The objective of the paper is to recommend a database format of geographic informa¬tion systems for transportation (GIS-T) based on a review of geographic data files (GDF), a European standard format for navigation and the topologically integrated geographic encoding and referenc¬ing files (TIGER) if the USA The establishment of the standard format for transportation database is important for sharing data since data collection is costly. We believe the recommended format would reduce the implementation costs for GIS-T in Korea in the future.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze published studies on medication adherence in Korea. Methods: The studies were identified and data were collected from Oct. to Nov. 2014 through the RISS, KISS, NDSL, and Nanet websites. Key words including medication adherence and medication compliance were used. A total of 37 published studies were reviewed using criteria developed by researchers. Results: Studies published and associated with adherence have increased since 2010. Several instruments have be enused to date however, there is no critical standard regarding medication adherence. In addition, various interventions are available and have positive effects but the main concept is also deferent with adherence and compliance. Conclusion: There sults show that research related to adherence has actively increased. How ever there are various concepts, method sand standard. Therefore more studies are required in the future for development of a unified concept, methods and standards for adherence for future.

Many researchers focus on indium contained semiconductors and alloy compounds for their various applications. Electrochemists want to obtain indium contained compounds simply via one-step electrodeposition. First of all, electrochemistry of constituent elements must be understood in order to develop the best condition for the electrodeposition of indium contained compounds. We will review the electrochemistry of indium. Equilibria between indium metal and indium ions and the standard electrode potentials of the equilibria will be reviewed. The electrochemical reactions of indium species are affected by surrounding conditions. Thus dependences of electrochemical behaviors of indium metal and indium ions on various parameters will be reviewed.

For an industry, production capacity is defined as the maximum level of output that plants can maintain within the framework of a realistic work schedule, taking account of normal downtime, and assuming sufficient availability of inputs to operate machinery and equipment in place. Such capacity is one of the important and basic due to measure, manage and evaluate the production performance and ability of any industrial bodies. However, the estimating methods now in use in Korea are seemed far from the definition above. And there are not any standard estimating method suggested even in the same sort of manufacturing and also no applicable theory for objective and exact measurement. Thus, in this paper, a new measuring model is suggested as standard and supporting theories are developed for general measurement purpose to any manufacturing industries.

In order to establish the procedures for investigating environmental influences to wooden cultural property, existing study data were surveyed and necessary steps for performing the investigation works were presented to be applied for the future works in this country. Environmental factors which influence to the conservation of wooden cultural property should first be studied for items concerned with their damage situations. On basis of these data, laboratory works to yield the standard value for each factor should be conducted by means of testing samples exposed under laboratory simulated environmental conditions. Outdoor measurements may be followed for samples exposed to the open air at the site of that property. These data may be compared with those of laboratory standard value and overall evaluation for the factor influencing mostly tn the damage status of that property may further be conducted. Referring data obtained in this investigation, necessary measures to be taken for conserving that property may be able to be established.

The publication International Standard Banking Practice for the Examination of Documents under Documentary Letters of Credit (ISBP) is the product by a task force of the ICC Banking Commission. The ISBP is a practical complement to UCP 500, ICC’s universally used rules on documentary credits. The ISBP does not amend the UCP. It explains, in explicit detail, how the rules are to be applied on a day-to-day basis. It fills a needed gap between the general principles announced in the rules and the daily work of the documentary credit practitioner. By using the ISBP, document checkers can bring their practices in line with those followed by their colleagues worldwide. The result should be a significant reduction in the number of documents refused for discrepancies on first presentation.

In a global market environment with information technology, the textile and apparel industry tries to survive by having competitive power embedded in Supply Chain Management to improve the interrelation among different stages of industries such as fiber, textile, apparel manufacturing, and retailing. The purpose of this empirical study was to investigate performance on Supply Chain Management of textile firms such as 4 textile export firms and 10 collaborate firms which were adopted SCM system. For research methodology, we developed questionnaires based upon interview and literature review. The results of this study were as follows: There were neutral responses or somewhat dissatisfactions on SCM application from CEOs, CMOs, site workers, and collaborators, but over half of respondents indicated 21-40% improvement of affairs. Standard documents and information sharing of SCM system were salient effects. SCM system with standard documents improved receipts/payments and inventory management most.

Robust Design(RD) is a cost-effective methodology to determine the optimal settings of control factors that make a product performance insensitive to the influence of noise factors. To better facilitate the robust design optimization, a dual response surface approach, which models both the process mean and standard deviation as separate response surfaces, has been successfully accepted by researchers and practitioners. However, the construction of response surface approximations has been limited to problems with only a few variables, mainly due to an excessive number of experimental runs necessary to fit sufficiently accurate models. In this regard, an innovative response surface approach has been proposed to investigate robust design optimization problems with larger number of variables. Response surfaces for process mean and standard deviation are partitioned and estimated based on the multi-level approximation method, which may reduce the number of experimental runs necessary for fitting response surface models to a great extent. The applicability and usefulness of proposed approach have been demonstrated through an illustrative example.

지난 세번에 걸쳐 소개하던 실체인증기법을 중단하고 이번호 부터는 해쉬함수 국제표준을 소개한다. 국내에서도 표준화 노력이 진행되고 있는 해쉬함수는 임의의 길이의 비트스트링을 정해진 길이의 출력인 해쉬코드로 변환시키는 함수로서 디지탈서명, 인증. 키 분배등의 많은 적용사례를 갖고 있다. 해쉬함수의 표준화 과제는 1984년 디지탈서명 국제표준화 과제중 한 part로 시작했다가 1989년 독립된 과제가 되었다 그 당시에는 2개의 part(Part 1 : General. Part 2 : Hash-functions using an n-bit block cipher algorithm)로 시작되었다가 나중에 2개의 part (Part 3 : Dedicated hash-functions, Part 4 : Hash-functions using modular arithmetic)가 추가되었다. 이 과제는 1991년 CD(Committee Draft), 1992년 DIS(Draft for International Standard)가 되었고. 1993년에 IS(International Standard)가 되었고 1998년 1차 검토가 있을 예정이다.

'KRS 6330-3256라' standard regulates performance test of insulating transformer for protecting the electronic interlock linkage equipment which is being done by test procedures and methods according to the standard. The balance/unbalance test evaluating the performance of transformer are applied by impulse voltage($l2/200{\mu}s$) but affected by many other factors. Therefore, the review about these is necessary to have the reliability and reappearance of test results. In this paper, we have simulated about several phenomenon appearing in real balance/unbalance test and compared simulated results with real ones. With the basis of these results, the influence to test result of inner and outer factors are investigated and analyzed and established the plan boosting the reliability and reappearance of test results.
