토목공사에서 발생 가능한 리스크평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Risk Assessment Occurred Possibly in a Civil Project)

  • 자연적, 기술적, 생물학적 재해에 의해 유발된 다양한 리스크가 조직의 업무연속성에 위협을 미친다. 업무연속성은 모든 조직에 가장 중요한 과제로써 그것을 적절히 관리하는 것은 조직의 성패를 가르게 된다. 업무연속성계획(BCP)은 업무연속성을 담보할 수 있는 관리 절차로 정의될 수 있다. BCP는 리스크관리, 상시운영계획, 재난대응/복구, 훈련/학습, 위기 전달 등을 포함한다. 이중에서 리스크관리는 리스크확인, 분석, 평가 처리를 하기 위한 체계적 방법으로 리스크평가는 리스크확인, 분석, 평가로 구성된다. 리스크평가는 BCP를 계획하기 위한 첫 번째 단계이다. 본 연구에서는 하수관거 매설 공사에 대해서 리스크평가를 수행하였다. 리스크평가 과정을 통해 건설 공사에 위협을 주는 18개의 리스크를 확인하였고 이들에 대한 리스크 수준 분석을 통해 대책이 필요한 가장 상위 수준의 리스크로는 '굴착면의 붕괴', '지중매설물 파손', '소음 및 먼지날림', '원자재값 상승'으로 나타났다.

  • 철도적용 신뢰성 및 안전성관리에 대한 국제표준 제정과 해당 국제표준에 대한 제3자 적합성평가의 정착으로 철도안전과 밀접한 신호시스템을 중심으로 정량적 위험도평가가 수행되고 있다. 이러한 정량적 지표를 활용한 위험도관리는 사고정의, 허용수준의 정량적 RAMS 목표수립으로부터 시작되어 운영기간 중 위험도가 허용수준으로 유지됨을 확인해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 철도시설물의 5.5년간(2010년 1월~2015년 6월)의 관리장애 정보를 사용하여 국제표준에 따라 위험도 매트릭스를 활용하여 철도시설물 구간에 대한 위험도평가의 사례연구를 수행하였다. 또한, 분석된 데이터를 바탕으로 시설물의 과학적 위험도관리를 위한 방안을 제시한다.

An Intelligent Game Theoretic Model With Machine Learning For Online Cybersecurity Risk Management

  • Cyber security and resilience are phrases that describe safeguards of ICTs (information and communication technologies) from cyber-attacks or mitigations of cyber event impacts. The sole purpose of Risk models are detections, analyses, and handling by considering all relevant perceptions of risks. The current research effort has resulted in the development of a new paradigm for safeguarding services offered online which can be utilized by both service providers and users. customers. However, rather of relying on detailed studies, this approach emphasizes task selection and execution that leads to successful risk treatment outcomes. Modelling intelligent CSGs (Cyber Security Games) using MLTs (machine learning techniques) was the focus of this research. By limiting mission risk, CSGs maximize ability of systems to operate unhindered in cyber environments. The suggested framework's main components are the Threat and Risk models. These models are tailored to meet the special characteristics of online services as well as the cyberspace environment. A risk management procedure is included in the framework. Risk scores are computed by combining probabilities of successful attacks with findings of impact models that predict cyber catastrophe consequences. To assess successful attacks, models emulating defense against threats can be used in topologies. CSGs consider widespread interconnectivity of cyber systems which forces defending all multi-step attack paths. In contrast, attackers just need one of the paths to succeed. CSGs are game-theoretic methods for identifying defense measures and reducing risks for systems and probe for maximum cyber risks using game formulations (MiniMax). To detect the impacts, the attacker player creates an attack tree for each state of the game using a modified Extreme Gradient Boosting Decision Tree (that sees numerous compromises ahead). Based on the findings, the proposed model has a high level of security for the web sources used in the experiment.

작업현장의 안전을 위한 LoRa기반 통신의 음영지역 해소를 위한 연구 (A Study on Resolving Shadow Area of LoRa-based Communication for Workplace Safety)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 '스마트 안전관리 시스템'의 통신 음영지역을 해소하는 것이다. '스마트 안전관리 시스템'은 고위험 작업장(산업현장, 재난현장)에서 일하는 근로자의 실시간 데이터를 모니터링하고 중계할 수 있다. 데이터는 구조팀에게 구조작업 시 '골든 타임'을 제공한다. 연구방법: 이 연구에서 안전 태그는 사용자의 중계기 역할을 하도록 설계 및 구현되었다. 연구결과: 다시 말해, 안전 태그와 지휘부의 통신 구간에서 통신 음영이 생길 경우, 안전 태그는 해당 지역의 다른 안전 태그에 대한 중계기 역할을 한다. 결론: 이 연구는 개발한 안전 태그가 통신 음영지역이 있는 특정 건물에서 통신두절 문제가 해소되는지 테스트했다. 먼저, 안전 태그와 지휘부 단말기 사이에서 통신 음영지역을 확인했다. 동일한 상황에서 추가 안전 태그를 배포한 결과 통신 음영지역이 해소된 것으로 나타났다. 중계기 역할을 하는 안전 태그는 테스트 빌딩에서 최대 지하 3층 까지 통신 음영지역을 해소할 수 있었다.

고위험 임부 배우자의 스트레스와 대처양상 (Stress and Coping Style of High-risk Pregnant Women's Spouses)

  • Purpose: This study determined the level of stress and type of coping style of spouses with high-risk pregnant women. Methods: Subjects were 102 spouses with high-risk pregnant women at 6 hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi province from January to August, 2009. The tools for this study were stress scale and coping scale. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: The average score of subjects stress was 2.18 and coping score was 2.46 point out of 4.00. The highest score of stress categories was 2.44 point in emotional problems and the lowest score was 1.72 in communication and support resources. The stress level was significant differences according to length of marriage, number of hospital visits, satisfaction with marriage relationship, hospitalization days and gestational age respectively. Spouses tended to use an active coping style (2.60) rather than a passive coping style (2.31). There were significant differences according to mother's age and gestational age in active coping and educational level in passive coping. Conclusion: Considering the level of stress coping style and characteristics of high-risk pregnant women's spouses, a nursing intervention should be provided to help them alleviate stress and to encourage active coping.

의약품 안전성 관리를 위한 연구 - 의약품 안전관리 제도개선 방안을 중심으로 - (A Study on Improving Korea's Regulatory System for Pharmaceutical Safety Management)

  • To ensure the safe use of pharmaceuticals in the market, US, EU and Japan reached a consensus to adopt ICH harmonised tripartite guideline "E2E Pharmacovigilance Planning" in 2004. Subsequently these regions established and implemented new pharmaceutical safety management systems for patients based on ICH E2E guideline and Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) in US or Risk Management Plan (RMP) in EU and Japan. In this study we investigated these new foreign systems and suggested a way to improve Korea's regulatory system for pharmaceutical safety management under Korea Pharmaceutical Law in the view of international harmonization.

유무선 네트워크기반 지하철역사 공기질 제어의 위험성 평가 (Assessment of Risk in Wireless-Wired Network Based Control of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in Subway Stations)

  • With increasing number of citizen using subway stations everyday, safety, health and comfort of passengers and occupants became an important social issue. Considering the fact that various physical variables and pollutants are related to indoor air quality (IAQ) which may cause health problem, IAQ need to be closely monitored and controlled in multiple locations in subway stations. This study is a continuation of the previous studies and delay induced in wireless-wired network is experimentally evaluated and the risk involved is assessed. In doing that, a key parameter is identified to be the network delay in different network media. Application of information-theoretic measure to assess the risk in network delay is then discussed. The idea is based on the general principles of engineering design and their applications to quantification of uncertainty in network delay. Experimental results show that more risk is involved in wireless data communication. Efficient and fast conversion of transmission data in both LonWorks/IP server and ZL converter is also noted.

옵션민감도를 고려한 기술자금의 경제적 가치와 실패확률 (The Default Risk of the Research Funding with Uncertain Variable in South Korea, Along with the Greeks)

  • As a nation experiencing rapid economic growth, South Korea and its government have made a continuous effort toward efficient research investments to achieve transformation of the Korean industry for the fourth industrial revolution. To achieve the maximum effectiveness of the research investments, it is necessary to evaluate its funding's worth and default risk. Thus, incorporating the concepts of the Black-Scholes-Merton model and the Greeks, this study develops a default-risk evaluation model in the foundation of a system dynamics methodology. By utilizing the proposed model, this study estimates the monetary worth and the default risks of research funding in the public and private sectors of Information and Communication technologies, along with the sensitivity of the R&D economic worth of research funding to changes in a given parameter. This study finds that the public sector has more potential than the private sector in terms of monetary worth and that the default risks of three types of research funding are relatively high. Through a sensitivity analysis, the results indicate that uncertainty in volatility, operation period, and a risk-free interest rate has trivial impacts on the monetary worth of research funding, while volatility has large impacts on the default risk among the uncertain factors.

가족기능, 부모-자녀 의사소통, 가족만족도와 청소년의 게임사용간의 상관성 (Family Function, Parent-Child Communication, and Family Satisfaction Influencing Game Use among Korean Adolescents)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore the influential factors of family function, parent-child communication, and family satisfaction on Korean adolescents game use. Methods: The participants were 940 adolescents in Seoul. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data. The study variables were family function, parent-child communication, family satisfaction, and game use. Results: Game use was different by gender, age, time to spend in game during weekdays and weekend. Game use had significant negative correlations with family cohesion, family adaptability, communication with father, communication with mother, and family satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis showed that 20.3% of the game use was explained by gender, communication with mother, hours of playing games during weekdays, family adaptability, and hours of playing games during weekend. Conclusions: These results suggest that being male and lack of communication with mother, low family adaptability, game hours during weekdays and weekend can be potential risk factors for excessive game use in the adolescents, which should by considered in developing a prevention program for excessive game use focused on family factors.

LoRa WAN 통신 기반의 선박 내/외부 승선자 측위 및 위험상황 감지 시스템 (Measuring Inner or Outer Position of Ship Passenger and Detection of Dangerous Situations based LoRa WAN Communication)

  • In order to minimize casualties from marine vessel accidents that occur frequently at home and abroad, it is important to ensure the safety of the passengers aboard the vessel in the event of an accident. There is an EPIRB system as a system for disaster preparedness in the marine situation currently on the market, but there is a problem that the price is very expensive. In order to overcome the cost problem, which is a disadvantage of previous system, LoRaWAN-based communication is used. LoRaWAN communication-based vessel positioning and risk detection system based on LoRaWAN communication transmits measurement data of each module using two Beacon and GPS modules to stably perform position measurement for both indoor and outdoor situations. The rider danger situation detection system can detect the safety status of the rider using the 3-axis acceleration sensor, collect data from the rider positioning system and the rider safety status detection system, and send to server using LoRa communication. When conducting communication experiments in the long-distance maritime situation and actual communication experiments using the implemented system, it was found that the two experiments showed over 90% communication success rate on average.
