On the reasons for lack of development of EWCMP, 31.9% of them listed prejudices existing on both sides firstly (31.9%). Preferred type of EWCMP was to use both western and Korean medical treatment at the same weight (53.9%). To promote EWCMP, it is required to confirm the concept of collaborative medical practice to the medical professions and government authorities (29.5%). • Virtual farm is a kind of virtual reality for education and training, which realizes a change in attitude toward farming and aims for economic performance through revisiting the virtual farm. With the recent introduction of P2E-type virtual reality, a way to connect virtual farming experiences with practical benefits is being considered. However, few studies have been conducted on the factors that influence the success of virtual farms. Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine whether the quality of virtual farm contents and system quality affect user satisfaction with virtual farm experience based on the DeLone & McLean's IS Success Model. In addition, we will examine whether satisfaction with the virtual farm significantly contributes to the change in attitude toward farming. In addition, we demonstrate whether digital incentives contribute to the activation of P2E-type virtual farms.

  • Purpose - This study focused on the effect of mobile app information system quality on re-use intention in the medical service trade, and examined how the Chinese, currently the main consumer of Korea's medical service trade, obtained information through mobile apps, and the status of satisfaction felt by experiencing medical services. Design/methodology - The survey period was from November 2018 to January 2019, and was conducted on Chinese who voluntarily experienced medical services. The collected data verified causality of the study model through the statistical program, SPSS.24. The results showed that the most popular medical institution through the medical service mobile app is dermatology, and the quality of the app's information system plays a mediating role in influencing re-use intention. Findings - Overall, the current trade in medical services is first accessed and acquired through mobile apps, and as a result, consumers revisit medical institutions according to the reliability of information. Comments and likes, another new form of the word of mouth that has greatly influenced revisiting in the past, are seen to be spreading through the app's medical information. Originality/value - The previous market for the medical services trade was formed by very conservative word of mouth, but now we believe that the app's information system actively influences the revisit effect. This means that apps can be used in diverse areas in the medical service trade market. In addition, the medical service market needs to further develop a mobile app environment that can reflect consumers' diverse needs, behaviors, and culture from time to time in order to revitalize the service trade. Such an app environment development will have tremendous promotional effects on the trade market and provide directions for expanding trade in medical services.

  • The objective of this paper is to contemplate a possible alternative to the examination, published as a research article in Information Systems Research(Sia et al. 2002), of the effects of communication cues, anonymity, and social presence on group polarization in computer-mediated communication(CMC) settings. Sia et al. introduced the concept of social presence to explain the effects of communication cues and anonymity on group polarization, but we believe that anonymity alone provides a clearer explanation of the results. This paper classifies levels of anonymity to provide possible explanations for Sia et a1. (2002)'s results and presents the results of a new experiment to confirm our explanation. We also want to emphasize that our comments are not intended to disparage the usefulness of social presence as a mediating variable to explain group polarization; our intention instead IS to encourage further investigation to better understand group polarization in CMC settings.

The purpose of this paper is two-folds. The one is to find the affecting factors on the website users' revisit behavior in commercial website and the other is to search more influencing ones on the determinant factors, to analyze research model using in LISREL. The EFA and reliability test was executed by for finding the validity and reliability, covariance matrix analysis was executed for the purpose of testing the 13 hypotheses. The major finding of this paper would be summarized as followed : (1) The roles of satisfaction and attitude to the revisit behavior are very important and both variables have determining effects in commercial website revisit behavior. (2) The determining factors in positively affecting website users' satisfaction are attitude, perceived usefulness, design. (3) The determining factors in positively affecting website users' attitude are perceived usefulness, design, perceived ease of use, and negatively affecting factor was perceived risk in website.

For this purpose a survey was conducted targeting 246 visitors to experiential exhibition content based on Hyecho's travel story and SilkRoad cultural heritage. As a result of the survey, understanding and interest in the content material and similar exhibition viewing experience did not affect Presence experience. In addition the higher the Presence experience of exhibition content, the greater the awareness and emotion that is the effect of Presence. And among the effects of Presence, emotion had a positive effect on revisiting intentions. Therefore, it was confirmed that future experiential exhibition contents require planning, production, and exhibition that allow users to experience Presence.
