Lipofilling is a reconstructive and aesthetic technique that has recently grown in popularity and is increasingly being used in breast surgery. Previous concerns had been raised regarding its safety when used for remodelling and reconstruction of the breast; however, these concerns have since been dismissed. Over the subsequent two decades, little evidence has been found to support these early theoretical concerns, and growing numbers of proponents of the procedure are confident in its safety. Many developments and refinements in the technique have taken place in recent years, and several studies have been published regarding the safety of lipofilling in the breast. We reviewed the current literature regarding the use of different lipofilling techniques as well as the current evidence regarding the oncological safety of the procedure in patients seeking aesthetic breast enhancement and in patients requiring reconstruction after treatment for breast cancer.

The purpose of this study is for investigating characteristics of changing residential density and relations between housing supply and redistribution of population in Daegu. As a result, the following conclusions could be made. First, land development and housing supply have important effect on distribution of population and changing residential density in Daegu. Second, according to massive site development to meet the housing demand in suburban area, the suburbanization has begun and build-up-area grows faster, so centre of gravity of residential density increasing rate has moved to the suburban. Third, the inner district and the district near urban centre will need remodelling or redevelopment project in the near future.

Epigenetics represents a chromatin-mediated transcriptional repression which plays a control role in both animal and plant development. A number of different mechanisms have been described to be involved in the formation of chromatin structure: especially DNA methylation, nucleosomal histone modification, DNA replication timing, and binding of chromatin remodelling proteins. Epigenetic phenomena include genomic imprinting, dosage compensation of X-chromosome linked genes, mutual allelic interactions, paramutation, transvection, silencing of invasive DNA sequences, etc. They are often unstable and inherited in a non-Mendelian way. A number of epigenetic defects has been preferentially described in floral development. Here, epigenetic phenomena in model angiosperm plants and their corresponding mechanisms are reviewed.

To revitalize rural economy and to generate job opportunities in the Korean countryside through the specialized production of high-valued/environment-friendly farm products and the active promotion of green tourism in the farmland-remodelling project sites in 4 main riverside areas, this study developed the regionally differentiated development models of future-oriented agri-business complex. Through two rounds' expert group consulting/checking, related literatures review and similar case-projects benchmarking, a tentative model system was made and corrected, and finally, 6-development types with 24 model complexes proposed.

Rural policies in Korea have been changed into amenity-oriented ones recently to enhance the quality of life for villigians, which should be supported by the amenity-oriented maintenance system for rural space or environment too. Although so many studies on the classification system of amenity resources had been carried out, few ones which classified them principally by their spatial characteristics had been tried. From the viewpoint mentioned above, this study tried to propose a tentative classification system of amenity resources focussed on their locational characteristics. By the literature review, its draft was prepared, and after 2-round expert checks, the final table determined, which composed of 3-subsystems; green, production and living environment. Through the field application works in two case villages, its practical applicability was ascertained, from which two regarding points were found; public usability of terms and seasonality of amenity resources, especially green ones.

This paper addresses an intelligent robot control system using an off-line programming to teach a precise assembly task of electronic components in a flexible way. The investigated task consists of three job: heat caulking test, soldering on a circuit board, and checking of soldering defects on the back cover of a camera. This study investigates the remodelling of the most complicated cell in terms of the accuracy and fault rate among the twelve cells in a camera back-cover assembly line. We have attempted to enhance back-cover assembly line. We have attempted to enhance soldering quality, to add task flexibility, to reduce failure rate, and to increase product reliability. This study modifies the cell structure, and improves the soldering condition. The developed all system implements the real-time control of assembly with vision data, and realized an easier task teaching on off-line programming.

Although filamentous fungi are used extensively for protein expression, their use for the production of heterologous glycoproteins is constrained by the types of N-glycan structures produced by filamentous fungi as compared to those naturally found on the glycoproteins. Attempts are underway to engineer the N-glycan synthetic pathways in filamentous fungi in order to produce fungal expression strains which can produce heterologous glycoproteins carrying specific N-glycan structures. To fully realize this goal, a detailed understanding of the genetic components of this pathway in filamentous fungi is required. In this review, we discuss the characterization of the $\alpha$-mannosidase gene family in filamentous fungi and its implications for the elucidation of the N-glycan synthetic pathway.

As remodeling market is growing and peoples' concern on health and well-being is getting high, there is a need to apply environmentally friendly approach to remodeling an apartment houses. But, in point of the impact noise concerned, the thickness of the concrete slab and the limited ceiling height of the remodelling houses are the main constraints to improve the impact noise performance. In order to investigate the effect of the impact noise isolation as structural treatments for the structural elements, heavy-weight impact noise and tapping noise were measured in an remodeling building. As a result, structural strengthening method by H-beam was successful to enhance the impact noise level at about 3 or 4 class by the sound classification system.

The purpose of this study is to provide the technical methods of apartment remodeling. To gather information, a survey of the technical methods of apartment remodeling in domestic and foreign was conducted. As a case study, three types will be applicable to apartment remodeling： Horizontally expanding remodeling, combining remodeling, conversion remodeling. The results of the study are as follows： 1. Horizontally expanding remodeling type will be applied the dry construction and anchor pile foundation at skeleton and the double flooring at infill. 2. Combining remodeling type will be applied the dry wall construction in order to establish or remove the partition walls. 3. Conversion remodeling type will be applied that converting building equipments and interior finish materials conversion of old to new materials.

This study aims to construct the design competence by means of a topological approach. To this end, the linguistic concept of 'competence and performance' in Chomskian sense is borrowed and applied to the study. The usability of this method is then tested against the sample apartment plans from Gangnam-gu area in Seoul, and it is found that this enabled a middle-ground approach to a more productive grammar that overcomes the limits in Glassie's and Stiny's grammar systems. Through a series of analyses on the sample plans, it could be clarified that there appear classificatory levels in the competence that controls the planning of the building, zoning of the unit, and layout of LDK combination. At the end, it is evaluated that the generative grammar, constructed in this research, is the possible world in designers' minds, and this retrospective remodelling of the architectural competence could illuminate the 'design decision flow' that generates the sample plans.
