본 연구의 목적은 한국 무역의 주요 이슈와 동향을 분석하고 향후 무역규범 연구에 대한 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 분석자료로서 Korean Journal Citation Index 데이터베이스에서 2000년부터 2022년 7월까지 'Trade Rules'로 검색된 영문 키워드로 총 476개의 학술지를 분석하였다. 분석 방법으로는 동시발생네트워크와 텍스트마이닝 방법의 하나인 토픽트렌드 분석이 있다. 분석 결과, 최근 한국 무역을 대표하는 키워드는 연구 저널 수가 급증한 카테고리인 Topic 4(투자조약), Topic 7(무역안보), Topic 8(중국 보호무역주의), Topic 11(무역결제) 4가지로 나타났다. 이들 주제의 주요 배경은 기존의 국제무역 체제를 위협하는 미국과 중국 간의 무역마찰이며, 중국의 보호주의, 무역 안보 시스템의 변화, 새로운 투자 협정, 지불 방법의 변화에 대한 상세한 연구는 가까운 장래에 도전 과제가 될 것이다.

The aim of this paper is to evaluate the methodological strategies for the architectural design field of study mainly focused on qualitative and quantitative research designs. Firstly, this paper addresses the characteristics of the six approaches including their methodological aspects in general. Each strategy is assessed by the different approaches to give full insights in it. Secondly, it distinguishes the differences among six research approaches especially derived from qualitative and quantitative research designs. The differences are discussed in terms of the strengths and weaknesses of each strategy. Finally, this paper attempts to discuss about possible applications for introducing approaches to the research topic with which the exemplified research topic, a design evaluation system, deals. To investigate the applicability of the design methods employed, the following topic has been stated; how to develop a design evaluation system and what to be considered for unfolding the thrown topic in terms of strategic approaches in the field of architectural design researches reviewed through the study.

Recent emergence of spatial big data attracts the attention of various research groups. This paper analyzes the research trend on spatial big data by text mining the related Scopus DB. We apply topic model and network analysis to the extracted abstracts of articles related to spatial big data. It was observed that optics, astronomy, and computer science are the major areas of spatial big data analysis. The major topics discovered from the articles are related to mobile/cloud/smart service of spatial big data in urban setting. Trends of discovered topics are provided over periods along with the results of topic network. We expect that uncovered areas of spatial big data research can be further explored.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify core keywords and topic groups in the "adolescent pregnancy" field of research for a better understanding of research trends in the past 10 years. Methods: Topics related to adolescent pregnancy were extracted from 3,819 articles that were published in journals between January 2013 and July 2023. Abstracts were retrieved from five databases (MEDLINE, CINAHL, Embase, RISS, and KISS). Keywords were extracted from the abstracts and cleaned using semantic morphemes. Text network analysis and topic modeling were performed using NetMiner 4.3.3. Results: The most important keywords were "health," "woman," "risk," "group," "girl," "school," "service," "family," "program," and "contraception." Five topic groups were identified through topic modeling. Through the topic modeling analysis, five themes were derived: "health service," "community program for school girls," "risks for adult women," "relationship risks," and "sexual contraceptive knowledge." Conclusion: This study utilized text network analysis and topic modeling to analyze keywords from abstracts of research conducted over the past decade on adolescent pregnancy. Given that adolescent pregnancy leads to physical, mental, social, and economic issues, it is imperative to provide integrated intervention programs, including prenatal/postnatal care, psychological services, proper contraception methods, and sex education, through school and community partnerships, as well as related research studies. Nurses can play a vital role by actively engaging in prevention efforts and directly supporting and educating socially disadvantaged adolescent mothers, which could significantly contribute to improving their quality of life.

Recently, there are many researches for extracting meaningful information from large amount of text data. Among various applications to extract information from text, topic modeling which express latent topics as a group of keywords is mainly used. Topic modeling presents several topic keywords by term/topic weight and the quality of those keywords are usually evaluated through coherence which implies the similarity of those keywords. However, the topic quality evaluation method based only on the similarity of keywords has its limitations because it is difficult to describe the content of a topic accurately enough with just a set of similar words. In this research, therefore, we propose topic keywords reorganizing method to improve the identifiability of topics. To reorganize topic keywords, each document first needs to be labeled with one representative topic which can be extracted from traditional topic modeling. After that, classification rules for classifying each document into a corresponding label are generated, and new topic keywords are extracted based on the classification rules. To evaluated the performance our method, we performed an experiment on 1,000 news articles. From the experiment, we confirmed that the keywords extracted from our proposed method have better identifiability than traditional topic keywords.

본 연구의 목적은 토픽모델링과 언어네트워크분석을 활용하여 한국의 스마트팜 분야 연구 동향과 지식구조를 파악하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 KCI(Korea Citation Index)의 스마트팜 관련 국내 학술지 104편을 대상으로 핵심어와 핵심어들의 연결 관계를 분석하고, LDA 토픽모델링 기법을 이용하여 연구주제와 관련된 토픽들을 분석하였다. 언어네트워크분석 결과, 국내 스마트팜 관련 연구 분야의 주요핵심어는 '환경', '시스템', '사용', '기술', '재배' 등이 나타났으며, 연결중심성, 매개중심성, 위세중심성 결과도 제시하였다. 토픽모델링분석결과, Topic 1은 '스마트팜 도입 분석', Topic 2는 '친환경 스마트팜과 스마트팜의 경제적 효율성', Topic 3은 '스마트팜 플랫폼 설계', Topic 4는 '스마트팜 생산 최적화', Topic 5는 '스마트팜 생태계', Topic 6은 '스마트팜 시스템 구현', Topic 7은 '스마트팜 관련 정부 정책'으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내 스마트팜 관련 연구 동향을 살펴봄으로써, 향후 국내의 스마트팜을 발전시키는 데 필요한 정책개발과 연구 방향성을 설정하는데 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

As the power grid has been changed to a smart grid, existing power technologies are evolving into convergence technology through interdisciplinary research. According to the government policy to increase the proportion of renewable energy to 20% by 2030, the speed seems to be accelerating. This study analyzes the relationship between research technologies in order to grasp research trends of smart grid technology. To this end, we analyze the relationship between keywords extracted from topic modeling using social network analysis methodology. This is because, in the field where interdisciplinary research such as smart grid is active, each research topic is not independent, but research technologies emerging in one topic coexist in different topics, and linkage between research technologies can be important information. Therefore, this study can contribute to the analysis of research trend as it can be used as a package tool together with a topic modeling methodology.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify core keywords and topic groups in the 'Diabetes mellitus and mobile applications' field of research for better understanding research trends in the past 20 years. Methods: This study was a text-mining and topic modeling study including four steps such as 'collecting abstracts', 'extracting and cleaning semantic morphemes', 'building a co-occurrence matrix', and 'analyzing network features and clustering topic groups'. Results: A total of 789 papers published between 2002 and 2021 were found in databases (Springer). Among them, 435 words were extracted from 118 articles selected according to the conditions: 'analyzed by text network analysis and topic modeling'. The core keywords were 'self-management', 'intervention', 'health', 'support', 'technique' and 'system'. Through the topic modeling analysis, four themes were derived: 'intervention', 'blood glucose level control', 'self-management' and 'mobile health'. The main topic of this study was 'self-management'. Conclusion: While more recent work has investigated mobile applications, the highest feature was related to self-management in the diabetes care and prevention. Nursing interventions utilizing mobile application are expected to not only effective and powerful glycemic control and self-management tools, but can be also used for patient-driven lifestyle modification.

본 연구에서는 최근 각광을 받고 있는 텍스트마이닝 기법인 LDA 토픽모델링과 이를 변형한 HDP 토픽모델링을 적용하여 국내 기록관리학의 연구동향을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내 기록관리학 관련 학술지 2종과 문헌정보학 관련 학술지 4종에서 1997년부터 2016년까지 발표된 기록관리학 관련 논문 1,027건을 수집하고 적절한 전처리과정을 거친 후 LDA 토픽모델링과 HDP 토픽모델링을 각각 수행하였다. 또한 토픽모델링 시각화 도구인 LDAvis를 활용하여 토픽별 거리를 가시적으로 표현하고 세부 대표 키워드를 분석하였다. 두 토픽모델링을 비교한 결과, LDA 토픽모델링은 전반적으로 해당 도메인을 대표하는 주요 키워드로 빈도수에 영향을 많이 받았으며, HDP 토픽모델링은 각 토픽별 특징을 파악할 수 있는 특수한 키워드가 많이 도출되었다. 이를 통해 LDA는 국내 기록관리학 내에 거시적으로 대표되는 주제들을, HDP는 세부 주제별 미시적인 핵심 키워드를 도출하는데 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 청소년의 학습상담 관련 연구 동향을 텍스트 마이닝 방법을 활용하여 얻어진 결과를 살펴보고 후속 연구 방향을 제시하였다. 한국 청소년 고민의 상위 1, 2위는 학습과 진로이다. '학습상담', '학업상담'키워드로 RISS를 통하여 KCI 등재 후보 이상의 학술논문 201편을 대상으로 연구자의 주관과 편견을 최소화할 수 있는 텍스트 마이닝 기법으로 모델링 분석하였다. 학습상담 토픽 결과 상담 경험[토픽1], 집단상담 연구[토픽2], 부모상담[토픽3], 학습기술 프로그램 개발[토픽4]로 나타났다. 학습상담 관련 연구는 정서적인 안정을 위한 상담, 집단상담, 부모상담과 학습기술 프로그램이 개발되고 있다. 청소년의 고민을 해결하기 위한 학습상담은 심리 정서, 부모상담, 학습기술 전문가의 협업을 통한 통합적인 지원을 위한 연구가 지속되기를 기대한다.
