내구성 향상을 위하여 단열성능이 부여된 단면복구 MORTAR의 물성 (The Properties of Restorative Cement Mortar with Insulation Performance for Improvement of Durability)

  • In this study, we studied on the durability of restorative cement mortar for deteriorated concrete at complex deteriorated conditions as variation of temperature and of humidities. We made a comparison between restorative materials with insulation function and restorative materials without insulation function in items of compressive and bending strength and permeability of water, durability for carbonation, salt damage, diffusion coefficient of salt at complex deterioration conditions like change of temperature, change of humidity, For insulation, we used close-pore type Alumino-Silicate lightweight aggregate and substituted 12 wt% and 15 wt% out of original restorative cement mortar without insulation function. As a result, it was found that original restorative cement mortar without insulation function fail to meet Korean Standard on polymer modified cement mortar for maintenance in concrete structure, but restorative cement mortar with insulation function is in contentment Korean Standard to meet excellent than restorative materials without insulation function for durability at complex deteriorated conditions.

  • It is the aim of this study to introduce the performance and application of new repair system for the exterior wall by durability failure caused seasand especially. The elementary performance of this repair system is as follows (1)All the layer in the repair are cement based, same with the mother conrete (2)this repair system use SBR admixture (3)This cement and mortar powder for this repair system are premixed and ready to use just adding admixture at the job site.

  • The concrete used most in construction materials. There is an overcrowded iron dimensions use of the concrete at time of the other concrete theory on the reinforcing rod back which did congestion and compares it with this, and there are more few dimensions of the aggregate than concrete, and quantity of aggregate passage is superior in mortar than concrete. If a volume rate of the aggregate writes mortar than concrete against this, therefore, unit amount increases, and quantity of paste increases and quantity of dry shrinkage than increase concrete. However, I let I regulate lay priest distribution of the aggregate, and the results rates increase and reduce unit amount and decrease quantity of dry shrinkage, and separation resistance and the gap passage characteristics are judged because it can be it in a substitute document of very superior concrete. I came to carry out the study that I watched to let I was useful a little more and do the improvement repair of a become building wall body, a basement pillar and repair reinforcement of the assistant in the reinforcing rod back, the old age when I made congestion here. I regulated lay priest distribution of the aggregate in the study and regulated substitution rate of the aggregate (40%, 50%, 60%) and divided W/C 30%, 40% standards and produced mortar and I compared quantity of air by this, slump, compression robbery and showed it this time.

저품질의 순환골재를 혼입한 초속경 시멘트 모르타르의 기초물성 및 부피안정성 (Basic Properties and Dimension Stability of Ultra Rapid Setting Cement Mortar Containing Low-Quality Recycled Aggregate)

  • 초속경 시멘트 모르타르에 KS 기준보다 흡수율이 높고 비중이 낮은 저품질의 순환골재가 혼입되었을 때 모르타르의 기초물성과 부피안정성을 실험적으로 확인하였다. 순환골재를 사용하지 않는 배합은 관련 업체에서 사용하고 있는 일반 보수 모르타르의 것을 따랐다. 라텍스 혼입 및 미혼입 배합에 대해 잔골재에 대해 부피비로 15%, 30% 치환하였으며, 모르타르의 슬럼프, 응결시간, 압축/휨강도, 그리고 밀봉/노출 양생에 따른 길이변화량을 확인해 보았다. 실험 결과 저품질의 순환골재가 사용될 때, 사용하지 않은 경우에 비해 24시간 이내 극초기 강도가 최대 50%까지 감소하거나, 건조수축이 최대 2배 까지 증가할 위험이 있는 것을 확인하였다.

시험방법에 따른 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르의 인장 및 휨접착강도 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Adhesion in Tension and Flexure of Polymer Cement Mortar Depending on Various Test Methods)

  • 폴리머 종류에 상관없이 폴리머 시멘트비의 증가에 따라 접착성능은 크게 개선되었으며, A타입 인장접착강도는 1.90배, B 타입 인장(접착)강도는 2.17배, 휨(접착)강도는 1.83배 보통 시멘트 모르타르 보다 높게 나타났으며, 보통 시멘트 모르타르의 B 타입 인장(접착)강도에 대한 인장강도비와 휨(접착)강도에 대한 휨강도비인 상대강도비가 각각 46.9%, 72.6%를 나타냈으며, 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르의 경우에는 각각 50.1%~101.7%, 73.8%~132.9% 범위를 나타내, 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르가 높은 강도회복율을 보였다. 폴리머 종류에 따라서는 EVA를 사용하고, 폴리머 시멘트비로서는 접착성능과 경제성을 고려하면, P/C 10%~15% 범위를 제안할 수 있다.

  • The sulfuric acid may react with the hardened cement paste and originate expansive products which can induce swelling and disaggregation of concrete. The purpose of this study is to estimate the antibacterial performance of antibiotics and the effect of absorbed condition of restorative mortar, the number of coating times and coating contents with antibiotic on the fundamental properties of restorative mortar spead with antibiotics. Also, testing items such as bonding strength, abrasion contents, contents of water absorption, contents of air permeability was tested to estimate the fundamental properties in this study. In results, the novellus bacillus inhabiting in sewer concrete structures was restrained by antibiotics developed in this study. And bonding strength of restorative mortar spread with antibiotics was similla to that of plain mortar. But, resistance to abrasion, water absorption and air permeability of restorative mortar spread with antibiotics was superior to that of plain mortar.

콘크리트 단면복구용 무기성 모르타르의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Inorganic Polymer Mortar for Concrete Sectional Rehabilitation)

  • 콘크리트 구조물은 시간 경과에 따라 화학적인 물질에 노출되거나, 염해, 중성화 등으로 인하여 콘크리트표면 결손 등이 발생하고 이에 따라 수명이 단축되는 현상이 발생할 수 있다. 특히 황산염 침식의 경우 표면 결손이 급격하게 발생하고 이에 따른 수분의 침투에 의하여 보강 재료로 사용되는 철근의 부식이 발생함에 따라 구조적으로 안정성이 하락하는 특성을 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 시멘트계 보수재의 가장 큰 단점중의 하나인 내산성의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 알루미노실리게이트를 적용한 내산모르타르에 관한 물리적 특성을 시험을 통하여 연구하였으며 시험결과 압축강도 및 휨강도의 경우 동등한 강도를 발현하였으며, 황산용액에 침지하여 중량변화를 관찰한 내산성의 경우 시멘트계 단면복구재가 80% 이상의 중량 변화를 나타내는 반면 시험시료의 경우에는 4% 정도의 중량결손이 발생하여 내산성에 효과적인 특성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 알루미노실리케이트류를 첨가한 내산 모르타르의 특성이 우수한 것으로 나타나 산에 의한 침식 등이 우려되는 곳에 단면복용재료로서 효과적인 특성을 발휘할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • Not only mechanical properties, bonding properties, electro chemical properties, etc. but also fire safety is required in patch repair materials such as polymer modified cement mortar (PCM) which are used to deteriorated reinforced concrete structure. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to choice the appropriate repair materials because there are not enough information about fire safety properties of PCM. In this study, The combustion characters of PCM were evaluated through the heat release rate test and non-combustibility test. The pyrogenicity test uses the cone calorimeter based on the oxygen consumption method. The non-combustibility test is from the temperature change inside the furnace during the test. The effect of the types of polymer and polymer content were evaluated from the series of test. The results are like followings. 1) The higher the W/C of PCM, the lower the gross calorific value and heat generation rate in the heat release rate test. The amount of heat generation of PCM is like the order of VVA, EVA, and SBR in this study. 2) Some materials such as E45-100, E50-100, E60-100, S50-50, and S50-100 were estimated as not appropriate building materials in the non combustibility test.

Repair Performance of Engineered Cementitious Composites(ECC) Treated with Wet-Mix Spraying Process

  • This paper presents an experimental study on the repair performance of sprayed engineered cementitious composites(ECC) serving as a repair material. Sprayable ECC, which exhibit tensile strain-hardening behavior in the hardened state and maintain sprayable properties in the fresh state, have been developed by using a parallel control of micromechanical design and rheological process design. The effectiveness of sprayable ECC in providing durable repaired structures was assessed by spraying the ECC and testing them for the assessment. The experimental results revealed that, when sprayed ECC were used as a repair material, both load carrying capacity and ductility represented by the deformation capacity at peak load of the repaired flexural beams were obviously increased compared to those of commercial prepackaged mortar(PM) repaired beams. The significant enhancement in the energy absorption capacity and tight crack width control of the ECC repair system treated with wet-mix spraying process suggests that sprayed ECC can be effective in extending the service life of rehabilitated infrastructures.
