The purpose of this study is to prove empirically that technology investment propency factors (TIPFs) refect on the technological competitive advantage (TCA) and management performance. It includes the role of open technology innovation (OTI) approach is mediate to TCA from technology investment propensity. Especially the three TIPFs are market orientation, innovation orientation and strategy orientation. The analysis were performed based on the respondents' data from 181 firms focusing to technology innovation and information technology. The suggested research assumptions including structured equation model were proved. Therefore, this study emphasizes that CEO or CTO must concentrate on innovative, strategic and market oriented propensity when he makes a decision on technology investment. An open innovation approach is effective for getting high TCA and management performance in technology intensive firms such as technology innovation and information technology.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between knowledge sharing and academic performance in the context of quality-assurance related work. It furthermore aims to explore the role of information technology in mediating this relationship. Quantitative method was applied to collect data from the participants using an online-based questionnaire. Convenience sampling technique was used. The responses were collected from 140 participants in a university from Saudi Arabia. The study found a strong positive relationship between knowledge sharing and individual performance. It was also found out that information technology partially mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and individual performance. The research unearths the significant contribution made by information technology in mediating the relationship between individual-level knowledge sharing and the individual performance. This helps to understand the positive impacts on individual work performance in institutions of higher education that would be derived if individuals use various forms of IT to share knowledge. The focus of the research is the individual performance as the pertinent contribution towards positive outcomes in institutional performance.

Information technology leadership roles have undergone fundamental change over the past decade. Despite increase interest in recent years, little empirical research on Information Technology has been done. This paper suggests results from a survey in Korea on Information Technology. The survey collected data on general leadership roles such as information roles, decisional role and interpersonal role, as well as on specific Information Technology leadership roles such as planning leader, R&D manager, general manager, chief operating strategist. The role of a change leader is positively influenced by the number of years, the extent of strategic responsibility and the organization's revenue while it is negatively influenced by the number of years in the current position. R&D manager can be predicted by strategic responsibility and chief executive's IT use, Manager can be predicted by the extent of strategic responsibility. Although several significant predictors of Information Technology leadership roles were identified, the more signigicant study should continue in the future.

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between sexual consciousness, marriage consciousness, birth consciousness and pre-parent role of college students.,The subjects of this study were college students attending B,K University located in B city and the significance level(α) 0.05, power(1-) 0.8, effect size(fz) was verified in ANOVA using G-POWER 3.1.9.2 program.,The results of the study showed that the average score of sexual consciousness was 2.91±0.43, the marriage consciousness was 3.27±0.40, the birth consciousness was 3.32±0.43, and the pre-parent role was 3.35±0.35. When examining the relationship between sexual consciousness, marriage consciousness, birth consciousness, and pre-parent role according to the general characteristics of the subjects, sexual consciousness showed significant differences according to gender (t=6.910, p<.001), age (F=3.032 p=.030), major (F=5.402, p=.005), and parental orientation (F=2.801, p=.027).,The marriage consciousness of college students showed significant difference according to family members, and the birth consciousness showed significant difference according to grade and family members, and the role of pre-parents was significant according to grade and family members.,The role of pre-parents of college students showed significant correlations in sexual consciousness, marriage consciousness, and birth consciousness.,Repeated studies on the role of pre-parents based on parent-child relationship are needed, and studies are required to identify the relationship between sexual consciousness, marriage consciousness, birth consciousness, and pre-parent role.

This paper proposes a simple but practically useful model for preventing fraud of users called "ERBAC03". The new model consists of qualified mandatory and discretionary features for roles and locations, including the assignment of permissions for the appropriate roles and the assignment of roles for the appropriate locations. Moreover, a static separation of duty (SSoD) principle is applied to the new model for integrity requirements of security systems. The paper also explores some extensions of ERBAC03 including the new model using the SSoD concept from some experiments. The experimental results prove the efficiency improvement of the proposed model that can make benefits for large enterprises.

This paper formally defines a role-driven security and access control model of a business process in order eventually to provide a theoretical basis for realizing the secured business process management systems. That is, we propose a graphical representation and formal description of the mechanism that generates a set of role-driven security and access control models from a business process modeled by the information control net(ICN) modeling methodology that is a typical business process modeling approach for defining and specifying business processes. Based upon the mechanism, we are able to design and accomplish a secured business process management system that provides an unified resource access control mechanism of the business process management engine domain's and the application domain's. Finally, we strongly believe that the secured access control policies from the role-driven security and access control model can be easily transformed into the RBAC(Role-based Access Control) model that is a standardized security technology for computer and communications systems of commercial and civilian government organizations.

In current role-based systems, security officers handle assignments of users to roles. This may increase management efforts in a distributed environment because of the continuous involvement from security officers. The technology of role-based delegation provides a means for implementing RBAC in a distributed environment with empowerment of individual users. The basic idea behind a role-based delegation is that users themselves may delegate role authorities to other users to carry out some functions on behalf of the former. This paper presents a rule-based framework for user-level delegation model in which a user can delegate role authority by creating new delegation roles. Also, a rule-based language for specifying and enforcing the policies is introduced.

This study attempts to synthesize the literature on radicalization and examine the role of social media in promoting radicalization. The study is based on the review of prominent studies on radicalization in both offline and online settings. The study builds upon the literature in offline settings on radicalisation and presents a research agenda for radicalization in online settings. The study also presents a model of radicalization delineating the role of social media.
