코로나바이러스감염증-19 전후 강원도민의 공공의료 인식 비교 : 2019-2020 강원도민 보건의료패널조사 결과를 중심으로 (Changes in Public Health Perceptios after the Outbreak of Coronavirus Disease-19 among the Gangwon Province Residents Focusing on the Results of the Gangwon Province Residents' Panel Survey 2019-2020)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate changes in public health-related perceptions of residents of Gangwon province after the outbreak of Coronavirus disease-19(COVID-19) of the public. Methods: We performed paired T-test analysis to measure the change in public health-related perceptions before and after COVID-19. We also utilized generalized estimating equations to identify demographic factors correlated with public health-related perceptions. Results: The public perceived public health as 'All citizens can use medical care and protect/promote health.' The concept was the most popular, from 94.3% in 2019 to 95.5% in 2020. In addition, after COVID-19, residents of Gangwon province's satisfaction with medical services increased, but the overall level was not high. Among the eight essential healthcare needs after COVID-19, cardiovascular disease and injury services have emerged as preferred services. However, by sociodemographic factors, distinctive responses were detected. Conclusions: Through COVID-19, Gangwon residents' awareness of the public's health rights has increased. Those living in vulnerable areas or with unmet medical care, supported strengthening public health care. In addition, although medical satisfaction has increased, it is not satisfied, so listening to the voices of the population group with low satisfaction is essential. Lastly, since the necessity of essential health care may change due to specific events, the local government needs to plan health projects reflecting the needs of residents. Therefore, when designing the public health care strategy in Gangwon province, the local government should consider not only political factors but also environmental factors, demographic and conceptual factors.

도시형 코하우징 관심자의 거주요구 (Dwelling Needs of Residents Interested in Urban Cohousing)

  • The purpose of this study is to gain an in-depth understand of the dwelling needs of residents who are interested in Cohousing. To do this, we interviewed 18 urban residents who wanted a community life; investigated consciousness of neighbor relationships; and analyzed their consciousness of Cohousing residences, preference types, and spatial needs. At first the research has revealed that the neighbor relationships of the participants were not very close and that there was a difference in awareness levels between a 'good neighbor' and 'strange neighbor' with regard to neighbors, though all of the participants required a vitalization of these relationships. Second, Cohousing residence types could be divided into the 'life preferred type' and 'space preferred type', depending on the differences of pursued dwelling interests. These could be further segmented into the 'leisure life preferred type' and 'daily life preferred type', 'public space preferred type' and 'individual space preferred type'. Thirdly, preferences for Cohousing types varied depending on differences in priority with regard to important concepts of the social-physical environment (e.g., community property, effectiveness, naturalness, economic feasibility, and individuality). Finally, we found that the greatest needs were for public gardens and exercise space as aspects of the common spaces. Agreements pertaining to special use were considered as most important during the design process of the common spaces.

아파트 거주자의 실 구성 요구에 관한 사례연구 (A Case Study of the Space Needs of Apartment Residents)

  • Since the late 20th century, construction companies have developed different brands of apartments while keeping the LOHAS, well-being, ubiquitous, and one-stop-living concepts in mind. From this point of view, this study intends to define the diverse space planning needs of apartment residents. The purpose of this study is to suggest optimum guidelines regarding the subject of space requirements and planning by conducting in-depth interviews of residents whose apartment floor size is between $66m^2$ (20 Pyong) and $165m^2$ (50 Pyong) and whose apartment is less than 5 years old. The major findings were as follows: (1) The shortage of storage space in different types of apartment housing units was found to be a chronic problem. Thus, closet sizes mustbe increased. (2) The size of the master bedroom needs to be decreased, whereas the size of the kitchen and dining room as well as the size of the second and/or third bedroom must be increased. More space is required in common areas occupied by the family and larger closets are needed. Less space is required for the master bedroom.

  • "Environmentally Sound and Sustainable Development (ESSD)" is a key word in recent years. The construction industry, have put a great influence on ergonomic and sustainable environment. Recently, "green building certifications", such as Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and eco-friendly material regulation have been established. With this regard, new construction and aged-housing remodeling projects are required to meet these certification criteria. Multi-housing residents have great concern on eco-product, since many cases are reported that Sick Building Syndrome is caused by toxic substance from building materials. Aged-housing remodeling project is very unique in that building residents are selected prior to design phase. Therefore, the analysis of resident's need for building materials in aged-housing remodeling is relatively easy compared to new building construction. As such, it is very important to analyze their preferences for eco-friendly materials prior to project execution. The purpose of this study is to find the needs of residents and priority of their needs. Based on their needs and priority, this paper provides a new strategy in using environment-friendly materials and maximizing their satisfaction level when aged housing remodeling is constructed. In addition, this paper provide new criteria in selecting new developed environmental materials in remodeling projects for the purpose of improving the safety and health level in construction industry.

백화마을 커뮤니티시설의 주민참여 디자인 워크숍 (Residents' Participation Workshop for the Design of Community Facility on Beakhwa Village)

  • In order to establish the effective community village as planned, it is the most important factor in residents' participation at the stage of design process. Especially, community space, which is commonly used by all members, must be designed through consultation process of community members themselves to accommodate the needs of various daily activities. So, in this study, the participation process to design the common community facility is developed and the actual residents' participation workshop was conducted in Baek-Hwa village, which is being built on South Korea. Also, the space of community facilities was designed based on the direct opinions and needs of actual residents obtained by workshop process. The workshop was conducted two times: the first workshop was conducted for the design of common residents' facilities and the second was for trying to utilize the virtual designed space. During the workshop process, it is found that the positive participation of members of village is naturally occurred to design residents' space in the workshop process. As a result, most people want to make the space of gym, library, and dining room in spatial configuration. Among them, the hobby room was highly demanded. There is lots of demand for the joint activities and training program in common activity fields. Also, the prediction of the various occurrence so fun expected situations was requested in the game of creating rules and role-playing. In the conclusion, it was acknowledged the necessity of residents' participation design and the importance of communication between architects and residents for decision-making.

공동주택 거주자의 옥외공간 이용실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Residents' Use and Behavior of the Outdoor Space in Multi-Family Housing)

  • This study aims to recognize the importance of the outdoor environment for the improvement in the residents' quality of life and analyze residents' outdoor behavior(physical and psychological) pattern in terms of relation to outdoor environment in Multi-Housing Complexes. Our survey was performed to the residents of 6 Multi-Housing Complexes located in Pusan, and analyzed residents' consciousness, use and evaluation in relation to outdoor space according to the characteristics of the Multi-Housing Complexes. The results are as follows: l. The outdoor space is classified into resting space, green space, parking space, play space and sport space. Most of residents recognize that green space and parking space are the most important of the outdoor space. 2. Mainly, wives use for stroll and talk, husbands use for sports and stroll, and children use for sports and play. 3. The parking space is the highest score and sport space is the lowest score according to the residents' evaluation of the outdoor space, and yet sport space must be considered in planning of outdoor space because the residents' needs are high.

공동주택 부속 휘트니스센터의 이용현황 및 디자인 선호도 분석 - 휴게공간을 중심으로 - (The Analysis of Present Status and Residents' Design Preference on a Fitness Center in Apartment Complex - Focused on the Resting Space of Fitness Center -)

  • Community facilities in apartment complex have been developed through residents' needs for housing environmental amenities and social trend for 'Well-being' combined with marketing competition among construction companies. But community facilities and fitness centers which are in the initial stage of development are not well fit with residents' needs because the designers plan the community facilities without considering on residents' life-style and preference. This study investigates the present status of fitness center, and surveys the residents' preference for the proposed fitness center design. The result includes that fitness center users in apartment complex want a convenient and comfortable resting spaces similar level with those in fitness center of mixed-use residential building. A resting space provides opportunity that community members meet each other as well as they can rest after exercise. The result also shows that the fitness center users prefer wood floor and wall as interior finishing materials in exercising space and resting space, which users think, gives more comfortable and splendid feeling.

지역주민의 욕구에 따른 가족지원사업 필요에 관한 연구 (Studies on Family Support Programs according to the Needs of Community Residents)

  • 본 연구는 지역주민들의 가족관련 욕구가 무엇인지 파악하고, 대상특성별 욕구의 차이를 발견하여 이를 토대로 차별화된 가족지원사업이 이루어지도록 기초자료를 제공하고자 지역주민을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 지역주민의 가정내 관심사는 '가족관계의 문제' 보다도 '자녀교육 및 양육의 어려움'이 주된 관심사로 나타나, 전체주민을 위한 가족지원센터에서의 지원이 가정내 자녀양육에 있어서의 교육적인 면에서나 경제적인 면에서의 어려움을 경감시키는 데 초점이 맞춰져야 할 것으로 보인다. 다음으로 가족의 욕구에 부응하는 가족지원센터의 존재에 대해 인식정도가 높은 반면, 실질적인 이용률은 매우 낮았으며, 이용주민들도 조손가구나 한부모가구, 다문화가구 등 특수한 가족욕구를 지닌 경우에 이용하는 비율이 높아 일반가정을 대상으로 한 서비스기관의 홍보가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 지역주민의 특성별로 가족욕구에 차이가 나타났는데, 성별, 연령대, 학력수준, 가족형태, 직업군, 소득수준에 따라 필요로 하는 서비스프로그램에 차이가 나타나 이를 반영한 차별적인 서비스접근이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

임상영양서비스에 대한 의료진의 인식 및 요구도 (Doctors' Perception and Needs on Clinical Nutrition Services in Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the perception and needs of doctors on clinical nutrition services. A cross-sectional survey design was used. The doctors' perception and needs were assessed by questionnaires that had been specifically designed for the study. The research was conducted from February 14 to March 15, 2011 for 544 doctors at 42 large hospitals (with over 400 beds). Ninety-eight percent of doctors responded that clinical nutrition service was important. The mean scores of importance on clinical nutrition service were 4.45 for 'nutrition screening at admission', 4.50 for 'treatment of malnutrition', and 4.43 for 'nutrition education and counseling'. The mean scores of needs for clinical nutrition service were 4.42 for 'individual nutrition counseling & education' 4.39 for 'nutrition management for malnourished patients' and 'nutrition management for tube fed patients'. The medical specialists showed significantly (P<0.01) higher scores than the residents on the importance and needs for clinical nutrition services. Eighty-five percent of the doctors recognized the necessity of the specialized dietitians classified by diseases. The medical specialists (93.8%) showed significantly (P<0.01) higher recognition of this necessity than the residents (77.7%). The low residents' perceptions of the importance and needs for clinical nutrition services will necessitate clinical nutrition education plans. The departments of clinical nutrition in universities should improve the ability and skills of the clinical dietitians.

공동주택 주민의 주민공동시설 이용현황 및 요구에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Residents' Needs and the Use of Community Facilities in Apartment Housing Complex)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the present use and the needs for community facilities in apartment housing complex. Eight apartment housing complexes containing more than 500 units which constructed after 2000 were selected for this study. Three hundred and fifty three residents of apartment housing were surveyed to identify their needs and use of community facilities. The main findings of this study are as following; The most frequently used community facilities in apartment housing were outdoor rest area, exercise facilities, and park and playground. Also, the highly required community facilities were outdoor rest area, exercise facilities, and park and playground. Especially, most of the respondents showed the high level of need for the exercise facilities such as swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna.
