대극동러시아 농산물 수출사례 분석 (Analysis of the cases of Agricultural Export to Russian Far East)

  • 본 연구는 농산물 수출잠재력이 높은 러시아국가 중에서 한국과 거리가 가깝고 수출교두보로 활용하기에 유리한 극동러시아 지역으로의 수출사례를 분석하여 수출시장 진출의 성공가능성을 높일 수 있는 시사점을 도출하기 위해 수행하였다. 수출사례 조사업체 수는 5개, 수출사례는 8개이며, 분석대상 품목은 김치, 딸기, 장미, 멜론, 배, 사과 등 7개 수출품목이다. 수출 성공사례는 사전 시장조사 및 수요파악, 포장방법 개선, 유통채널 진입 및 정착, 홍보 및 판촉활동 요인으로, 실패사례는 소비자 인지도 및 선호도 파악 미흡, 저품위 수출 요인으로 구분하여 분석하였다.

  • Recent opening of the era of local government and management randers study tasks concerning the improvement of the housing conditions by improving the problems in the residential conditions of the cheju Island region so as to help improve the life qualities of this legion make the area as an international resort place, and thus develop the indentify in the heat of the people in this region. The suggestions based on the study for the improvement of housing environment are summarized as follows: (1) To improve the collective housing. housing construction plan shall b made in harmony with the skylines of the Hanra mountain alongside the East-West rides across the long diameter of the oval shape of the Island, which includes 1) the construction of housing complex in harmony with and taking advantage of the natural scene of the area. and 2) the construction of variable housing readjustable in accordance with each family structure of variable housings for multi-families, which are believed not to provide quality housing conditions. Shall be entrained. (2) Encouraging the construction of detached house : 1) construction of housings in which three generations can reside together according to the traditional family structure in the region. 2) construction of the pastoral housings. 3) construction of tenement housings partitioned for each two families. 4) development of sliver town in the rural area. (3) Using the construction mateials produced in the Cheju I land will help promote the development of identity in the heart of the people in this region.

기후변화에 대응한 농업생명공학의 기회와 도전 (Agricultural biotechnology: Opportunities and challenges associated with climate change)

  • Considering that the world population is expected to total 9 billion by 2050, it will clearly be necessary to sustain and even accelerate the rate of improvement in crop productivity. In the 21st century, we now face another, perhaps more devastating, environmental threat, namely climate change, which could cause irreversible damage to agricultural ecosystem and loss of production potential. Enhancing intrinsic yield, plant abiotic stress tolerance, and pest and pathogen resistance through agricultural biotechnology will be a critical part of feeding, clothing, and providing energy for the human population, and overcoming climate change. Development and commercialization of genetically engineered crops have significantly contributed to increase of crop yield and farmer's income, decrease of environmental impact associated with herbicide and insecticide, and to reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from this cropping area. Advances in plant genomics, proteomics and system biology have offered an unprecedented opportunities to identify genes, pathways and networks that control agricultural important traits. Because such advances will provide further details and complete understanding of interaction of plant systems and environmental variables, biotechnology is likely to be the most prominent part of the next generation of successful agricultural industry. In this article, we review the prospects for modification of agricultural target traits by genetic engineering, including enhancement of photosynthesis, abiotic stress tolerance, and pest and pathogen resistance associated with such opportunities and challenges under climate change.

농업경영체 등록정보와 공간데이터를 활용한 밭 이용 방안 연구: 전라남도 무안군·해남군을 중심으로 (A Study on the Upland Use Plans Using Farm Manager Registration Information and Spatial Data)

  • Food consumption pattern changes, including a decrease in rice consumption and increasing demand for fresh vegetables, along with declining food self-sufficiency rate, more importance is being placed on agricultural industry within Korea. Taking these changes into consideration, there is an increasing necessity for managing upland fields on agricultural sector to revitalize agricultural land use. Therefore, in this study, upland use type was classified into agricultural economic, environmental conservation, and rural social frames. The purpose of this study was to suggest upland use plan with farm manager registration information and spatial data. As results of this analysis, the mean area of agricultural economic frame in Haenam (16.47 ha) was found to be wider than Muan (3.17 ha), and scale improvement zones (54 zones) were located in only Haenam. In case of environmental conservation frame, there's no zone of scenic agriculture land in both study areas, but landuse transition zones were located in Muan (278 zones) and Haenam (604 zones). Agro-healing zones of rural social frame were 1,018 zones in Muan and 1,588 zones in Haenam and kitchen garden sites were 342 zones in Muan and 370 zones in Haenam. These results could be used when we establish the plan of an agricultural infrastructure project or select places for a collaborative agricultural land use project.

농촌마을 커뮤니티시설의 적정 면적 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Area Calculation of Community Facilities in Rural Villages)

  • 우리나라 농촌마을의 마을회관, 노인정, 쉼터 등은 농촌마을의 대표적인 커뮤니티시설로서 공동생활이 일상화된 농촌 주민들의 생활에 직 간접적으로 중요한 영향을 끼치며, 생활환경의 질적 향상과 주민들의 문화 의식이 높아짐에 따라 그 중요성은 더욱 높아지고 있는 실정 이다. 그러나, 현재 농촌마을 커뮤니티시설의 현황은 양적인 측면과 질적인 측면에서 모두 열악한 실정이다. 특히 커뮤니티공간의 협소함과 프로그램의 획일화에 대한 문제점은 우리나라 농촌마을이 갖고 있는 공통적인 문제점이라고 할 수 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위한 구체적인 대응방안 모색에 미흡하다. 따라서 농촌마을 주민들의 생활환경 개선과 계절별 연령별로 즐길 수 있는 다양한 커뮤니티활동을 수용하기 위하여 농촌마을 커뮤니티공간의 적정면적 제안을 위한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 농촌마을 대표적인 5가지 유형의 커뮤니티시설인 마을회관, 노인정, 쉼터, 마을마당, 운동공간 및 놀이공간의 적정 면적기준을 제시하는 것을 목표로 하며, 향후 농촌마을 커뮤니티시설 계획에 활용될 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 농촌마을 커뮤니티시설 공간 면적 산정에 관한 기존연구 조사, 전국5개도 25개 농촌마을 지역 현황조사, 만족도조사를 통하여 커뮤니티시설별 적정한 면적기준을 산출하였다. 연구 결과 도출된 커뮤니티시설별 적정기준은 현재 대표적 커뮤니티시설별 평균 면적을 상회하는 결과로서 농촌마을 커뮤니티시설 환경 개선과 주민들의 커뮤니티활동 및 의식 성장에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Gut microbiota profiling in aged dogs after feeding pet food contained Hericium erinaceus

  • Health concern of dogs is the most important issue for pet owners. People who have companied the dogs long-term provide the utmost cares for their well-being and healthy life. Recently, it was revealed that the population and types of gut microbiota affect the metabolism and immunity of the host. However, there is little information on the gut microbiome of dogs. Hericium erinaceus (H. erinaceus; HE) is one of the well-known medicinal mushrooms and has multiple bioactive components including polyphenol, β-glucan, polysaccharides, ergothioneine, hericerin, erinacines, etc. Here we tested a pet food that contained H. erinaceus for improvement in the gut microbiota environment of aged dogs. A total of 18 dogs, each 11 years old, were utilized. For sixteen weeks, the dogs were fed with 0.4 g of H. erinaceus (HE-L), or 0.8 g (HE-H), or without H. erinaceus (CON) per body weight (kg) with daily diets (n = 6 per group). Taxonomic analysis was performed using metagenomics to investigate the difference in the gut microbiome. Resulting from principal coordinates analysis (PCoA) to confirm the distance difference between the groups, there was a significant difference between HE-H and CON due to weighted Unique fraction metric (Unifrac) distance (p = 0.047), but HE-L did not have a statistical difference compared to that of CON. Additionally, the result of Linear discriminate analysis of effect size (LEfSe) showed that phylum Bacteroidetes in HE-H and its order Bacteroidales increased, compared to that of CON, Additionally, phylum Firmicutes in HE-H, and its genera (Streptococcus, Tyzzerella) were reduced. Furthermore, at the family level, Campylobacteraceae and its genus Campylobacter in HE-H was decreased compared to that of CON. Summarily, our data demonstrated that the intake of H. erinaceus can regulate the gut microbial community in aged dogs, and an adequate supply of HE on pet diets would possibly improve immunity and anti-obesity on gut-microbiota in dogs.

증숙 공정에 의한 마의 이화학적 특성 및 항산화 활성 (Evaluation of Physicochemical Properties and Enhancement of Antioxidant Activities of Dioscorea batatas by Stepwise Steaming Process)

  • This study investigated the physicochemical properties of Dioscorea batatas for improvement of biological activities during a three-step steaming process, steaming $120^{\circ}C$ for 30 min and hot air drying at $60^{\circ}C$ for 8 hrs. Samples were extracted with 70% ethanol and analyzed for free sugars, and organic acids were analyzed by HPLC. The DPPH & ABTS radical scavenging activities, crude saponin, water binding capacity, oil absorption, and ${\alpha}$-glucosidase activity were measured. The major free sugars in all samples were fructose, maltose, and sucrose, and the free sugar contents increased to 157~235% after the three-step steaming process compared to the control. Organic acid contents of samples treated by steaming increased to greater than 55.8 mg/100g. The ABTS radical scavenging activity significantly increased with repeated steaming process, especially after the three-step process. As the time of steaming process increased, DPPH radical scavenging activity increased from 26.99% fresh Dioscorea batatas to 80.46~97.79% after the three-step process. Crude saponin content increased rapidly as steaming time increased, but decreased after the three-step process steaming process. The water-binding capacities of the samples treated by steaming process were higher than that of the control, whereas oil absorption decreased as steaming time increased. From the results, steaming process could be suggested as beneficial for controlling fat intake. Compared to acarbose, a known antidiabetic drug, used as a positive control, ${\alpha}$-glucosidase inhibitory activity of samples treated by two-step steaming was among the samples. The results suggest that Dioscorea batatas treated by steaming process has antioxidative and anti-diabetis activities and can be used as a natural health product.

농촌거주 노년가족의 식습관과 식생활 관리 -중년가족과의 비교- (The Elderly Families' Food Habit and Dietary Management in Rural, Korea -Comparison with Middle Aged Family-)

  • For the life quality improvement of rural elderly family placed in risk of frail, this study was investigated. Health habit, food habit, and dietary management were analyzed between elderly and middle aged family The subjects 1870 collected in 9 provinces 88 cities or guns by sampling with probability proportional to size(PPS). Questionnaire method was used. Survey was conducted by trained interviewers. Statistical analyses were performed using SAS(version 8.1). Chi-square tests and General Linear Models were used. The elderly families' characters were odd pair$(42.0\%)$, with patients$(17.6\%)$ and health examination per 1 or 2 years$(44.0\%)$. The elderly families' health habit: high of no-drink$(55.2\%)$ and low of smoke$(31.3\%)$ situation was better than those of middle aged families'. The states of diets of elderly family: having breakfast$(94.1\%)$ but 1-2 kinds$(17.7\%)$ or 3-4 kinds$(59.4\%)$ of side dishes allowed to guess lower status of food intake balance. Nutritional supplements$(27.5\%)$with tablets of vitamins$(63.5\%)$ were the most frequent states in elderly family. The aspects of dietary habit of elderly family: no instant foods$(72.6\%)$, no snack$(3.08\%)$ and no dine-out$(67.7\%)$ were significantly different with those of middle aged family. Dietary habit score(8.28/12 points) of elderly family was not significantly different with 8.22/12 points of middle aged family. Food purchase place of elderly family was mainly at traditional market$(43.6\%)$, but it was significantly different with super-market$(47.6\%)$ of middle aged family. In elderly family, traditional dish preparation was seldom$(49.8\%)$ except winter kimchi$(91.5\%)$, but significantly higher rate of in middle aged families' traditional dish preparation and winter kimchi$(94.5\%)$. From these results, more of snack, traditional dishes and dine-out were needed to improve quality of life for rural elderly.

저수지 생애주기 유지관리를 위한 성능저하예측 모델 연구 (A Study on the Performance Prediction Model for Life Cycle Maintenance of Reservoir)

  • 2020년부터 시행된 「지속가능한 기반시설 관리기본법」에 의해 저수지는 체계적인 유지관리와 성능개선 등의 선제적인 관리로 노후화에 따른 생애주기 비용을 최소화하도록 관리해야 한다. 생애주기를 고려한 유지관리를 위해서는 공용기간이 증가함에 따라 지속적인 성능저하에 의해 수명이 종료되는 시점을 생애 주기적인 관점에서 도출하는 것이 필수적이며 이를 위해서 저수지의 성능저하예측 모델 개발이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 저수지를 주요 복합시설인 제체, 여수로, 취수시설로 구분하고, 생애주기 유지관리를 위한 성능저하예측 모델을 개발하였다. 모델 개발을 위해 농어촌공사의 농업기반시설 시스템(RIMS; Rural Infrastructure Management System)이 관리 중인 유지관리 정보 데이터를 수집하였으며, 수집된 데이터를 통계적으로 분석하여 모델 개발에 활용 가능한 데이터를 선별하고 추세분석을 통해 모델을 개발하였다. 개발된 모델을 통해 저수지가 현행의 유지관리 체계에서 예상되는 기대수명과 미조치시 예상되는 기대수명을 예측하였으며, 현행 유지관리체계에서의 기대수명은 미조시치 기대수명보다 약 네 배가 증대되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문을 통해 제안된 모델을 활용하여 향후 저수지의 생애주기를 고려한 운영관리와 유지보수의 의사결정 지원이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

어촌어항과 해수욕장의 워터프론트 개발 계획에 관한 연구 - 강원 안목항을 중심으로 - (A Study of Development on Waterfront of Fishing Village National Harbor and Swimming Beach - Foused on Anmock Harbor in Gangwon Province -)

  • Both environments and landscape can be checked in development of waterfront, Nevertheless this conditions does not control at the programming phase as much as necessary in absorption speed of development. Therefore this paper aims to analyze for the environmental space and sustainable landscape. In case of Anmock Harvor, our team carried out interview method by satisfaction level and attractiveness to take requirements of users. This research is to provide that fishing village-national harbor and swimming beach based on the waterfront scale, consists of pedestrian mall, promenade circulation, various water friendly park and beautiful pier. This study proposes two strategies for better life by waterfront space: first, renewal guideline is necessary to masterplan: second, systematic comprehensive plan can be established regal procedures(District Unit Plan & Agreement of Landscape) by participation of regional resident. This survey of waterfront spatial data is expected to use for environmental improvement of fishing village, harbor and swimming beach.
