The purpose of this study is to develop the hotel service quality measurement attributes and dimensions which have higher validity and reliability than before. The procedures of this study is as follows: First, the attributes and dimensions are developed through the rigorous analysis of literature review. Second, the attributes and dimensions which have been developed are refined after the pilot survey. Third, the final survey used for criterion-related validity test, reliability test and factor analysis. Eventually, twenty seven attributes and six dimensions are extracted and discussed.

ISO 140-11 specifies a method for measuring the acoustic properties of floor coverings from the view-point of reducing impact sound transmission. This test method is limited to the specification of procedures for the physical measurement of sound originating from an artificial impact source under laboratory conditions. In this study, ISO 140-11 was reviewed to applicable to domestic floor coverings installed on lightweight floors.

Ulnar collateral ligament injuries have been increasingly common in overhead throwing athletes. Ulnar collateral ligament reconstruction is the current gold standard for managing ulnar collateral ligament insufficiency, and numerous reconstruction techniques have been described. Although good clinical outcomes have been reported regarding return to sports, there are still several technical issues including exposure, graft selection and fixation, and ulnar nerve management. This review article summarizes a variety of surgical techniques of ulnar collateral ligament reconstructions and compares clinical outcomes and biomechanics.

A review of current procedures being used in engineering practice to analyze the response of structure/foundation systems subjected separately to different types of dynamic excitation, such as earthquake, sea-wave action, wind, or moving wheel loads, is presented. Separate formulations are given for analyzing systems in the time and frequency domains. Both deterministic and stochastic forms of excitation are treated. A distinction is made between demand and capacity analyses.

In this paper, we consider the permutation tests for the multivariate data under the two-sample problem setting. We review some testing procedures, which are parametric and nonparametric and compare them with the permutation ones. Then we consider to try to apply the permutation tests to the multivariate data having the continuous and discrete components together by choosing some suitable combining function through the partial testing. Finally we discuss more aspects for the permutation tests as concluding remarks.

Nasal septoplasty is often required to correct a cosmetic deformity, which is a common reason for patients to present to a plastic surgeon. If nasal septoplasty is insufficient, a residual deformity or nasal obstruction may remain after surgery. Even if the nasal septum is corrected to an appropriate position, nasal congestion could be exacerbated if the turbinate on the other side is not also corrected. Therefore, appropriate treatment is required based on the condition of the turbinates. Herein, we survey recent trends in treatment and review previous research papers on turbinoplasty procedures that can be performed alongside nasal septoplasty.

Reconstructive surgical procedures for hypopharyngeal and cervical esophageal defects have still a lot of technical defficulties and varieties to be performed as a optimal treatment according to the clinical situation patient faced. We have experienced a case of successful reconstruction of cervical esophageal defect, which was resulted from graft failure of free jejunal transfer in 43 year old male with eso-phagocutaneous fistula, using free fasciocutaneous dorsalis pedis flap. This article describes the review of our case and literature relevant the reconstructive maneuvers of cervical esophageal defects.

Endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) is becoming a standard method for invasive mediastinal staging and for the diagnosis of paratracheal and peribronchial lesions. It is essential to understand the technical aspects of EBUS-TBNA to ensure safe and efficient procedures. In this review, we discuss the practical aspects to be considered during EBUS-TBNA, including anesthesia, manipulation of equipment, understanding mediastinal ultrasound images, target selection, number of aspirations needed per target, sample handling, and complications.

The planning and application of new developments in management of wastes. in hog farming is required to minimise the gaseous emissions from wastes and pollution of the aquatic environment. These strategies are enveloped in the "Farm Waste Management Plan" which identifies areas of the waste assets in form of plant nutrient and considers optimal manute collecting and storing procedures. The storage volumes for environmentally acceptable manure treatments and application methods are suggested. Good Waste Management Planning together with appropriate system design will ensure safe, reliable and effective waste handling.
