본 논문에서는 스마트카드를 이용한 모델에서 제안한 방법의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 사용자의 최소한 정보를 이용한 인증과 멀티미디어 콘텐츠에 대한 암호화, DRM(Digital Right Management), 접근제어 등의 기술을 이용하여 사용자의 정보를 보호하고, 저작권자와 배포권자, 사용자의 권리를 보호하는 콘텐츠 유통 모델을 제안하였다. 제안한 시스템은 기존 방식의 단점을 해결하였을 뿐만 아니라 네 가지 유형의 위험, 즉 타 휴대기기에서 다운로드한 콘텐츠의 사용 여부와 복호화 키에 대한 공격, 콘텐츠 유출 공격, 불법 복제 등 내부자 공격 등을 모두 방어할 수 있다는 점에서 가장 안전한 방법으로 평가되었다.

오늘날 DRM(Digital Right Management)은 악의적인 사용자에 의한 디지털 콘텐츠의 재배포, 불법 복제를 금지시키기 위해서 사용되고 있다. 그러나 여전히 현재 DRM 시스템은 상호 호환성 부족으로 인해 사용자의 불편을 초래하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 상이한 DRM 시스템의 상호 호환을 위한 연동 방안이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 상이한 DRM 시스템 호환을 위해서 공통평가기준에 따른 보호프로파일을 개발한다. 특히 이러한 개발을 위해 기존에 개발된 보호프로파일을 이용해서 개발에 적용시킴으로써 시간 효율과 비용 측면에서의 효율적임을 분석을 통하여 보인다. 개발된 보호프로파일은 콘텐츠 제공자 및 사용자 권한을 관리하는 관리자가 안전한 저작권을 유지할 수 있는 요구사항을 도출할 때 참고 자료로 활용 될 수 있다.

본 연구는 한류 방송 콘텐츠의 최대 소비 지역이지만 역으로 가장 많은 불법 유통 현상이 발견되고 있는 중국이 어떤 형태로 국내 방송사업자의 권리를 침해하고 있으며, 이에 대한 정책적 대안은 무엇인지 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 인터넷 및 모바일 멀티 플랫폼 환경에서 가장 많이 발생하는 저작권 침해 유형의 경로와 방식을 조사하고, 이에 대한 방송사업자의 대응 방식을 심층인터뷰를 통해 조사했다. 연구결과, 복제권과 전송권을 침해하는 방식으로 가장 많이 나타난 유형은 웹과 앱을 통한 링크와 STB 형태의 TV패드를 이용한 방식인 것으로 나타났다. TV패드는 최근 미국소송에서 지상파 연합이 승소했지만 링크는 온라인 불법복제의 만연으로 이를 통제하기 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 특히 국내 사업자들이 개별적으로 대응하는 형태로는 중국내의 불법복제 문제를 해결하기 쉽지 않았고, 이와 관련한 소송 사례도 극히 드문 것으로 나타났다. 향후 정부는 불법복제 근절을 위한 시장조사는 물론이고 꾸준한 모니터링을 통해 한류 방송 콘텐츠에 대한 측면 지원을 해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

For the 2 years of farming, at the indoor circulating aquaculture system, four kinds of skeletal deformities were found among 60 Far Eastern catfish, Silurus asotus. Deformities saw jawbone's luxation, abnormality of upper lip and malocclusion. Spinal deformity was most fatal deformities with low weight and small length. Jawbone's luxation had 1 maxilla and 2 mandibles. Abnormality of upper lip had just lip was back over. Malocclusion's left maxilla and right maxilla were not balanced. This experiment was any deformities in this species through the deformity can grasp how it affects.

A total of 301 Thoroughbred mares were investigated the characteristics of breeding in the local areas in Jeju during the period from February 2000 to July 2001. The pregnancy rate and foaling rate in 143 mares were 93.0%, 72.0%, respectively, and mean gestational length was 339.3 days in 2000. The pregnancy rate in 158 mares was 86.7% in 2001. Mature follicles were ovulated in right(46.0%), left(45.2%), and bilateral(7.8%) ovary. The incidence of multiple pregnancies in 158 mares between 15 days and 45 days after mating were 89.3%(single), 10.1%(twin), and 0.6%(triple). The incidence of EED was 13.3%. Also uterine cyst and fluid had an bad influence on mare's pregnancy. These results suggest that regular monitoring of the pregnancies and maintaining of good uterine condition improve the pregnancy rates and foaling rates during breeding season.

The aim of this experiment was to evaluate the levels of hormones (progesterone, IGF-I and IGFBP-3) in blood plasma, growth, carcass traits and their interactions of sexually immature (n = 18) and sexually mature (n = 17) gilts. To calculate average daily weight gain (ADG), gilts were individually weighed at the beginning of the trial and at slaughter (110${\pm}$10 days old). Blood concentrations of progesterone, IGF-I and IGFBP-3 were determined by RIA. The right hot carcass sides were dissected and the individual basic parts from carcasses were weighed to record the carcass traits. IGFBP-3, ADG and carcass traits were not affected by pubertal maturation. Compared to sexually immature gilts, mature gilts had higher blood concentrations of progesterone and IGF-I. High correlations were noted between levels of some hormonal substances, productive performance and carcass traits of sexually immature and mature gilts.

The meaning of images are changed rapidly by a time, and the images' social function and skills are different by times. Nowadays, the reasons to have different meanings of images are the different ways of representation and reproduction of images by new digital technologies. However, the images are communicating with each other, and the image makers should have responsibility to represent the images. Also, the images should be concerned in social, cultural context, and focused on positive ways to represent. It is hard to predict the future of images, but people shouldn't be controled by manipulated digital images. Therefore, image makers need to have right ethics and morals in digital era not to be controled by commercial enterprises.

A multichannel signal processing algorithm for generating real time virtual sound field was proposed. Evaluation of the system performance was done by an objective function that minimizes the difference between the real and generated signals at each control point. Since impulse responses at the surface of a rigid sphere show characteristics similar to those of real HRTF, a rigid sphere model was adequate to simulate the multichannel sound system. A two-channel system and two four-channel systems were studied with various combinations of source locations and speaker positions. The results show that a two-channel system has its best configuration when the angle spanned by the loudspeakers is less than $60^{\circ}$. In the case of four-channel systems, the overall performance was highly improved with one pair of speakers fixed at an optimal position. Left/right symmetry was a reasonable choice, but the additional front/back symmetry degraded the performance of system.

The purpose of this paper is to critique the links between science and scientific researchers, politics and capital surrounding vaccines and vaccination in a pandemic era. It also introduces standards for adapting ethical guidelines for research under public health emergencies to specific circumstances and contexts. It also introduces ethical standards to be applied to scientific research. that is, scientific relevance, social value, cooperative partnerships, reasonable risk-benefit costs, fair and voluntary participation, independent review, and equal moral respect for participants and affected communities. It also outlines the COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic-consent and other research procedure modifications proposed by Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU). We are on the lookout for powerful capital and hegemonic groups inseparable from politics and important decision makers in the pandemic era - that is, scientists, supporters, and scientific civic groups. It underscores the need for an independent and formal scientific advisory body with the right balance between science and politics.

This study analyzed the recent precedents of the Korean Supreme Court's Royalty and License fee on this issue and presented implications for future taxation of Royalty and License fee and digital content imports related to reproduction rights. If the price related to imported goods and the price not related to them are combined, it is necessary to revise the statutes to supplement the allocation method of royalty and license fee. In addition, if there is an agreement or a back contract for intellectual property rights through the headquarters or branch office other than the trading party, a method of inducing the importer to voluntarily report it when reporting imports should be considered. Whether Royalty and License fee is taxed or not must be determined after examining the various contract details and circumstances of the transaction.
