새로 개발한 조월견방부제 ″쉬세요(Swi-Se-Yo)″의 효과에 관하여 (Study on the Effect of a New Antiseptic Preparation ″Swi-Se-Yo″ on the Carry-Over Cocoons in Silk Reeling Process)

  • In silk reeling process the carry-over cocoons must be submerged in the reeling baths filled with reeling water and left until reopening the operation. Under the detention the carry-over cocoons are apt to decay without any antiseptic treatment. Thus an useful antiseptic for the cocoons is urgently needed, and various antseptic agents have been tested for their applicability to the process. However, such an useful agent has not been developed yet. Formalin has been the only chemical used for antisepticizing carry-over cocoons, although it has many defects as the antiseptic for the cocoons. In these circumstances, recently we newly prepared an antiseptic useful for preventing the carryover cocoons from decaying. We named the new antiseptic preparation "Swi-Se-Yo." The Korean term "Swi-Se-Yo" literally means "please take a rest". Through a series of experiments with Swi-Se-Yo we obtained the following results: 1) Swi-Se-Yo, in 0.05% aqueous solution, exerted a good antiseptic effect on the boiled Cocoons submerged in the reeling baths and the effect lasted for 45 hours. The duration of the effect is about two times longer than that of Formalin. 2) The percentage of cocoon reel ability of the carry-over cocoons treated with Swi-Se-Yo was 6% higher than that of Formalin and was equal to that of flowing cold water. 3) The percentage of raw silk yield of the carry-over cocoons treated with Swi-Se-Yo was almost equal to that of Formalin and to that of flowing cold water. 4) The quality of raw silk of the carry-over cocoons treated with Swi-Se-Yo is the same as that of flowing cold water. Besides the above favourable results, Swi-Se-Yo has many advantages as an antiseptic. Chemically it is very stable. Its antimicrobial action is very strong and the spectrum is very broad. It can be available in water-soluble powder and in small bulk. And it is not harmful to human and domestic animals. Considering these profitable properties of Swi-Se-Yo, it will have a good reputation as a carry-over cocoon antiseptic. 온라인 육아 커뮤니티의 지속적 참여 의향에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석: 자기감시성의 조절 효과를 중심으로 (An Examination of Factors Influencing Continuous Participation Intention of Online Childrearing Community : Focusing on Moderating Effect of Self-Monitoring)

  • 본 연구는 어떤 요인들이 온라인 육아 커뮤니티의 지속적 참여 의향에 영향을 미칠 수 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 온라인 육아 커뮤니티 지속적 참여 의향 영향 가능 요인으로 커뮤니티 특성 차원에서는 신뢰, 호혜성 및 인지된 보안성을 도출하였고, 이용자 차원에서는 명성 동기, 정보 동기, 즐거움 동기 및 자기감시성 요인을 선행 연구를 기반으로 도출하였다. 이들 요인들이 온라인 육아 커뮤니티 지속적 참여 의향에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 또한 실증적으로 검증하였다. 자기감시성이 조절 효과를 가지는지 역시 검증하였다. 온라인 육아 커뮤니티에 현재 가입해 있는 20-40대 사이의 여성 응답자를 대상으로 온라인 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료를 위계적 회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 신뢰, 호혜성과 정보 동기가 온라인 육아 커뮤니티 지속적 참여 의향에 긍정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자기감시성은 호혜성과 지속적 참여 의향 관계에서 조절 효과를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다.

독특성에 대한 욕구가 패션성향과 소비가치에 미치는 영향 (The effect of consumer's need for uniqueness on fashion orientation and consumption values)

  • People tend to maintain and express their individuality in unique ways. Consumer's need for uniqueness is defined as an individual's pursuit that differentiates themselves from others, thereby developing and enhancing their personal identities. This study examined the effect of consumers' need for uniqueness on fashion orientation and consumption values. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey distributed to people visiting the fashion show center during Seoul Fashion Week. The survey questions were designed using the 5-point Likert scale and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of questions was reliable as .628-.862. The study's results indicate that people with high need for uniqueness are very interested in fashion and think that is important to be well-dressed. In addition, the results suggest that people with high needs for unusual choices who enjoy challenging the prevailing taste of people want to be fashion leaders and are attracted to products that express their personality well. And people with high needs for creative choices and incompliant choices value their own satisfaction and happiness with the products. On the other hand, consumer's needs for incompliant choices have a negative effect on social value. As a result, people with high needs for incompliant choices would break social norms rather than consider social status and reputation when they purchase fashion products. The concluding section of the paper discusses the implications of this research for fashion companies.

주거선택속성이 애호도에 미치는 영향력에 관한 연구: 서초구를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of Choice Attributes of the Housing on the Loyalty)

  • 주거환경은 거주자의 독특한 특성에 영향을 받는 물리적인 측면뿐만 아니라 사회적, 경제적, 문화적 등 많은 환경적 요소들과 밀접하게 관련되어 있다. 본 연구는 주거선택속성의 이론을 바탕으로 서초구의 이미지와 지각된 가치를 매개로 애호도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 경험적으로 주거환경의 선택속성이 애호도와의 관계에서 이미지와 지각된 가치의 매개효과를 분석하고자 한다. 분석방법은 설문지를 배포하여 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 주거선택속성은 지역 명성, 녹색환경, 편리성, 부동산 가치, 안전성, 주택상태의 6개 요인으로 나타났으며, 분석결과 주거선택속성은 애호도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 3단계 회귀분석을 사용한 결과 이미지와 지각된 가치는 정적인 영향을 미침으로서 매개효과가 규명되었다. 이러한 결과는 서초구의 애호도를 증가시키기 위해서는 물리적인 환경요소뿐만 아니라 이미지와 지각된 가치를 관리하는 것이 필요하다.

충남 당진지역 여성보험설계사의 개인적 특성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Female Insurance Planners' Personal Traits on Job Performance in Dangjin, Chungnam)

  • 본 연구는 충남 당진지역 여성보험설계사의 개인적 특성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 직무중요도(p<.05, ${\beta}=.321$)로 나타나 직무에 대한 중요성과 사회적 인식을 긍정적으로 평가할수록 직무만족도가 향상되는 것으로 확인되었다. 개인적 인식이 계약성과와 직장만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지는 못했으나, 근무년수에 따라 계약성과, 직무만족도, 직장만족도에 유의한 집단 간 차이가 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 충남 당진지역 여성보험설계사의 개인적 특성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 계약성과, 직무만족도, 직장만족도 향상에 대한 개인적 특성 요인의 중요도를 파악하고 여성보험설계사의 성과 향상 측면에서 개인적 요인의 효과성을 검증한 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

Different Effects of Workers' Trust on Work Stress, Perceived Stress, Stress Reaction, and Job Satisfaction between Korean and Japanese Workers

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of trust on work stress. Trust can be classified into three dimensions; social trust, institutional trust, and trust in others. The relationship between work stress and trust is regarded as having three components. First, trust has an influence on work stressors as an antecedent variable; secondly, trust modifies the effect of the various stressors, and finally, trust is one of the stressors. Methods: Data for this study was collected by interviews and self-administered structured questionnaires from 376 Korean and 77 Japanese workers in small businesses. Subjects were selected by two stage stratified random sampling from the working population of manufacturing industries. Results: Three different positions of trust are significantly related with the stress causation web. Social trust, institutional trust and trust in others significantly influence different work stressors in both Korean and Japanese workers. Three different kinds of trust influence work stressors among Korean workers, but institutional trust has no impact on work stressors among Japanese workers. As a moderating variable for perceived stress, distrust in an employer is statistically significant in both groups. However, stress symptom prevalence among Korean workers is modified by caution, trust in career development, and distrust in co-workers, but that of Japanese workers is modified only by distrust in employer. Job satisfaction of Korean workers is affected by general trust, utility of relation, institutional trust and trust in employer, but among Japanese workers, caution, reputation and trust in employer have influence on job satisfaction. Conclusion: The effect of trust on work stress, perceived stress, stress reaction and job satisfaction are different among Korean workers and Japanese workers. Three dimensions of trust have three different positions as antecedent, moderating and mediating factors in stress causation.

축제개최 지역주민의 축제효과요인 인식이 축제참여도 및 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 한국 보령시를 중심으로 - (Effect of Festival Impact Perception of Local Residents on Participation and Satisfaction Level - Focus on Boryeong, Korea -)

  • 본 연구는 방문객 관점에서 벗어나 축제 개최지역에 거주하는 지역주민들을 대상으로 과연 지역주민들은 축제를 어떻게 인식하고 있는가라는 연구문제 아래 충남 보령지역주민을 대상으로 2008년 머드축제기간 동안 보령시내에서 수행되었다. 연구결과 및 정책적 함의는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 축제개최지 지역주민의 지역축제 효과요인 인식에 있어 문화적 요인은 정(+)의 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 경제적 효과요인은 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 나타냈다. 이는 문화적 요인에서는 기존의 선행연구들과 일치된 결과를 보이고 있으나 경제적 효과요인에서는 일반적인 축제의 긍정적 경제파급효과와는 다른 차이점을 보였다. 구체적으로 보령시는 축제의 성공적인 개최도 중요하지만 더 다양하고 구체화된 지역주민 의견 수렴을 위한 공청회와 세미나 등의 기회확대를 통해 실질적으로 일반 주민들이 참여할 수 있는 프로그램 개발에 힘써야 할 것이다. 둘째, 선행연구를 통해 축제개최 지역주민들이 축제에 참여한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우 축제를 인식하는 데 차이가 있을 것으로 보고 축제참여 경험여부를 조절변수로 하여 참여의도와의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 조절효과는 작용하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 축제참여도는 지역축제에 대한 지역주민의 축제만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 보령시는 외지 방문객뿐 아니라 지역주민들의 적극적인 축제참여를 위한 지속적인 노력을 강구해야한다고 사료된다.

승용차의 부분부하제어를 위한 스크류형 과급기 개발 (Development of a Screw Type Super-Charger for Part Load Control of Passenger Car)

  • Turbo- or Super-charging has been used to boost engine power for Gasoline- and Diesel Engine since beginning of 20th century. So far turbo-charger has enjoyed a high reputation in the charging field for its technical advantages such as no demand of operation power from engine and an excellent charging effect in a static operation at mid- and high engine speed. A mechanically driven super-charger, however, is now popular due to the high engine power at quick change of the driving mode - high engine torque even at low engine speed. Since super-charger needs operation power from engine, it is difficult to improve its relatively higher fuel consumption than that of turbo-charger. This negative point is still an obstacle to the wide use of supercharger. Super-charger using screw-type compressor will fulfill the purpose to reduce fuel consumption by minimizing operation power owing to no charge at idling or part load driving condition. This study aims to develop power control concept to achieve the minimization of operation power. A screw type super-charger was modified in design partially and installed with an internal bypass valve and a bypass tube to control charging pressure at part load. The various control concepts show a possibility to reduce operation power of super-charger.

정보품질 향상으로 인한 조직성과와 조직에 대한 사용자의 인식과의 차이에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Difference between the Organization's Performance and User's Awareness by the Improvement of Information Quality)

  • In the field of education in Korea, University Information Disclosure System was conducted forcibly in December 2008 by Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. As a result, information quality provided to the user has been improved dramatically. Based on the preceding studies of information success model, the purpose of this study was to prove empirically three facts on the organization's performance, user's attitude, and gaps between two factors by improvement in the quality of information. To accomplish the purpose, literature review and statistical analysis were done using the university evaluation data published by JoongAng Daily from 2007 to 2011. The results of this study showed that the information quality had positive effect on organization's performance, user's attitude like a reputation, and the gaps between two factors. The results of this study had a great expectation for the role of offering useful insight and information in the field of information system and education.

미용(美容)서비스품질(品質) 지각(知覺)이 구매행동(購買行動)에 미치는 영향 분석(影響 分析) (A Study on the Effect of the Perceived Beauty Service Quality on the Purchase Intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis how perceived beauty service quality, perceived value influenced on purchase intention of customers. Moreover, this study was suggested strategic solutions for beauty managers and employees to build efficient marketing strategies in order to maximize customer satisfaction. For research method, SPSS 12.0 program was used and for the accuracy of precision of a measuring instrument reliability test was applied. And then simple and multiple regression analysis were performed to examine the effects of independent variables to dependent variables to dependant variables. The results of this study were five folds: the higher perceived service quality of beauty service was, the higher perceived value, satisfaction, word-of-mouth, and intention of revisiting were; the higher perceived value was, the better satisfaction, word-of-mouth, and intention of revisiting were; technical service quality was single most important factor affecting influence on perceived value, satisfaction, word of mouth, intention of revisiting, and functional service quality and physical service quality were listed second and third.
