우리나라 보건지소 조직, 기능 및 관리개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Organization, Function and Management of Health Subcenters in Korea)

  • This study is aimed both to reorient the Health net-works focused to Health Subcenters in times of development of local autonomy in Korea and to collect the fundamental data such as attitude and practice of the directors of Health Subcenter. The materials are collected from 134 out of 258 sampling directors of Health Subcenters with a questionaire by mailing(respond rate 51.9%). The major findings of this fundamental data are as follows. 1. Current average number of outpatients cared by a director of Health Subcenter is found to be 21.6. 2. The directors of Health Subcenter have little deducted hours for Public Health Programme. 3. Number of the Preventive Health Programme worked by a director of Health Subcenter is from 0 to 3. The most major group worked only 1 programme marked at 69.4%. 4. The directors of Health Subcenter express approval opinin marked at 80.2% that their qualification to appoint has to finish intern course. 5. The average diagnosis allowance a month is approximately twenty hundred thousand won. 6. Most of Health Subcenter(market at 94%) adopted a self-supporting account system. 7. The most complaining subject of directors of Health Subcenter is their working environment. The second complaining subject is governmental officier's interference. 8. The average number of outpatients cared by a director of Health Subcenter is found to be certain differentials by their marriage and the duration of employment. Some proposals of development on Health Subcenter based on the result of this research is as follows : 1. The reorganization on Health Subcenter under line of National Health Center Net-work 2. The psychological reorientation of directors of Health Sucenter and officers. 3. Autonomy management of Health Subcenter. 4. Reorientation of status on directors of Health Subcenter.

일제하 총독부 박물관 문서와 관리체계 (The Document of Museum of Chosen General Government and its systemic management of document)

  • The Museum of Chosen General Government(MCGG) was a supreme organ to take charge of business affairs of historical remains Japanese imperial rule. The MCGG was established in Kyongbok Palace in 1915. The MCGG was changed the reorganization of the Chosen General Government(CGG) setups, the MCGG was to maintain the cultural assets, to excavate the ruins and to put on display the remains. However, the Japanese colonist took advantage of the MCGG for political purposes. They didn't use the MCGG to promote the research of Korea culture. Therefore, the MCGG was an organization to belong to the Department of Education of the CGG. In this reason, the MCGG produced the amount of public document to business affairs. Now, This document left in the Museum of Korea. We have seen the document to study the cultural policies and the cultural assets of the CGG. This document includes the abundant information for the historical remains and ruins at that time. Accordingly, this document will help to survey the archaeological research and historical research. In addition, this document will help to manage the cultural assets. What then is the advantage of this document? The first is to see the cultural policies of the CGG through this document. The Japanese colonist took advantage of Korea history, which was low-grade culture, to justify rule of the colony. Therefore, they needed collect Korean assets to verity their theory. The second is to see the administration system of the MCGG. Indeed, this document includes information of organization of the MCGG, the policies and the process of the MCGG. In substance, we can see the systemic proceedings of the MCGG. The third is to provide historical materials to the historian. This document has the persons to plan the colonial culture policy of the MCGG, and events to rule the Korea culture. Moreover, the document of the MCGG would help to inquire into the truthfulness of history and to get the national identity.

교육과정 재구성을 위한 디지털교과서 기능 개선 방안 연구 (The Improvement of Digital Textbook Functions Required for Curriculum Reorganization)

  • 교사가 학생 수준에 맞게 교육과정을 재구성하여 교과서를 자유롭게 재구성하여 학생들에게 배포할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 현행 서책 교과서는 일부 내용을 수정하거나 편집하여 학생들에게 나눠주기 어렵고, 현행 디지털교과서 역시 단원 단위로 묶여 있어 교과 내용의 순서나 자료를 재구성할 수 없다. 또한, 외부 링크나 최신 자료를 업데이트하는 데 어려움이 있고, 용량 제한으로 다양한 멀티미디어 자료나, 고화질 실감형 콘텐츠를 담기가 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교사들이 디지털교과서를 활용하여 학생들에게 수준별 맞춤학습을 제공할 수 있도록 교수·학습 및 평가 기능, 자료 검색 및 공유 기능, 학습 기록 및 분석 기능, 화면 출력 및 인쇄 기능을 제시하였다. 또한, 전문가 델파이 조사를 통해 영역별 세부 기능을 교사용과 학생용으로 구분하였다. 아울러, 디지털교과서를 다양한 교과로 확대하여 개발하고, 디지털교과서를 활용한 다양한 교수·학습 모형을 개발하여 보급할 것을 제안하였다.

Research on the Critical Factors Affecting Taiwan Secondary School Teachers' Initial Acquisition of Formal Teaching Position

  • This research treated the secondary school teachers as the research scale and the research targets included the following: secondary school (employ unit), center of teacher education, and qualified teachers. In terms of these three groups of people, the topics of exploration focused on the perception of suitable teachers, perception of evaluation standard during the process of teacher examination and the relationship among teacher examination systems. The research was managed by two phases: the first phase referred to literature reorganization, expert interview, the qualities and conditions of suitable teachers, important evaluation standard during the process of teacher examination and teacher examination system used; the second phase included questionnaire survey, employ school acquisition, the perception of centers of teacher education and qualified teachers toward the suitability condition and examination evaluation standard in the first phase and teacher examination system used. This research found out that as to the perception of suitable teachers, through data collection, there were six factors reorganized. The levels of their importance were as follows: education devotion, teaching capacity, class management, capacity to guide special students, capacity to communicate with the parents and the will to undertake administrative works. Noticeably, employee unit and centers of teacher education apparently valued class management more, compared with trained teachers; as to evaluation standard of examination, the analytical result found out that the perception of three groups were different in terms of the views toward educational works, written examination data, candidate's age, club experience at school and capacity to use multimedia support teaching materials. This research further proposed six suggestions for centers of teacher education and trained teachers: (l) employ schools considerably valued educational devotion; (2) trained teachers tended to neglect the importance of class management; (3) employee unit considerably cared about the new teachers' competence to use multimedia support teaching materials; however, trained teachers did not have the same view; (4) employee unit considerably cared about new teachers' views toward educational works as well as the candidates' ages; (5) generally speaking, trained teachers neglected the importance of club experience at school; (6) the data revealed that written examination data was not relatively important in terms of teacher examination.

과학 내용지식과 교수방법 측면에서 초등학교 초임교사가 과학수업에서 겪는 어려움 (The Beginning Elementary School Teachers' Difficulties to Suffer in the Science Classes from the Perspective of Content Knowledge and Teaching Method)

  • 이 연구에서는 교육 경력 5년 이내의 초임교사들이 초등학교 과학수업에서 겪는 어려움을 과학내용지식과 과학교수방법 측면에서 조사하여 이들의 초기 적응과 전문성 제고를 위한 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 교직 경력 1-3년의 경기도 지역 초등학교 교사 3명이며, 이들의 실제 수업과 수업 자료, 그리고 인터뷰 결과를 바탕으로 이들이 겪는 어려움을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 과학내용지식 측면에서 초임교사들이 겪는 어려움으로는 과학적 오류나 오개념 파지, 과학적 지식에 대한 확신과 자신감 결여, 그리고 학습 대상에 대한 부정적 개념 소유 등이 관찰되었다. 둘째, 과학교수방법 측면에서는 교과내용 재구성의 어려움, 폐쇄적 발문 구사, 교사에 의한 일방적인 인도와 설명, 불완전한 비유의 사용, 그리고 실험에 대한 이해와 지도방법 부족 등과 같은 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 초임교사들의 과학수업지도의 현장성과 전문성을 향상시키기 위해서는 교대 교육과정에서 실험 비중이 높은 교육과정을 제공하고 콘텐츠 중심의 다양한 교육연수 기회를 부여하는 것이 요구된다.

백서에서 치아이동 후 보정기간 동안 교합이 치주조직섬유의 재형성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Occlusion on the Reorganization of Periodontal Fibers during Retention Periods after Tooth Movement in Rats)

  • 본 연구는 실험적 치아이동 후 보정기간 동안 교합이 치주조직섬유의 물리적 강도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시행되었다. 체중 200g 내외의 Sprague-Dawley계 백서 수컷에서 상악 양측 제1대구치와 2대구치 사이에 교정용 고무줄을 삽입하여 4일 동안 치아를 이동시킨 다음, 각 실험동물의 하악 좌측 제1, 2, 3대구치를 발치하여 우측은 대합치가 있는 교합측으로, 좌측은 비교합측으로 구분하였다. 상악 제1대구치와 2대구치 사이의 인접면에 유지구를 형성하고 광중합형 레진으로 채워 보정을 시행한 후 시작 0일, 4일, 8일, 12일, 16일 또는 20일 경과한 후 백서를 희생시킨 다음, 만능물성 시험기를 이용하여 상악 제1대구치를 발치할 때 필요한 최대인장강도를 측정 좌우간 비교 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1 교합측은 비보정군에서 보정 4일, 8일, 12일, 16일, 20일군으로 갈수록 최대 인장강도가 증가하였고, 보정 12일군 이후부터 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 2. 비교합측은 비보정 군에서 보정 4일, 8일, 12일, 16일, 20일군으로 갈수록 최대 인장강도가 증가하는 경 향을 보였으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>0.05). 3. 교합측과 비교합측의 최대인장강도를 비교한 결과 보정 8일군까지 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나 (p>0.05), 보정 12일군 이후 보정 20일군까지 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 이상의 결과는 실험적 치아이동 후 보정기간 동안 교합이 치주조직 섬유의 재형성에 영향을 미침으로 보정장치의 선택, 기간설정 등 보정계획 시 교합에 대한 고려가 필요함을 시사하였다.

좋은 수업에 대한 질적 연구: 중등 과학 수업을 중심으로 (Qualitative Research on Common Features of Best Practices in the Secondary School Science Classroom)

  • 본 연구에서는 학교교육 실천의 장(場)이라 할 수 있는 수업에 초점을 두고, 숙련된 교사들의 구현하고 있는 좋은 과학과 수업의 특징을 조사하였다. 학교교육 내실화는 교과교육 내실화를 전제로 하며, 교과교육 내실화는 단위 수업의 충실함을 그 핵으로 하고 있다. 좋은 수업으로 선정된 10개의 과학과 수업사례에 대하여 수업관찰, 교사면담, 학생면담, 수업관련 자료 수집 등을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 과학과 좋은 수업 사례들이 공유하는 특징을 (1)교과 내용 재구성, (2)수업 방법 측면, (3)평가 측면, (4)해당 교사의 전문성 개발을 위한 노력 측면 등으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 좋은 수업을 실천하는 현장의 과학교사들은 학생들의 수준과 상황에 따라 교과 내용을 적절하게 재구성하고, 다양한 수업전략과 방법을 활용할 줄 알며, 지적으로 도전적인 수업 분위기를 조성하고, 평가 결과를 수업개선에 반영하고 있었다. 또한 이들 교사들의 스스로의 수업 개선의 차원을 넘어서서, 다양한 형태의 교과교육연구회에 소속되어 동료 교사들을 위한 수업장학과 교사 교육으로까지 활동의 영역을 확장하고 있었다.

초등학교 미술과 감상지도에 관한 실태 조사 -현직교사와 초등학교(5, 6학년) 학생을 중심으로- (Research on the appreciation guidence of elementary school art subject -with present office teacher and an elementary school (5, 6 class) student as the central figure-)

  • This study aimed to suggest a resolution through a research on actual condition of appreciation class among art classes in elementary school. For this object, this study is about the need and problem of appreciation through concert of art appreciation and educational meaning. And this study is research, based on 200 current teachers to teach the art education of appreciation in Seoul. In the case of student research, this study show the current appreciation education focusing on 200 students in Seoul. The teachers has been seeing the importance of the appreciation education, but that education has been performing in the poor environment without aids and appreciation materials. And they thought that the most effective way to teach the appreciation of art is the on-site education such as the invitation of art-gallery or museum. The Change of realization about art, together with improvement of realistic situation, is important. But more important problem is the role and the realization of teacher who teach art directly. If the teacher's viewpoint to teach directly education of appreciation is examined, there are following problems First, it lacks realization about the importance of appreciation education. Teachers who teach a student have been taken functional art education mainly and this trend has been spread in the whole of society, therefore, the importance about the teaching of appreciation is negligent and is handled indifferently. Also, Teachers do not offer opportunity to obtain professional information of art appreciation map to overemphasize the study of practical teaching research. Second, elementary schools teacher is, for the most part, occasion that homeroom teacher teaches all object classes, and complete charge teacher is selected only some. Therefore, teacher in charge who play most a lot of subjects is difficult to recognize the importance of art teaching appreciation subject or class. There must have been a research about the educational preventive measures as suitable support, reorganization of at time and experts in superior office educational institution. Trough this study, I could know that front-line teacher should be specialized and more complete charge teacher should be needed urgently. Finally, the teachers must break the custom of the art appreciation and develop various art appreciation method. And the teachers have to lead the students to be interested art appreciation. That's what cultivate the students' aesthetic feeling and genius.

일측 뇌경색 환자에서 반대측 뇌의 보상성 뇌관류 증가에 대한 SPM 분석 (Ipsilateral Cerebral and Contralateral Cerebellar Hyperperfusion in Patients with Unilateral Cerebral Infarction; SPM Analysis)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 일측 뇌관류결손이 있는 뇌경색 환자들에서 $^{99m}Tc-ECD$ 단일 광자방출단층촬영술을 이용하여 반대측 국소 뇌관류의 변화를 관찰하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 뇌관류결손이 있는 뇌경색 환자 57명이 대조군에 포함되었으며, 좌측과 우측 뇌경색 환자군으로 구분하였으며, 이들은 발병 시기에 따라 6개월을 기준으로 급성 뇌경색 환자군, 만성뇌경색 환자군으로 구분하였다. 대조군들 모두 국소 뇌관류를 측정하고자 SPM분석을 이용한 $^{99m}Tc-ECD$ 단일 광자방출단층촬영술을 실시하였다. 모든 대조군의 결과를 정상 대조군과 비교하였다. 결과: 모든 대조군에서 뇌경색 반대측 대뇌피질에서 뇌관류 증가가 관찰되었으며, 뇌경색 대뇌측에서의 뇌관류 증가는 관찰되지 않았다. 만성 뇌경색 대조군에서는 뇌병변 반대측 일차 감각운동피질에서의 뇌관류 증가가 관찰되었으나, 급성 뇌경색 대조군에서는 관찰되지 않았다. 만성 좌측 뇌경색 대조군에서는 우측 소뇌 뇌관류 증가가 관찰되었다. 결론: 뇌혈류 SPECT의 SPM분석에서 일측성 뇌경색 환자에서 뇌경색 반대측 대뇌의 혈류가 증가하고, 일부 환자군에서는 뇌경색 동측 소뇌의 혈류도 증가함을 관찰하였다. 그러나 이러한 소견이 뇌기능의 회복 기전과 직접적으로 연관성이 있는지 증명하기 위해서는 추가적인 연구가 필요하다.

흉부CT 검사 시 HRCT 영상 재구성의 유용성 (Usefulness Evaluation of HRCT using Reconstruction in Chest CT)

  • Purpose : Skip the repetitive HRCT axial scan in order to reduce the exposure of patients during chest HRCT scan, Helical Scan Data into a reconstructed image, and exposure of the patient change and visually evaluate the usefulness of the HRCT images. Materials and method : Patients were enrolled in the survey are 50 people who underwent chest CT scans of patients who presented to the hospital from January 2015 to March 2015. 50 people surveyed 22 people men and 28 people women people showed an average distribution of 30 to 80 years age was 48 years. 50 patients to Somatom Sensation 64 ch (Siemens) model with 120 kVp tube voltage to a reference mAs tube current to mAs (Care dose, Siemens) as a whole, including the lungs and the chest CT scan was performed. Scan upon each patient CARE dose 4D (Automatic exposure control, Siemens Medical Solution Erlangen, Germany) was to maintain the proper radiation dose scan every cross-section through a device that automatically adjusts the tube current of. CT scan is the rotation time of the Tube slice collimation, slice width 0.6 mm, pitch factor was made under the terms of 1.4. CT scan obtained after the raw data (raw data) to the upper surface of the axial images and coronal images for each slice thickness 1 mm, 5 mm intervals in the high spatial frequency calculation method (hight spatial resolution algorithm, B60 sharp) was the use of the lung window center -500 HU, windows were reconstructed into images in the interval -1000 HU to see. Result : 1. Measure the total value of DLP 50 patients who proceed to chest CT group A (Helical Scan after scan performed with HRCT) and group B (Helical Scan after the HR image reconstruction to the original data) compared with the group divided, analysis As a result of the age, but show little difference for each age group it had a decreased average dose of about 9%. 2. A Radiation read the results of the two Radiologist and a doctor upper lobe and middle lobe of the lung takes effect the visual evaluation is not a big difference between the two images both, depending on the age of the patient, especially if the blood vessels of the lower lobe (A: 3.4, B: 4.6) and bronchi(A: 3.8, B4.7) image shake caused by breathing in anxiety (blurring lead) to the original data (raw data) showed that the reconstructed image is been more useful in diagnostic terms. Conclusion : Scan was confirmed a continuous, rapid motion video to get Helical scan is much lower lobe lung reduction in visual blurring, Helical scan data to not repeat the examination by obtaining HRCT images reorganization reduced the exposure of the patient.
