A 6 D.O.F Stewart platform type parallel robot has been developed as a simulator to test the surveillance robot stabilization control. Since the surveillance robot is installed on the unmanned ground vehicle (UGV), it is required to have a stabilization control system to compensate the disturbance from the UGV. PID control scheme has been applied to the parallel robot to generate controlled motion following the input motion.

In this paper, an off-line programming(OLP) system is presented as the three dimensional graphic simulator and one of the human-robot interface systems for industrial robots. The OLP system has been especially developed to testify robot programs visually using three dimensional geometric modeling and graphics technologies in personal computes. A special feature is its capability of collision detection and of comparing performance of control algorithms. This paper places the focus on the structure and major characteristic of OLP system.

Biped locomotion can be simply modeled as a linear inverted pendulum mode. This model considers only the CG (center of gravity) of the entire system. But in real biped robot systems, the free-leg motion dynamics is not negligible. So if its dynamics is not considered in designing the reference CG motion, it is badly influence to the ZMP(zero moment point) position of the biped robot walking in the sagittal plane. Therefore, we modeled the biped locomotion similar to the linear inverted pendulum mode but considered the predetermined free-leg dynamics. To verify that the proposed biped locomotion is more stable than the linear inverted pendulum mode, we constructed a biped robot simulator and designed a serco controller to track both the reference motion of the free leg and the reference motion of CG of the biped robot using the computed torque control low. And through simulations, we verified that the proposed walking is better in stability than the one based on the linear inverted pendulum mode.
For the personal robot to serve humans as a companion in our daily life, it is obviously important that the robot should have a long-term relationship to users. In this paper, we introduce a simple idea on how to make the long-term relationship by using just low-cost and simple robots. We also describe the robotic artificial creature system to implement this idea. The artificial creature robots respond not only physical environment changes but also the logical information changes in the virtual world such as the Web. They consist of a control robot and several simple robots, which show users various group behaviors. Users have a relationship with them by observing these behaviors, rather than interacting with them. We separate physical robots and software applications in order that artificial creature robots can have more various behaviors made by various software applications. Finally, we implemented the system using a robot simulator to show some example cases.
The desired ZMP is different from the actual ZMP of a humanoid robot during actual walking and stand upright. A humanoid robot must maintain its stable posture although external force is given to the robot. A humanoid robot can know its stability with ZMP. Actual ZMP may be moved out of the foot-print polygons by external disturbance or uneven ground surfaces. If the position of ZMP moves out of stable region, the stability can not be guaranteed. Therefore, The control of the ZMP is necessary. In this paper, ZMP control algorithm is proposed. Herein, the ZMP control uses difference between desired ZMP and actual ZMP. The proposed algorithm gives reaction moment with ankle joint when external force is supplied. 3D simulator shows motion of a humanoid robot and calculated data.
In this paper, a new revolute mobile robot arm with five degree of freedom (d.o.f) was developed for autonomous moving robots. As a control system for the robot arm, a distributed control system composed of the main controller and five motor controllers for arm joints was developed. The main controller and the motor controllers w ε re developed using the ARM microprocessor and the TMS320c2407 microprocessor, respectively. A new trajectory tracking algorithm for the motor controllers was devised employing pre-generated off-line trajectory data. Also, a 3-D simulator based on the openGL software to simulate the motion of the robot arm was developed. To validate the performance of the robot system, experiments to track a specified trajectory were performed.
This paper presents a graphic user interface system consisting of graphic simulator and remote control system for a building cleaning robot. It provides a tool of convenient 3D graphical map construction for real world. The 3D map is reconstructed from existing 2D building CAD data with DXF format by using OpenGL graphic API. Through this system, graphic display of robot's status information, remote control and cleaning scheduling can be done for a building cleaning robot. This proposed system is expected to give efficient way of graphic simulation and remote monitoring and control system for a building cleaning robot.

This paper presents the theoretical development of a complete navigation problem of a nonholonomic mobile robot by using ultrasonic sensors. To solve this problem, a new method to computer a fuzzy perception of the environment is presented, dealing with the uncertainties and imprecision from the sensory system and taking into account nonholonomic constranits of the robot. Fuzzy perception, fuzzy controller are applied, both in the design of each reactive behavior and solving the problem of behavior combination, to implement a fuzzy behavior-based control architecture. The performance of the proposed obstacle avoidance robot controller in order to determine the exact dynamic system modeling system that uncertainty is difficult for nomadic controlled robot direction angle by ultrasonic sensors throughout controlled performance tests. In additionally, this study is an in different ways than the self-driving simulator in the development of ultrasonci sensors and unmanned remote control techniques used by the self-driving robot controlled driving through an unmanned remote controlled unmanned realize the performance of factory antomation.

This study presents a potential field method for path planning to goal with a mobile robot in unknown environment. The proposed algorithm allows mobile robot to navigate through static obstacles, and find the path in order to reach the target without collision. This algorithm provides the robot with the possibility to move from the initial position to the final position (target). Stage and Player simulator is used to perform the robot motion and implement the potential field algorithm in C/C++ for performance evaluation. Two-dimensional terrain model is used to simulate the ability of robot in motion planning without any collision.

Qualitative elevation of products is very important Part. A business racking us brains to find for qualitative elevation of products. Recently, measurement accuracy of a non-contact 3D scanner has been rapidly improving. As a result, the number application cases of non-contact 3D scanners are increasing. A non-contact 3D scanner is capable of measuring a curved surface rapidly and has high resolution. It is more affordable and potable than the CMMs, It is therefore expected to be applied more frequently in more diverse industries. Automating the measuring process using a non-contact 3D scanner and developing a technology, which allows a user to measure easily, will eventually improve the quality of products. As their inspection and analysis processes improve.
