2020년 9월 코로나19 대유행으로 인한 사회적 거리두기 수도권 2.5단계와 전국 2단계 시기에 국내 거주 성인(N = 445)을 대상으로 조사를 실시하여 개인의 집단주의 성향과 사회적 거리두기 행동 간의 관계를 사회적 거리두기에 관한 주관적 규범이 매개한다는 가설을 검증했다. 연구 결과, 집단주의 성향이 강한 사람들은 사회적 거리두기에 관한 규범을 강하게 지각했고, 그에 따라 사회적 거리두기에 참여하는 매개경로가 유의했다. 그리고 이 결과는 코로나19와 관련하여 지각하는 개인적 취약성에 관계없이 관찰되었다. 개인주의-집단주의와 행동면역, 그리고 코로나19 확산을 차단하는 효과적인 조치로서 사회적 거리두기와 관련하여 본 연구 결과가 지니는 시사점 및 장래 연구 방향을 논의하였다.

Through the close examination of characteristics of adolescent, social institutions and its programs, and newly added and expanded library reference services. it is founded that new role and qualifications of young adult reference librarians are prerequisite subject. The following are the summary of new role and qualifications of specialized young adult reference librarianship. 1. Adequate training and education for the YA librarians is needed in order to have understanding of their characteristics (physiology, psychology, personality etc.). 2. Because of librarian's unique exposure to human relations and their personal awareness of other people's need, YA librarian should bring a person-centered managerial technique. 3. Librarianship may not have a clinical counseling function but to provide right answer or information, the librarian become counselor inescapably. 4. Librarians are not professionally trained to be experts on counseling in sex education. However, librarians can play an important role in educating YA by committing book selection, reader's advisory, referral services, library programming and staff development planning.

진로포부는 성인기 삶에서 중요한 직업적 삶의 적응과 관련된 변인으로서 많은 진로 연구자들의 지속적 관심을 받아왔다. 진로포부 발달의 성차의 심리적 기제를 밝히는 것은 여성과 남성의 진로 발달의 차이에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 개인의 잠재성 발현을 위한 효과적인 진로 지도 및 상담을 위해 꼭 필요한 일일 것이다. 본 연구는 진로포부 형성에 주요한 영향을 미치는 사회적 지지와 진로포부 간의 관계에서 개인자존감과 집단자존감이 어떠한 역할을 하는지를 조사한 후 이러한 심리적 기제가 성차에 따라 다른지를 검증하였다. 서울에 있는 대학교에서 심리학 관련 교양 수업을 듣는 학생 316명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 질문지에는 사회적 지지, 집단자존감, 개인자존감과 진로포부에 관한 문항들이 포함되었다. 구조 방정식 모형을 이용해 개인자존감과 집단자존감의 매개효과를 살펴보았을 때 결과는 다음과 같았다. 먼저, 개인자존감과 진로포부의 관계에 있어 집단자존감의 완전매개모형이 부분매개모형보다 더 우수한 적합도를 보여주었다. 다음으로 사회적 지지와 진로포부사이에서 개인자존감과 집단자존감의 부분매개효과 유의미하게 나타났다. 마지막으로 사회적지지, 개인자존감, 집단자존감과 진로포부 간의 관계 모형이 성차에 따라 달라지는 지를 확인해 본 결과 성차에 따라 이들 각 변인 간의 관계성에 있어서 차이가 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 진로포부 형성에 있어서 독립된 개인에 대한 평가 또는 지각뿐만 아니라 개인 속한 사회적 집단에 대한 평가 또는 지각이 환경적 요인과의 상호작용을 통해 진로포부 형성에 영향을 끼침을 보여주는 것이다. 또한 성차에 따른 관계 모형의 차이는 진로포부 형성의 심리적 기제가 성차에 따라 다를 수 있음을 보여주는 것이다.

영상은 이미지를 전제로 하는 문화적 실천이다. 영상이미지를 통해 관객은 일상이 아닌 새로운 것을 체험하기를 갈망한다. 영상이미지의 구성 요소는 많지만 그중에 시각적 표현인 색채가 큰 역할을 담당하고 있다. 컬러영화가 등장하기 시작하면서부터 색채는 영상예술의 중요한 구성요소로서 끊임없이 발전하고 혁신적인 영상미술 디자인에서 중요한 역할을 하였다. 영화인들은 1895년 영화가 흑백으로 탄생할 때부터 색채에 대한 관심이 있었다. 이 두 가지 색채로 더 이상 시청자를 만족시키지 못했기 때문에 필름에 색채를 입히는 등 더 많은 색채를 영화 속에서 표현하려고 노력했다. 영상에서의 색채는 표현의 기법이면서도 정신과 사상으로 이해할 수 있다. 색채가 단순히 그냥 존재하는 것이 아니라 인간심리에 강하게 작용하고 있음에 일러주는 것이기도 하다. 색채는 영화 언어의 일부로, 색채언어는 영화 속에서 영화의 사상적 주제를 표현하거나 선명한 캐릭터를 묘사할 수 있으며, 사람들에게 더 직관적으로 메시지를 전달할 수 있다. 본 연구는 색 조명 방식 혹은 배색 방안인 바이섹슈얼 라이팅을 대상으로, 그의 기본적인 색채 구성요소, 즉 핑크색, 파란색 및 보라색이 갖고 있는 색채 특성을 이해해 색채를 통해 인간심리가 어떤 영향을 받고 있는 지에 대해 분석하고 바이섹슈얼 라이팅이 영상에서 나오는 장면들을 결합해 구체적인 사례분석을 했다. 이를 통해 바이섹슈얼 라이팅이 영상에서 색채 속성을 이용해 표현한 색채 언어가 무엇이고 바이섹슈얼 라이팅이 어떻게 색채를 통해 인간심리와 상호 작용하는지를 탐색하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 예술심리상담사의 감정노동과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 일터영성의 매개효과를 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 속초시 예술심리상담사 196명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 변수 간의 인과관계 및 매개효과 검증에 대한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예술심리상담사의 감정노동과 삶의 전반적 만족도와의 관계에서 감정노동의 하위요인인 표면행동, 내면행동 요인 모두 삶의 전반적 만족도와의 관계에서 일터영성은 모두 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 예술심리상담사의 감정노동과 삶의 주관적 만족도와의 관계에서 감정노동의 하위요인인 내면행동 요인만 삶의 주관적 만족도와의 관계에서 일터영성은 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 예술심리상담사의 감정노동과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 일터영성은 매개역할을 하는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구의 시사점은 예술심리상담사의 삶의 만족도 증진을 위한 방안 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

전세계적으로 구성원의 웰빙에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 특히, 부정적인 조직경험으로 인해 발생하는 우울증과 같은 어려움은 구성원과 조직 모두에게 가장 큰 부담 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 심리적 안전감의 매개 역할을 탐구함으로써 직장 내 괴롭힘과 우울증을 연결하는 메커니즘을 조사하였다. 또한 직장 내 괴롭힘의 부정적 영향을 완충해 주는 요인으로 직장 내 컴패션, 특히 상사와 동료의 컴패션의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 한국 직장인 392명을 온라인 설문조사 한 결과, 심리적 안전감이 직장 내 괴롭힘과 우울증의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이를 통해 직장 내 괴롭힘이 심리적 안전감을 감소시키고 그에 따라 직장인들의 우울증을 증가시킨다는 점이 밝혀졌다. 예상대로, 상사의 컴패션이 직장 내 괴롭힘의 부정적 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 동료의 컴패션은 이러한 조절 효과를 나타내지 않았다. 이 결과는 직원의 부담과 심리적 건강을 위해 상사가 부하에게 공감해주고 배려해주는 직장 환경의 중요성과 코칭의 필요성을 강조한다. 끝으로 본 연구의 이론적 및 실용적 함의, 한계점 및 향후 연구방향이 논의되었다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of wives' economic contributions and sex-role attitudes on couples' decision-making for use in family education and to improve stable couple relationships. This study targeted 286 married women who have a child or children. The main results of this study indicate that almost half of the participants showed that their couple decision-making, economic resource contributions and sex-role attitudes were husband-dominated. Additionally, the participants' most modern sex-role attitudes were toward gender stereotypes, though the most conservative attitudes were toward women and men's household lives. The variables that distinguished between husband-dominated and equality couples were age, education level, spouse's average income and resource evaluation; related, age, education level, spouse's average income, contribution toward household management and the occupational life of the woman were the variables that distinguished between husband-dominated and wife-dominated couples. This study also revealed the variables that affect couples' decision- making, demonstrating the necessity of considering several variables in the approach to the decision-making process of individual couples.

This article maintains that language not only connects the domains of objectivity and subjectivity but simultaneously occupies its own autonomous realm and creates the two domains as well. This means that the role of language in recognizing things in the universe is more important than we usually think, and that the system of language exists independently of the human thinking and objective reality. In this respect, study of language stands as a core subject in humanities, making itself a common denominator for full understanding of philosophy, theology, history, psychology, and arts.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the relationship between college students' acceptance of the rape myth and variables in gender-role attitude, which have been known to forecast the acceptance of the rape myth. Method: This study was a survey research. Data were collected from May 1, 2006 to February 31, 2007 with 240 undergraduate students. Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and regression analysis with SPSSWIN 12.0 program were used for data analysis. Results: Men were more acceptable to the rape myth than women. Men were very likely to see the occurrence of rape incidents as the rapist being provoked by women, and this attitude made them misunderstand and perceive women as responsible for the occurrence of the incident. Women on the other deny their idea. As a result of analyzing the difference between males and females in attitudes related to gender-role, male students were shown to have a much more traditional and patriarchal attitude than female students. Conclusion: It was found that a hostile attitude toward women and the justification of violence to others act as the main factors in forecasting the acceptance of the rape myth.
