The purpose of this study evaluates a feasibility and economical efficiency of new renewable energy. According as weather change is serious problem now days, every people make attention to the reduction of greenhouse gas. The revitalization of new renewable energy creates the variety of energy source, stability of energy supply and reduction of greenhouse gas. In this study evaluates a feasibility and economical efficiency from new renewable energy of various photo voltaics, wind power, small hydro and biogas. Feasibility does in standard of technical characteristic, politic support, marketability, establishment present condition and development aim. Economical efficiency does in standard of developmental unit cost, utilization factor, equipment life, politic support cost, interest ratio. The results of this study were as follows photo voltaics, wind, small hydropower, biogas in order feasibility is high. Developmental unit cost, utilization factor, equipment life, politic support cost and analyzed the relationship of interest ratio fluctuation and economical efficiency. From all new renewable energy the utilization factor most is important in economical efficiency but necessary utilization factor is difficult because environmental problem.

This paper deals with a heuristic algorithm for the vehicle routing-scheduling problem to minimize the total travel distance and the total cost. Because the aim of the Clarke-Wright method, one of famous heuristic methods, is to minimize the total travel distance of vehicles, it cannot consider the cost if the cost and the travel distance is not proportional. In the Clarke-Wright method, the route of each vehicle is found by using the saving matrix which is made by an assumption that the vehicle comes back to the starting point. The problem dealt with in the paper, however, does not need the vehicle to come back because each vehicle has its hoping-start-points and hoping-destination-points. Therefore we need a different saving matrix appropriate to this occasion. We propose a method to find an initial solution by applying network simplex method after transforming the vehicle routing-scheduling problem into the minimum cost problem. Moreover, we propose a method to minimize the total travel distance by using the modified saving matrix which is appropriate to no-return occasion and the method for the case of plural types of vehicles and freights.

We apply for the first time a low cost and loss wafer level packaging technology for RF-MEMS device. The proposed structure was simulated by finite element method (FEM) tool (HFSS of Ansoft). S-parameter measured of the package shows the return loss (S11) of 20dB and the insertion loss (S21) of 0.05dB.

In this paper, the resonance characteristics of SMR-type FBAR devices annealed by three different annealing methods are investigated and compared. The resonance characteristics could be effectively improved by the proposed efficient annealing method which optimizes the annealing conditions. It seems very useful for improving the performance of the SMR-type FBAR devices as a cost-effective way.

This paper presents a low-cost RF parameter estimation technique using a new RF built-in self-test (BIST) circuit and efficient DC measurement for 4.5 to 5.5 GHz low noise amplifiers (LNAs). The BIST circuit measures gain, noise figure, input impedance, and input return loss for an LNA. The BIST circuit is designed using $0.18\;{\mu}m$ SiGe technology. The test technique utilizes input impedance matching and output DC voltage measurements. The technique is simple and inexpensive.

This study is to examine the effect of layoff on shareholders' wealth. Firms make layoff decisions by reason of cost cutting, lower performance, demand decline, restructuring. Therefore, I think that stock market responds to layoff positively, since the firm's labor productivity and profitability is improved after execution of layoff, I find that layoff variables effect on abnormal return positively in regression analysis. This means that layoff sends positive signal to the stock market for the firm's future performance. Therefore, layoff has a good effect on shareholders' wealth.

According to the system dynamics model of this study, if there is a significant network effect on vehicle operating costs, it is difficult to achieve the shift to AFV even in the long term without a policy intervention because the car market is locked in to the current structure. Network effect can be caused by an increasing return to scale in fuel supply sector as well as in maintenance service sector. It is also related to the fact that the reliability and awareness of consumers on new products increases with the growth of the market share of the new products. There are several possible policy options to break the 'locked in' structure of car market, such as subsidy on vehicle price (capital cost), subsidy on fuel (operating cost) and niche management policy. Combined policy options would be more effective than relying on a single policy option to increase the market share of AFV.
