This study aims to explore the role of Khan's engagement dimension previous study in mediating the relationship between work-life balance and in-role and extra-role performance of salesforce. To measure the data, a quantitative approach conducted through a survey of the sales force in the financial services industry sector in Makassar City, Indonesia. We determine the sample by using purposive sampling technique, and a total of 188 salesforce respondents. SEM-PLS with the second-order model was applied to test the measurement model and the mediator role of the engagement. The results show that the engagement dimension fully mediates the effect of work-life balance on both in-role and extra-role performance direct or indirect effect. the findings in this study also address the great concern of both individuals and organizations that the antecedents of the work-life balance variable are fundamental reasons for improving performance. The results of this study indicate that the work-life balance program positively influences engagement. Overall, we can conclude that commitment not only serves as a means for employees to fulfill formal job requirements. This can also encourage them to take action that goes beyond the precise requirements of their work by presenting them physically, emotionally, and cognitively in the work environment.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to test the impact of job crafting on in/extra-role performance in Chinese context. In addition, it intends to verify the mediating effect of work engagement on the relationship between job crafting and in/extra-role performance. Research design, data, and methodology - Survey data were collected from employees of the companies in Hebei, China, for about two months, from early January 2022 to early March 2022. A total of 300 copies were distributed, and 240 copies were collected (80%), of which 222 copies were used for the final analysis. Data were analyzed for statistical tests of the measurement model and hypotheses using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 and Amos 25. Result - The analysis results are as follows. First, job crafting has a direct effect on work engagement. Second, work engagement increased employees' in/extra-role performance. Third, the mediating effect of work engagement was verified in the relationship between job crafting and employees' in/extra-role performance. Conclusion - This study expands the job demand-resource model by revealing the effect of job crafting, which changes the job given to oneself, on in/extra-role performance. In addition, this study investigated the impact of work engagement on the relationship between job crafting and in/extra-role performance.

역할 기반 접근제어는 역할 계층 구조에서 역할 상속과 의무 분리 등을 제공하여 접근제어의 관리를 쉽게 하는 장점이 있다. 위임은 사용자에게 접근 권한을 할당하는 메커니즘이다. RBDM0과 RDM2000은 사용자 대 사용자 위임으로서의 역할 위임이다. 그러나 RBAC은 실세계에서 빈번하게 이루어지는 역할이나 권한위임을 효율적으로 처리하지 못 한다. 본 논문에서는 위임된 권한의 영속성을 보장하고 최소 권한의 보안 원칙과 의무분리 원칙에 위배되지 않는 시간제한 권한 위임 모델(TCPBDM)을 제안한다. TCPBDM은 RBAC96을 바탕으로 하며, 위임에 시간제한과 함께 사용자 대 사용자, 역할 대 역할의 위임을 제공한다. 위임자는 원하는 권한을 특정인에게 부여 할 수 있고, 시간제한을 활용하여 위임자가 원하는 시점에서 권한이 회수될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 TCPBDM을 분석하고 이의 유효성을 입증하였다.

기존의 접근제어 모델들은 유비쿼터스 환경의 접근제어를 위하여 필요한 시간 제약에 따른 자원의 사용 제한 기능, 역할 계층에서 상위 역할로의 제한적 상속 기능, 정교한 위임 정책, 사용자의 위치에 따른 자원의 사용 제한 기능을 제공하지 않는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 시간(기간과 주기)에 따른 제약으로 자원의 사용을 제한할 수 있는 GTRBAC 모델에 부역할 개념과 PBDM 개념을 적용하고 사용자의 위치정보를 임시 제약 조건으로 고려하여 유비쿼터스 환경의 접근제어에 적합한 확장된 GTRBAC모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 부역할을 사용하여 역할 계층에서 권한의 상속을 제한할 수 있고, 사용자 대 사용자 위임, 역할 대 역할 위임, 다단계 위임, 다중 위임과 같은 정교한 위임 정책을 제공하며, 사용자의 위치 정보를 임시 제약 조건으로 고려하여 유비쿼터스 환경의 특성에 맞는 다양하고 정교한 접근제어 정책을 적용할 수 있도록 한다.

This paper is a study on the AC and PMI model for the defense computer network. It is suggested that the organization plan of PMI model is a proper model for the characteristics of military system and military defense network security demands based on defense PKI system. Futhermore, it will be presented both various types of defense AC and AC according to the role and clearance in PMI. Defense AC will provide strong users' authentication and Role Based Access Control to give more secured and trusted authentication service by using users' attribute such as role and clearance.

본 연구에서는 워크플로우 환경에서 정적 및 동적 의무 분리 요구 사항의 명세에 대한 과업 역할 기반 접근제어 모델과 상충하는 엔티티 관리 패러다임의 통합을 통하여 기업 환경에서 접근제어 시행을 위한 개선된 접근제어 모델을 구현한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 확장된 과업 역할기반 접근제어 모델은 워크플로우 지향 과업에 대하여 상충하는 엔티티들을 다룰 수 있고 기업의 특성에 따라서 기업 세션의 분류를 통하여 기업 환경에서 과업에 정교한 의무 분리 정책을 지원할 수 있다.

본 논문은 분산 서버 환경에서 다양한 업무를 운영하려고 할 때에 발생되는 보안상의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 RBAC(Role Based Access Control) 기법을 이용하여 분산 환경에서 운영 가능한 역할 위임을 위한 확장된 RBAC(Extended RBAC: ERBAC) 모형을 설계하였다. ERBAC는 기본적으로 Sandhu 등이 제안한 RBAC96 모형에 역할 위임부분을 추가하였다. 따라서, 역할을 위임하기 위해 ERBAC를 이용하면 사용자 수준의 역할 위임이 가능하여 업무의 중단 없이 영속성을 보장할 수 있다. 또한 분산 서버의 소스코드 수정 없이 구현 가능하고, 이식성이 높으며, 보안 관리가 단순하고 용이하다는 장점을 갖는다.

An appropriate parent role model for alcohol, tobacco and other drug abuse prevention in adolescence was designed as part of a comprehensive effort to reduce the use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs by underage youth. The content of the model offers a new and positive chemical health model. The model calls for development of a set of guidelines that can provide the framework for examining alcohol, tobacco and other drug use. The actions of adults in the community, especially parents, are very important factors in whether or not youth use chemicals. So these guidelines can be used to assist parents and other adults with questions such as, what can we say to young people about using alcohol, tobacco or other drugs except that it's against the law? At what age and times are discussions appropriate? What can we do to make our community a healthier place in which young people can make better decisions about alcohol, tobacco and other drug use? The model acknowledges and affirms the legal and appropriate use of alcohol and other drugs as well as supports the decision not to drink. It encourages participants to consider their own guidelines for using and not using alcohol and other drugs. The guidelines can also be used as the basis for early intervention when use is illegal, unhealthy or risky. It is important to note that the model affirms healthy and appropriate use as well as nonuse.

역할기반 접근통제는 사용자의 역할에 기반을 둔 접근통제 방법으로 기존의 임의적 접근통제나 강제적 접근통제에 비하여 다양한 컴퓨터.네트워크 보안분야에 있어서 유연성과 적용성을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 Ravi S. Sandhu가 최초로 제안한 역할기반 접근통제 기본 모델인 RBAC$_{0}$ 모델에 주체 및 객체의 역할을 추가로 고려하여 확장된 역할기반 접근통제(ERBAC$_{0}$:Extended RBAC$_{0}$) 모델을 새롭게 제안하였다. 제안된 ERBAC$_{0}$ 모델은 기존의 RBAC$_{0}$ 모델에 비하여 주체 및 객체 수준에서의 역할기반 접근통제를 보다 정교하게 제공할 수 있다.

This study constructed a family life education program designed to help dual-earner couples reduce their role strain. This program is consisted of 6 sessions aiming for understanding the multidimensional affecting factors of role strain, strengthening family system, sharing the housework, managing time effectively reducing the additional role and adjusing standard, maintaining desirable attitude on work and family. We expect this program to be helpful in reducing dual-earner families' role strain and the active using of role strain coping strategies.
