This study compares and analyzes the users' perspectives based on Sign Design, focusing on Lotte World and Ever-Land, which are representative theme parks, There is a purpose. Consider various design elements of sign design. And how they affect the user experience. First, theoretical backgrounds of theme park and sign design were examined through literature review, and the elements of sign design were compared and analyzed. Secondly, the questionnaire was reconstructed based on Peter Morville's Honeycomb Model. As a result, it was necessary to improve the accessibility and location of sign design. Based on this study, I hope that it will be used as a reference material to improve the user experience according to sign design in the future.
Since 1966 when James Turrell completed his studies on Art, he has been working on the consistent theme of Art. For the 46 years of time, site contexts, scales, methods of light have been changed and they made Turrell's unique 'project series'. Each series has different spatial, visual-perceptual forms and characteristics from other series. The differences were caused by the given situations, but also Turrell intentionally pursued it. However, there are essential theme of art that has not changed in most of Turrell's projects. Target of this paper is to study the unchanged theme as well as the differences. The study starts with three questions: first, what is the geometrical space composition?, second, what is the visual-perceptual phenomenon?, third, what is the hidden consistent theme? This research focuses on three case projects: Wedgework, Space Division Constructions, Skyspaces. These project series are in between the early small object-like installations and the late mega-scale outdoor projects. The study found that geometrical space composition has important role to give visual-perceptual dynamism to the viewer. The phenomenological perception is connected to the questions of relationship between human and space, ultimately human and the world. Although the Merleau-Ponty's philosophy has been related to the work of Turrell in various previous studies, Cartesian 3-dimensional geometry has also crucial role to experiment a viewer's perceptual boundaries. Image of infinity is another aspect of three cases, especially Space Division Constructions and Skyspaces. Through these structure, Turrell's work lead to an ultimate question of meaning for human existence in infinite space. It is hoped that this paper is helpful for Architecture and Interior design field in which light and space are essential.
Ten middle-aged women who support their biological parents have been interviewed to investigate their experiences of caregiving their parents. As a qualitative research method, data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed by Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Consequently 244 meaningful sentences were selected from the collected interview data and then were sorted into 67 meaningful sentences and, consequently into 9 sub-themes. Finally four high-level themes are wrapped through the summarizing process. The first theme is motivation of caregiving. Inevitable cases are most common for caregiving their biological parents. And, general responsibilities to their parents are also deduced as a motivation of caregiving. The second theme is a psychological phenomenon of middle-aged women while they provide consistent caregiving their biological parents even though they have some troubles with their parents. The third theme is meaning of caregiving. For some women, caregiving their biological parents is their own happiness and gratitude such as lifelong gifts. The final theme is influence of caregiving. Further understanding their parents, and more distinct prospecting their future lives are unexpected fruits from the caregiving their biological parents.

The purpose of this research is to develop a theme-based integrated teaching/learning plan in clothing, food, and housing in home economics and to apply the developed process in classes for evaluation in order to identify the suitability in schools. The theme-based integrated teaching/learning plan developed on the basis of textbooks consist four sub-themes; choosing($1^{st}$ and $2^{nd)$ lessons), using($3^{rd}$ lesson), processing ($4^{th}$ lesson), and alternatives($5^{th}$ and $6^{th}$ lessons) under the main theme of 'green family life'. The results from 20 individual and group activities showed that the students actively solved the problems when the presented cases were related to their own lives or experiences. The opportunity to implement green life through activities motivated students' willingness to proceed in real life. However, it is vital to assist integrated thinking through various examples before beginning due to students with difficulties connecting the issue from one area to the other during the problem-focused activity. The students' ability to solve the activity workbook had been improved as the lessons continued. From the survey questions on the theme-based integrated lessons, all items associated with integration of clothing, foods, and housing were positively responded. Also, questions regarding general understanding, suitability and satisfaction on the teaching/learning process were marked positive. The conclusion could be that the integrated theme related to clothing, food, and housing in our life would be appropriate for green family life. The theme-based integrated teaching/learning plan is effective in understanding the occurrence of green family life in relation with clothing, food, and housing, identifying the practical ideas implementing green life in those areas, and improving the integrated ability to solve the green life related problems. However, this research has its weakness in generalizing the results due to its limited survey respondents and post-evaluation being the only assessment conducted.

The present writers have raised some basic questions related to writing. Co-workers Team members consist of professors and graduate students in the Department of Library, Archives and Information Studies of the Pusan National University. We have made some proposals in this paper: First, we should not talk about American story. We should talk about our own story, and go back to basic themes. This proposal is related to the innovation of research theme. Second, qualitative research method should be introduced extensively in library and information science. Third, the strict 'thesis-oriented' and 'text-oriented' writing style should be overcome. The prevalent writing style in our field is so uniform that they are not capable of describing the intricate problems like "our living library".ary".uot;.

This study set out to develop and evaluate an educational program for the Clothing Life of Home Economics through the theme-based integrated approach develop integrated thinking abilities for solving everyday problems. For those purposes, it selected a couple of themes in the area of Clothing Life toward which the theme-based integrated approach could be develop and evaluate an educational program. The developed program was applied and assessed in total 28 hours of field lessons given to eighth graders attending B Middle School in Busan Metropolitan City. The analysis stage involved an exploration into programs related to an integrated approach to other subjects; the design stage identification of program types; and the development stage theme selection according to the selection criteria. The previous studies were analyzed along with the Technology and Home Economics textbooks to select a theme. two themes "Clothing Management" and "Fabrics(Materials)" were selected after discussing with the students on the Messenger and with a group of experts. Then content was organized and composed around the themes by discussing connections with other subjects. There were three evaluation; one by experts, another through preliminary lessons, and the other through field lessons. Following the research procedure, a theme-based integrated program was developed for the two selected themes. It contained total 49 and 32 learning materials for "Clothing Management" and "Fabrics(Materials)," respectively. Those learning materials were comprised of experiments and practices according to the nature of the themes. Each program consisted of the goals, learning content, content organization chart, learning activities, and evaluation; learning activities experiences, practice and experiment activities, self-directed activities and problem-solving processes; and evaluations self-evaluation, teacher evaluation, peer evaluation, portfolio, and experiment reports. The program was assessed three times. The first and second evaluation results found that the program was well compatible with the current needs, was properly organized to give lessons through integration with other subjects, and continuously maintained the students' interest. They, however, requested that there should be detailed explanations about each part of the program content. In the third evaluation done by the students during field lessons, 60% of them said that the program was fun and its content was easy to understand, that they realized a theme could be connected to several other subjects, and that the program could be applied to actual life. The educational program through the theme-based integrated approach is significant in that it is an educational program for the area of Clothing Life and tries an integrated approach. It helped the students not only gather knowledge in an integrated manner, but put it to practical uses to solve various problems they faced in actual life by creatively changing integrated knowledge. The study will be hopefully used by many teachers so that the students solve problems based on the ability of integrating various knowledges organically.
As the shoes industry has been strengthened due to the contemporary fashion industry becoming segmented more and more, it is necessary to provide the basic data for the shoes industry through more in-depth research on the relevant fields. Accordingly, this study investigated the research trends related to shoes in Korea on the aspect of the publication methods, research contents and research methodologies for identifying the existing research status. In accordance with the analysis, the researches had been published since 2015 and presented by one author or two co-authors. The authors of researches were mostly affiliated to the colleges. Thus, it was identified that the professional research should be implemented in cooperation with the industry. For the research contents, the researches related to the shoes industry focused on the 21st century in the period field and marketing and design in the theme field. Then, it is required to investigate the converged interdisciplinary themes in wider areas in more diverse periods. Next, the case study accounted for the highest ratio in the methodology. Moreover, the methodology applied per theme showed the significant difference. Accordingly, the researches need to be conducted through more diverse viewpoints and methodologies. In case of the difference per research type, the significant difference was found only in the research approaches. Furthermore, the specific methodology was preferred per theme regardless of the research types. Then, it was found that the methodology played the significant role in the researches on the shoes industry.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data to develop the effective nursing intervention for the parent who have children with cancer by acquiring the deeper understanding of the mothers' adjustment of caring for their children with cancer. Methods: The ethnographic research method was used to find out the pattern of caring adjustment in Korean cultural context. Informants consisted of 12 mothers who were caring for their children with cancer. The data were collected using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and telephone interviews by maximum variation purposive sampling. The data were analyzed following Spradley's methodology. Results: The mothers' caring adjustment were organized into one cultural theme, four categories, and twelve properties. The cultural theme was 'standing alone as a mother with sin'. The four categories were 'blaming for falling illness', 'overcoming with motherhood', 'desperate struggling with side effects', and 'establishing new network as a dependent'. Conclusion: For the mothers who are caring children with cancer, the supportive nursing intervention based on the deeper understanding of mothers' pattern of caring adjustment for their children and centered on facilitating effective adjustment in each cultural context especially from the very early stage of caring in the hospital ward is extremely required.
Purpose: This study was done to identify the meaning and substantial nature of NICU practice among nursing students by applying a research method based on hermeneutic phenomenology in an attempt to lay a foundation for enhancing theoretical and practical child nursing education. Methods: The participants were eight nursing student who had experience in clinical practicing in NICU. In-depth interviews were performed from April to December, 2014 until data were fully saturated. Collected data were analyzed using Colaizzi's method. Results: Seven theme clusters were extracted from fourteen themes. The seven theme clusters of the nursing students' clinical practice experience in NICU were: 1) Excitement about the clinical practice setting 2) Afraid of practice environment 3) Babies have priority over clinical practice 4) Comparing with adult nursing clinical practice 5) Feeling pity for babies and their parents 6) New awareness about the role of nurses 7) Demands of enhancing clinical practice. Conclusion: The results of the study provide useful information in understanding nursing students' practice experience in NICU and establishing effective strategies to support these nursing students.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the nature of life among homosexuals in Korea. Method: Phenomenological methodology was used for the study. From February 2015 to January 2016, data were collected from 8 homosexuals through in-depth interviews and analyzed using Colaizzi's framework. Result: Five theme clusters and fourteen themes were identified for the life experiences of homosexuals. The five theme clusters were 'alien in an intolerant society', 'a fateful gender that can't be denied', 'process of coming out', 'endure as a homosexual', and 'future perspectives where expectation and anxiety coexist'. Conclusion: This study provides deep insight into the experience of homosexuals's lives in changing society and culture of Korea. Nursing practices should be improved for supportive attitudes.
