System engineering(SE) management techniques applied for space launch system development are introduced to assess the current status and address the effectiveness of these techniques. Management plans and guides are prepared for the work breakdown structure, data, configuration, interface control, quality assurance, procurement, reliability, risk and verification/validat ion. Further improvement is required for the system engineering management plan(SEMP) to merge the international cooperation into current engineering management system.
Five new prenylated stilbenes (1 - 5), along with the known compounds cudraflavone C, trans-4-isopentenyl-3,5,2',4'-terahydroxystilbene, trans-4-(3-methyl-E-but-1-enyl)-3,5,2',4'-tetrahydroxystilbene, pannokin G, cycloartobiloxanthone, artonin P, morusin, artocarpin, artonin E, kuwanon C, artobiloxanthone, and artoindonesianin C (6 - 17) were isolated from the stem bark of the tropical tree Artocarpus communis. The structures were established by NMR spectroscopic analysis, MS studies, and comparison with spectral data reported in the literature.
According to the Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) system milestone, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) has three steps test until the end of the project. SAT#1 is the first time of SAT steps and verify the KASS Reference Station (KRS) and Sub System (S/S) for the monitoring and controllable. After the equipment and software were installed at the Mission Control Center (MCC) with Central Monitoring and Control Simulator (CMS) for the SAT#1, the 1:1 test was progressed when the KRS and S/S are ready to test. SAT#1 has a 10 steps test case and it was progressed each KRS sites. The test was finished throughout the real-time monitoring and the data collection including the data analysis all of the 7 KRS sites. Finally SAT#1 was completed on December 2020 with successfully.

This study was conducted as part of a summer Korean language and culture program at a university in Korea, aimed at examining the changes in intercultural sensitivity among American students who participated in the program, as well as the Korean students who served as their language partners. The research utilized a mixed-method approach combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. To derive research findings, pre- and post-program Intercultural Sensitivity Scale surveys were administered to participating students and semi-structured interview data were collected from a randomly selected group of six students. The research findings indicated that among a total of twenty-seven students including both American and Korean students, significant changes in intercultural sensitivity were observed in the domain of Interaction Engagement. Furthermore, fourteen American students showed significant changes in their Interaction Confidence, while the Korean students who participated as language partners did not exhibit significant changes in the five subdomains of intercultural sensitivity.
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to develop an interpersonal caring program "Muldan Dongsan" for vulnerable adolescents in mental health clinics and to identify the effect of this program. Methods: The interpersonal caring program was composed of group interpersonal caring (one time per week for two weeks, for a total of 8 hr) and individual interpersonal caring (1-2 times per day for 2 weeks). For this research, a non-synchronized quasi-experimental model including nonequivalent experimental and control groups was used. The experimental group was made up of 17 students and the control group, of 22 students. The data were collected from May 11 to July 25, 2009 and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 17.0 program. Results: The interpersonal caring program "Muldan Dongsan' was effective for mental health, including self-esteem, hope, and quality of life for vulnerable adolescents. Conclusion: The positive findings on the effectiveness of the interpersonal caring program "Muldan Dongsan" and the participants' high satisfaction with this program indicate that it can be utilized actively as a specific nursing intervention program for adolescents at school and in the community.
Purpose: To identify the effects of a training program on the knowledge of, attitudes towards child infection, and infection prevention behaviors in staff of daycare centers. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design study was conducted with 34 staff of 6 daycare centers over 3 months. The staff in the 3 centers designated as the experimental centers received the training program weekly for 8 weeks. The program included on-site education for one and half hours and monitoring of infection prevention behaviors. Knowledge and attitudes of the staff were measured, and their infection prevention behaviors were observed and recorded by research assistants before and after the program. $X^2$-test, t-test, Fisher's exact test, and Mann-Whitney U-test with SPSS Win program were used to analyze the data. Results: The group of staff who received the training program recorded higher scores in knowledge, attitudes, and their infection prevention behaviors compared with staff in the control group. Conclusion: This finding suggests that the training program had a significant impact on knowledge, attitude, and infection prevention behaviors of staff which could prevent child infection in daycare centers. Nurses need to be involved in daycare centers for the health of the children, and they could intervene effectively in child infections by using this program.
Purpose: This study explored the impact of using a music and horticultural therapy program on depression among rural seniors living in Yeongam-gun and conducted a comparative analysis before and after the program to present basic data helpful for an integrated mental health promotion program tailored to rural areas. Research methodology: The analysis subjects of this study were users of the rural residential program of 'Our Village Day Care Center' in Yeongam-gun in 2023, with a total of 20 people, 10 seniors for each program. The research analysis used SPSS to determine the effect on participation and depression before and after the program was implemented. Results: As a result of the analysis, depression levels decreased after completion of the horticultural therapy program and music therapy program, and this was statistically significant. Conclusion: Three implications are presented based on the following research results. First, the need for programs that can improve not only the physical health but also the mental health of elderly people living in rural areas is suggested. Second, the need for programs that link cultural programs such as music and gardening activities with welfare programs is suggested. Third, the need for follow-up management and verification of periodic mental health checkups for rural elderly is suggested.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze community-based health promotion program for school-aged children and program using forest. Methods: Seventeen health promotion programs focused on school-aged children from Community Health Plan were selected to analyze after assembling 227 of the 5th National Community Health Plans. The analysis duration was from 2012 July to November. Results: Among 17 programs, the health promotion program targeting school-aged children were included in 16 programs except one program focusing on community- orientated rehabilitation program. Eight health promotion programs using forest in 7 different areas were found. The majority of the community-based health promotion programs were focused mainly on smoking cessation, obesity, physical activity, nutrition, mental health programs. Furthermore, there was a limitation of programs utilizing forest as a health promotion resource and most of the programs using forest were located in Jeollanamdo and focusing mainly on atopy prevention and treatment. Conclusion: The importance of this study is that it analyzed nation-wide community health plan systematically, and analyze community-based health promotion program targeting school-aged and the program using forest. The results of the analysis can be used as baseline data for developing physical and mental health promotion programs using forest targeting school-aged children.

Objectives: The objective of this study was developing a community-based HIV prevention program to enhance the safe sexual behavior among rural Ethiopian female youth. Methods: A community-based HIV prevention program was developed using the Cox's Interaction Model of Client Health Behavior. The program development was carried out in four phases using a mixed research method: need-assessment which consisted of three steps (secondary-data analysis, key-informant interview, and focused-group interview); identification of preliminary program contents; expert's review of the program contents for the validity and cultural acceptability of the program; and refinement of the proposed program contents. Results: The HIV prevention program developed in this study consisted of three modules; the first module was for enhancing the youth's self-esteem, the second was for providing the youth with information regarding HIV/AIDS and safe sexual behavior, and the third was for improving the youth's communication skills and refusing skills. Conclusions: The need assessment and expert's review was very effective way to reflect sociocultural factors of rural Ethiopia for developing HIV prevention program for female youth. Further research is desirable for verifying the effectiveness of the developedprogram.
