The Study of Hierarchical Intrusion Detection Based on Rules for MANET (MANET에서 규칙을 기반으로 한 계층형 침입 탐지에 관한 연구)

  • MANET composed mobile nodes without central concentration control like base station communicate through multi-hop route among nodes. Accordingly, it is hard to maintain stability of network because topology of network change at any time owing to movement of mobile nodes. MANET has security problems because of node mobility and needs intrusion detection system that can detect attack of malicious nodes. Therefore, system is protected from malicious attack of intruder in this environment and it has to correspond to attack immediately. In this paper, we propose intrusion detection system based on rules in order to more accurate intrusion detection. Cluster head perform role of monitor node to raise monitor efficiency of packet. In order to evaluate performance of proposed method, we used jamming attack, selective forwarding attack, repetition attack.

  • The deformation behavior of copper during equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) was calculated using a three-dimensional version of a constitutive model based on the dislocation density evolution. Finite element simulations of the variation of the dislocation density and the dislocation cell size with the number of ECAP passes are reported. The calculated stress, strain and cell size are compared with the experimental data for Cu deformed by ECAP in a modified Route C regime. The results of FEM analysis were found to be in good agreement with the experiments. After a rapid initial decrease down to about 200 nm in the first ECAP pass, the average cell size was found to change little with further passes. Similarly, the strength increased steeply after the first pass, but tended to saturate with further pressings. The FEM simulations also showed strain non-uniformities and the dependence of the resulting strength on the location within the workpiece.

  • Suin line is expected to be opened completely in 2015 by three stages. And the line between Suwon and Incheon(54.0km) is under construction to supply the users of southwestern area transportation convenience. The route of Suin line will be constructed to share partly with Ansan line and connect directly with Bundang line to the east and Kyeongin line to the west. That's why a lot of difficulty in train and rolling stock operation IS expected. This paper proposes an alternative plan of train operation when the line is opened partly and completely and makes an optimally alternative plan through the analyses of transportation demand, the change of human resources of operation sector according to train operation plan by an alternative proposal and operation cost.

  • Recently, a large amount of budget was invested in improving the railway tracks(double tracking, route improvement) of Janghang and Jungang line. However, further action to enhance the investment effect has been needed because the desired effect have not been obtained. This study was designed to evaluate the effect of track improvement briefly by examining the project summary of Janghang and Jungang line railway line improvement and analysing the change of the transport performance and revenue. The results of this study can be applied not only to establish an operation plan for maximizing the revenue of rail operation also to enhance an effect of track improvement.

Effect of Annealing on Microstructural and Mechanical Property Variation of the Oxide-Dispersion-Strengthened Cu alloy (산화물 분산강화 동합금의 열처리에 따른 미세조직 및 기계적 특성 변화)

  • The alumina dispersion-strengthened (DS) C15715 Cu alloy fabricated by a powder metallurgy route was annealed at temperatures ranging from $800^{\circ}C\;to\;1000^{\circ}C$ in the air and in vacuum. The effect of the annealing on microstructural stability and room-temperature mechanical properties of the alloy was investigated. The microstructure of the cold rolled OS alloy remained stable until the annealing at $900^{\circ}C$ in the air and in vacuum. No recrystallization of original grains occurred, but the dislocation density decreased and newly formed subgrains were observed. The alloy annealed at $1000^{\circ}C$ in the air experienced recrystallization and grain growth took place, however annealing in vacuum at $1000^{\circ}C$ did not cause the microstructural change. The mechanical property of the alloy was changed slightly with the annealing if the microstructure remained stable. However, the strength of the specimen that was recrystallized decreased drastically.

  • The bus should supply an equal service to the whole community as feeder trip. However the existing bus route can not supply an effective feeder service in spite of the changes in the latent demand by the variety of regional structural change. This study aimed to establish the concept which frames the bus operation and management to cope with the latent demand to the bus. This study tackled this evidence by analyzing the transportation problems in terms of the urban growth emphasizing the following issues ; First, the strategy to improve the bus operation Second the land use control appropriate for the public transportation network Third economical range to justify the bus operation Second, the land use control appropriate for the public transportation network Third, economical range to justify the bus operation Fourth, the allowance for the private transportation mode On the latter part, the difference on the bus operation was compared to determine the range within which the bus operation could be justified. This study would provide some implications to improve the management for bus operation and fundamental information to develop the bus operation system.

A Vehicle Routing Problem Which Considers Traffic Situation by Service Time Zones (서비스 시간대별 교통상황을 고려한 차량경로문제)

  • The vehicle travel time between the demand points in downtown area is greatly influenced by complex road condition and traffic situation that change real time to various external environments. Most of research in the vehicle routing problems compose vehicle routes only considering travel distance and average vehicle speed between the demand points, however did not consider dynamic external environments such as traffic situation by service time zones. A realistic vehicle routing problem which considers traffic situation of smooth, delaying, and stagnating by three service time zones such as going to work, afternoon, and going home was suggested in this study. A mathematical programming model was suggested and it gives an optimal solution when using ILOG CPLEX. A hybrid genetic algorithm was also suggested to chooses a vehicle route considering traffic situation to minimize the total travel time. By comparing the result considering the traffic situation, the suggested algorithm gives better solution than existing algorithms.

  • Biofunctional nanohybrids are synthesized from layered double hydroxide (LDH) and the vitamins such as ascorbic acid and topopherol acid succinate. Either ion exchange or copricipitaion leads to successful intercalation of the vitamins into gallery space of LDH that offers a new route to safe preservation of bioactivity as well as controlled release. Intercalations of vitamins are clearly reflected on the increase in the basal spacing of ZnAl-(Nitrate) LDH from 8.5 ${\AA}$ to 10.5 ${AA}$ for ascorbate, and 49.0 ${AA}$ for tocopherol acid succinate, respectively. No significant change in UV-Vis and IR absorption characteristics of the intercalated vitamins strongly supports the safe maintenance of their bioactivities without any deterioration of chemical and structural integrity. Furthermore, it is shown that the hybridized vitamins could be discharged in a controlled kinetics.

  • As the applied fields of GIS are expanded to the transportation, developing internet-based applications for transportation information is getting attention increasingly. Most applications developed so far are primarily focused on guidance systems for owner-driven cars. Although some recent ones are devoted to public transportation systems, they show limitations in dealing with the following aspects: (i) people may change transportation means not only within the same type but also among different modes such as between buses and subways, and (ii) the system should take into account the time taken in transfer from one mode to the other. This study suggest the framework for developing a public transportation guidance system that generates optimized paths in the transportation network of mixed means including buses, subways and other modes. For this study, the Genetic Algorithms are used to find the best routes that take into account transfer time and other service-time constraints.

  • The authors report a case of cholesterol granuloma in the sphoid sinus in 54-year old woman, which is probably the first report of cholesterol granuloma arising primarily in the sphenoid sinus apart from the petrous bone. The initial clinical presentations were unilateral decreased visual acuity and facial sensory change. The mass was removed totally via transsphenoidal route and the pathological examination revealed cholesterol clefts and chronic granulomatous changes. The differences between the present case and the previous reports are discussed.
