ships)

  • 수로에서의 선박통항으로 인해 주변환경 렌 구조물에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 선박의 추진기로 인한 흐름을 다루었다. 제한수로에서의 수치모델은 Shield's diagram과 추진기의 운동량 이론을 사용하여 개발하였다. 프로펠러에 의한 추진기방정식은 분사를 정의하는 가장 정확한 수단으로 분사계수와 분사유속을 기초로 하여 수립하였다 추진기분사에 대해 접근한 방법은 적용 선박의 출력에 기초하였으며, 추진기 분사방정식의 주요함수에는 추진력, 프로펠러 직경, 그리고 선박의 속도를 도입하였다. 또한, 수로의 수심과 선박의 홀수도 초기이동한계입경의 계산에 필요하다. 추진기로부터 분사된 유속의 분포는 Gaussian 정규분포함수로 나타내었다 저면마찰속도와 진단응력은 Sternberg 공식으로부터 유도되었으며, 아울러 선박 추진기로 인해 수로저면에서 표사이동에 현저한 영향을 미치는 경우를 사례연구를 통해서 나타내었다.
