The research was done against female workers in public officers to find out the actual conditions and usage of uniforms worn in government and other public offices, to find out the degree of their satisfaction for it's appearance, costs, functions and representation. The research was done by questioning 402 female workers about their uniforms in various government and other public offices and the results analysed from the research are as it follows below. 1. The shape of uniforms in public offices were mostly in three piece(jacket+vest+skirt) shape, many of them in gray color and the material were made of blended fabrics. 2. The satisfactory garde of the uniform couldn't even reach the level of '3 point', in which it is easy to tell that the workers had low satisfaction with their uniforms. The level of satisfaction in it's appearance, functions, costs and representation were below average, the rankings starting with functions, representation, appearance, costs and it was shown that the most satisfied category was in it's functions and the lest in costs.

In this paper, we propose a system for multiple people tracking using fragment based histogram matching. Appearance model is based on IHLS color histogram which can be calculated efficiently using integral histogram representation. Since histograms will loss all spatial information, we define a fragment based region representation which retain spatial information, robust against occlusion and scale issue by using disparity information. Multiple people labeling is maintained by creating online appearance representation for each people detected in scene and calculating fragment vote map. Initialization is performed automatically from background segmentation step.

Visual object tracking is a fundamental problem in the field of computer vision, as it needs a proper model to account for drastic appearance changes that are caused by shape, textural, and illumination variations. In this paper, we propose a feature-based visual-object-tracking method with a sparse representation. Generally, most appearance-based models use the gray-scale pixel values of the input image, but this might be insufficient for a description of the target object under a variety of conditions. To obtain the proper information regarding the target object, the following combination of features has been exploited as a corresponding representation: First, the features of the target templates are extracted by using the HOG (histogram of gradient) and LBPs (local binary patterns); secondly, a feature-based sparsity is attained by solving the minimization problems, whereby the target object is represented by the selection of the minimum reconstruction error. The strengths of both features are exploited to enhance the overall performance of the tracker; furthermore, the proposed method is integrated with the particle-filter framework and achieves a promising result in terms of challenging tracking videos.

이 논문은 온라인 교육 콘텐츠에 나타난 젠더의 문화적 악순환 양상을 살펴보기 위하여 아동 전문 웹툰 플랫폼, 아이나무툰(EBS툰)의 인기 웹툰 상위 5위 작품에 재현된 젠더 양상을 검토하였다. 아동의 성별을 구분하는 외모 재현 양상, 성별에 따른 인물의 욕망과 문제 상황에서의 심리, 작품에서 수행하는 기능 등을 여성주의 시각에서 비판적으로 분석하였다. 여성과 남성의 외모 특질은 젠더 고정 관념을 답습하는 경우가 많았다. 대부분 여성은 긴 머리, 남성은 짧은 머리였으며 원피스를 입은 여성이 많았다. 그러나 심리적, 기능적 특질은 젠더의 상투성을 깬 측면이 있었다. 주인공의 성별 비중이 비슷하고, 양성 모두 해결사나 구원자로 기능하며 용감하고 지혜롭게 문제 상황을 극복해 나갔다. 그런데 주인공의 젠더 재현에서 젠더 고정 관념이 약하게 나타난 작품일수록 순위가 높았다. 이러한 사실은 아동 감상자들의 비판적 수용과 선택이 젠더의 문화적 악순환을 끊어내는 데 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다.

Standard generative phonologists assumed that there were no orders or hierarchies among distinctive features. This means that the distinctive features which make up a segment are independent and unordered. The unordered linear matrix cannot explain phonological phenomena such as complex segments as hierarchical representation does neatly. The hierarchical feature representation theory which embodies the concept of multi-tiered phonological representation organizes distinctive features in the appearance of hierarchical dominance. This paper aims to show how we can solve some problems of the linear feature representation. As regard underlying representation the theory of underspecification is discussed. I propose a feature hierarchy similar to that of Sagey(1986) but slightly different. I show English consonantal assimilation in feature hierarchical model compared with that of feature changing theory of linear representation.

최근 조사에 의하면 공공기관이 사용하고 있는 전체 행정정보시스템의 수는 18,000여 종이 넘는다. 공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률은 모든 행정정보 데이터세트를 기록이라고 선언하고 있지만, 현행 전자기록관리정책으로 데이터세트 기록을 관리하기는 매우 어려운 실정이다. 이 논문은 데이터세트 기록을 관리하기 위한 정책방향을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 데이터세트 기록의 진본성은 기록의 내용, 구조, 맥락뿐 아니라 외형과 기능을 함께 보존함으로써 확보되며, 데이터세트를 전자객체가 아니라 전자기록으로 관리하기 위해서는 재현성이 전제되어야 함을 강조하였다. 또한 데이터세트 기록의 재현 및 장기보존 전략으로서 에뮬레이션의 가능성을 제시하였다. 이를 토대로 데이터세트 기록의 관리 모형과 정책 방향을 제안하였다.

Mekuro-Kazoen BLDG. is a complex of office, hotel, and banquet halls, builted in 1991, Tokyo, Japan. This building suggest us various issues about the representation of traditionality in current architecture. We can find the possibility of representation of traditionality in large complex, in past, rarely applicated. Even in Japan, such trial in official building as New Office Building of Tokyo in Sinzuku shows a application only in the elevation plan. In Mekuro-Kazoen BLDG, the applications of traditionality are found not only in external appearance, but also in interior design. And the traditional Japanese gardens in front of building and in atrium enrich the traditionality And the modenity and traditionality in this building are represented simultaneously not deteriorating each other. The issue of representation of traditionality in architecture should be succeed not only in now but also in the future. The method of application need to be studied and improved. The fields of application also should be extended such as large complex buildings and future-oriented buildings.

Considering the high dimensions of video sequences, it is often challenging to acquire a sufficient dataset to train the tracking models. From this perspective, we propose to revisit the idea of hand-crafted feature learning to avoid such a requirement from a dataset. The proposed tracking approach is composed of two phases, detection and tracking, according to how severely the appearance of a target changes. The detection phase addresses severe and rapid variations by learning a new appearance model that classifies the pixels into foreground (or target) and background. We further combine the raw pixel features of the color intensity and spatial location with convolutional feature activations for robust target representation. The tracking phase tracks a target by searching for frame regions where the best pixel-level agreement to the model learned from the detection phase is achieved. Our two-phase approach results in efficient and accurate tracking, outperforming recent methods in various challenging cases of target appearance changes.

The purpose of this study is to first examine the relationship between appearance-enhancing beauty practices and feminism, and secondly, to analyze public images of contemporary women using this paradigm. Through the lens of this relationship, we present a literature review and empirical research focusing on the evolution of public image trends among girl groups, with special attention to the Refund Sisters, a South Korean supergroup currently drawing mainstream attention as female icons. The scope of analysis includes girl groups dating from the 1990's to the year 2020 and photos of the Refund Sisters. Our results indicate that firstly, free sexual expression is evident based on active use of sexuality; images contain bold demonstrations of females desire, expressions previously considered taboo. Secondly, we note deviations from more standardized female images, unique adornment of outward appearance, and rejection of normative female images through freer forms of self-presentation. Lastly, there is greater cultural and racial diversity, rejection of modern race and gender binaries, and increased representation of queer identities. However, the relationship between appearance-enhancing beauty practices and feminism is sometimes considered paradoxical, with some arguing that beautifying one's outward appearance is a compulsory strategy and that it should be rejected in order to resist aesthetic pressure.
