In this paper, we proposed the digital contents distribution business model for the operation of integration between heterogeneous systems in order to use IPTV. Also, we designed and implemented the protection management system through this distribution business model. This proposed model maintains interoperability between the heterogeneous systems, creates rights protection document based on REL, and provides the new version of packaged digital contents to itself by packaging the digital contents. Overall, it ultimately offers an interoperable environment. Moreover, since we pre-defines the relations among REL data based on MPEG-21 standard, which creates the newly packaged digital contents, it is easy to edit data. We can expect to save expenses of digital contents distribution and rights protection technology. Additionally, we can further improve security by encapsulating the security technology of CAS and DRM system.

By effect of infinity internet market copyright connection skills for extent extension of digital contents and profit rescue through this impoliticly research and develop. Contents protection techniques, management techniques, circulation techniques etc. are becoming development by contents circulation company and developers but that there is no standard as problem advances soul between copyright managerial system by development competition and in reciprocity compatibility tell. ISO MPEG commission arrived that develop MPEG-21 framework to solve problem that do that is to copyright management's opacity province that non efficiency and standard of contents distribution structure that do that is by redundancy investment are not. Data structure in Framework interior is doing and propose copyright expression language of XML base of REL to establish copyright connection data standard and normalized based on no XML. But, a tool that can be easy as must understand whole framework and can have problem in to edit REL and create copyright document fast was required. In this paper, research about method that edit REL document and develop and spend a edit tool that tan be that expressing intuitionally.

This thesis examines the play education method shown in the elementary school textbook 'Enjoy Play'. If the educational methods of the curriculum other than plays were presented in the order of 'Understanding play - Appreciation of Works - Creation of Works', the method of drama education is presented sequentially in the order of 'Understanding play - Creation of Works - Appreciation of Works' in the order of 'Understanding play - Artwork - Appreciation' have. Even if such a curriculum considers the study linked to the subject of 'Plays', students may not feel the 'burden' of 'creation', and by simplifying the understanding of 'spoken language', it is rather the characteristic of 'Korean language'. It may also make it difficult for students to feel the attraction. In addition, empathy through the conflict situation of the play or comparison with the actual conflict is mainly presented through the translation of foreign works or the expression of a fairy tale and fantastic world that is far from reality, so the burden of inferring the right life problems can be confirmed. Theatrical expressions and plays and plays learned through textbooks are partially different depending on the educational goals to be achieved. The result of this study is that the course of textbooks for elementary and upper grades may correspond to the problem of expressing 'Plays', but it is regrettable in leading students to think about ways to solve life problems in detail through 'Plays'. It is also necessary to emphasize the importance of expression that makes students realize how to express themselves autonomously in the way of expressing their feelings, but on the other hand, on the other hand, it is necessary to share empathy with feelings first, understand these feelings, Therefore, it was suggested that training to infer expressions and emotions by learning individual expressions through methods of expressing emotions and a process of educating students to voluntarily accept shared emotions are also necessary. MPEG-21 defines a digital item as an atomic unit lot creation, delivery and consumption in order to provide an integrated multimedia framework in networked environments. It is expected that MPEG-21 standardization makes it Possible for users to universally access user's preferred contents in their own way they want. In order to achieve this goal, MPEG-21 has standardized the specifications for the Digital Item Declaration (DID). Digital Identification (DII), Rights Expression Language (REL), Right Data Dictionary (RDD) and Digital Item Adaptation (DIA), and is standardizing the specifications for the Digital Item Processing (DIP), Persistent Association Technology (PAT) and Intellectual Property Management and Protection (IPMP) tot transparent and secured usage of multimedia. In this paper, we design an MPEG-21 terminal architecture based one the MPEG-21 standard with DID, DIA and DIP, and implement with the MPEG-21 terminal. We make a video summarization service scenario in order to validate ow proposed MPEG-21 terminal for the feasibility to of DID, DIA and DIP. Then we present a series of experimental results that digital items are processed as a specific form after adaptation fit for the characteristics of MPEG-21 terminal and are consumed with interoperability based on a PC and a PDA platform. It is believed that this paper has n important significance in the sense that we, for the first time, implement an MPEG-21 terminal which allows for a video summarization service application in an interoperable way for digital item adaptation and processing nth experimental results.
