한강홍수특성을 고려한 내배수 처리기법 (A Technique of Inland Drainage Control Considering flood Characteristics of the Han River)

  • 도시화에 의한 도시수문사상의 급격한 변화는 도시지역의 주요한 내배수 처리시설인 유수지의 새로운 운영조작기준을 요구하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 한강 홍수 특성을 고려한 서울시 지역의 내배수처리기법을 개발하기 위한 것으로서 설계강우양상의 변화에 따른 기존 유수지의 침수여부를 분석하고 한강의 계획홍수위에 대한 유수지의 수문안전도를 검토하였으며, 이를 통하여 유수지 운영조작기준을 새롭게 제시하였다. 순간강우강도법과 Huff의 4분위법에 의하여 설계강우양상이 결정되었으며, 유수지의 유입수문곡선은 ILLUDAS모형과 RRL법을 적용하여 얻어졌다. 기존의 유수지 배수펌프 운영조작기준은 유수지의 저류량과 펌프유출량이 선형적인 관계를 갖도록 되어 있으나 본 연구 결과 유입량의 증감여부에 따라 유수지의 저류량과 유입량을 조합한 Gauss함수형태의 배수펌프 운영조작기준이 유수지의 침수방지에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

  • This research aims to gain the result of assessment of inflow categorized by runoff path using DIROM (Daily Irrigation Reservoir Operation Model) for Baengnyeong-myeon reservior which was built for residents of Baengnyeong island to solve the shortage of drinking water and stable supply of domestic water. The simulation results of DIROM and actual hydrograph of the reservoir show very low correlation with geological characteristics. The simulation results by DIROM after adjusting with modified Tank III model which considers all outflow from Tank II model as interflow among 3 level tanks show good correlation of its regional runoff and inflow characteristics with $R^2$=0.9058. In the study area, diffluence of 37% of rain fall of the study year has been simulated, which shows low result compared to the average river runoff of national water resource. In addition, 34.5% of total inflow to the study reservoir is mainly interflow and baseflow among expected several channels.

SSP 기후변화 시나리오에 따른 농업용 저수지 홍수조절능력 분석 (Analysis of Flood Control Capacity of Agricultural Reservoir Based on SSP Climate Change Scenario)

  • The objective of this study was to evaluate the flood control capacity of the agricultural reservoir based on state-of-the-art climate change scenario - SSP (Shared Socioeconomic Pathways). 18 agricultural reservoirs were selected as the study sites, and future rainfall data based on SSP scenario provided by CMIP6 (Coupled Model Intercomparison Project 6) was applied to analyze the impact of climate change. The frequency analysis module, the rainfall-runoff module, the reservoir operation module, and their linkage system were built and applied to simulate probable rainfall, maximum inflow, maximum outflow, and maximum water level of the reservoirs. And the maximum values were compared with the design values, such as design flood of reservoirs, design flood of direct downstream, and top of dam elevation, respectively. According to whether or not the maximum values exceed each design value, cases were divided into eight categories; I-O-H, I-O, I-H, I, O-H, O, H, X. Probable rainfall (200-yr frequency, 12-h duration) for observed data (1973~2020) was a maximum of 445.2 mm and increased to 619.1~1,359.7 mm in the future (2011~2100). For the present, 61.1% of the reservoirs corresponded to I-O, which means the reservoirs have sufficient capacity to discharge large inflow; however, there is a risk of overflowing downstream due to excessive outflow. For the future, six reservoirs (Idong, Baekgok, Yedang, Tapjung, Naju, Jangsung) were changed from I-O to I-O-H, which means inflow increases beyond the discharge capacity due to climate change, and there is a risk of collapse due to dam overflow.

선택취수설비 굴착시 지하수 유입 방지를 위한 그라우팅 효과의 모델링 예측 및 평가 (Forecasting and Assessment of the Grouting Effect, using a Numerical Model, to Prevent Groundwater Inflow during Excavation of a Vertical Shaft for a Selective Intake Structure)

  • 대규모 저수지에서 상수원 선택취수설비의 수직구 굴착시 저수지 및 주변 지층으로부터의 지하수 유입이 발생할 수 있어 그라우팅을 통한 차수가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 소양강댐 우안의 선택취수설비 공사 중에 발생할 수 있는 지하수 유입량을 그라우팅 실시 여부에 따라 모사하고 시공 중의 실제 유입량과 비교하였다. 수직구에 그라우팅이 시공되지 않은 경우에는 445~754 $m^3/d$, 그라우팅이 시공된 경우에는 58~96 $m^3/d$의 지하수가 수직구내로 유입되는 것으로 예상되었으며, 실제 그라우팅을 거친 후 굴착 과정에서 배출된 지하수량을 측정한 결과 30~100 $m^3/d$의 범위를 보여 예측 수량과 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 수직구의 작업 안정성 확보 및 원활한 공정을 위해서는 수치모델을 활용한 그라우팅 효과의 사전 평가가 필요하며 이를 근거로 그라우팅 시공을 선행한 후 굴착이 진행되는 것이 필요하다.

치수능력 증대에 따른 저수지시스템 분석 (Analysis of Small reservoir system by Flood control ability augmentation)

  • As a research establish reservoir safety operation for small dam systems. This study presents hydrologic analysis conducted in the Duckdong and Bomun dam watershed based on various rainfall data and increase inflow. Especially the Duckdong dam without flood control feature are widely exposed to the risk of flooding, thus it is constructed emergency gate at present. In this study reservoir routing program was simulation for basin runoff estimating using HEC-HMS model, the model simulation the reservoir condition of emergency Sate with and without. At the reservoir analysis results is the Duckdong dam average storage decrease $20\%$ with emergency gate than without emergency gate. Also, the Bomun dam is not affected by the Duckdong flood control augmentation.

일유량 분석을 이용한 대규모 저수지의 퇴사량 추정 (Sediment Estimation of Large Reservoir Using Daily Flowrate Analysis)

  • The objective of this study Is to supply basic data for large reservoir sedimentation research In future and make suggestions to maintain and opera능 the reservoir more of efficiently. At first, previous studios about the estimation of sediment yield rate were reviewed in Korea. And the discharge rating curves of upstream stage gauging stations and the correlation between dam Inflow and stage discharge were analyzed. With the analysis results, the spec유c sediment rate of Soyanggang dam was estimated as 608 m3/km2/yr. It was similar to that of Soyanggang dam feasibility study and 1994's field surveys of the reservoir than that of 1983's field surveys. Because the sediment rating curves were derived under the low discharge conditions, It needs to be checked under the flood conditions. However, the suggested methods such as flowrate analysis and sediment estimation will be useful to the sediment studios In future. 퍼지이론과 관개용 저수지의 조작 (Fuzzy Theory and Reservoir Operation Guidelines for Agricultural Purposes)

  • The objective of this paper is to show how the fuzzy sets theory can be applied to the reservoir operation guidelines for agricultural purposes. The concepts of the theory has been resented as a new tool for the decision problems which contains fuzziness and it's application can be found in operations research, expert systems, robotics, fuzzy computers, and pattern recognition. The fuzzy control system for the reservoir operation composed of a set of reservoir operation rules and a fuzzy inference engine was built. Water demand for paddy fields, water availability, and inflow to a reservoir were selected as main factors which determine the magnitude of reservoir release. The behavior of the control system was evaluated for different level of water demand and the results seemed to be reasonable.
