도로안전시설용 시선유도봉의 신뢰성 평가 (Reliability Assessment of Tubular Markers Used for Road Safety Facilities)

  • Tubular markers for road safety facilities are used to lead the driver's sight line and separate the lanes on the road. Such tubular markers are usually installed on the road and frequently hit by vehicles, they are accordingly requested to assure the product durability. The traditional evaluation method of tubular markers include only quality tests of the material properties. However, most of consuming agencies in charge of road management at fields have proposed problems on long-term performance of the products hit by vehicles under various weather conditions. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to develop the reliability test methods and equipments to simulate the product failures of tubular markers due to vehicle collision and wheel compression and the delamination and discoloration of reflection sheets attached on the surface of the products under high and low temperatures.

가속 스트레스의 교호작용을 고려한 가속계수 모델에 대한 연구 (Study on Acceleration Factor Model with Accelerated Stress Interactions)

  • 사용조건에서 수명시험을 수행할 경우 시험시간이 많이 소요되므로 사용조건보다 가혹한 스트레스 조건을 추가하여 가속수명시험을 수행하면 시험시간을 단축시킬 수 있다. 수명에 영향을 미치는 스트레스를 선정하여 각 스트레스의 사용조건과 가속조건에서 시험을 수행할 경우 가속 스트레스간에 교호작용이 존재할 수 있다. 그러나 기존의 연구에서는 2가지 이상의 가속 스트레스를 부과하여 가속수명시험을 수행할 경우 교호작용을 고려하지 않은 경우와 가속 수명에 대한 모델식을 제시한 연구들이 대부분이다. 본 논문에서는 기계류 부품의 수명에 영향을 미치는 가속 스트레스를 선정한 후 교호작용을 고려한 시험계획에 따라 가속수명시험을 수행한 자료를 이용하여 가속 계수와 가속 스트레스간의 관계식을 산출하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 본 논문에서 제시한 교호작용을 고려한 가속시험방법과 가속 계수를 산출할 수 있는 모델식을 이용하여 복합적인 가속수명시험 수행시 쉽게 적용하고 결과를 산출할 수 있는 기초가 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • Recently, embedded systems role as control systems instead of mechanical control systems in many parts of vehicles. In cases that embedded systems are used controling the electric signal, it is important to secure the reliability of a software within embedded systems. In this paper, the test platform for securing the reliability and real-time characteristic of the embedded system that controls electric signal of All Wheel Steering Control System in a Bi-modal tram is proposed. The platform is built on a HIL (Hardware In the Loop) architecture. Through the HIL platform, various vehicle conditions, driver activities and environment conditions can be successfully tested without actual driving, hence improving the reliability of the embedded system for the All Wheel Steering Control System.

  • Rapid urbanization of many cities require large scale constructions such as high rise buildings in difficult ground conditions. SIP(Soil-cement Injected Precast pile) type piles are tile most popular choice of foundation method in soft ground as well as layered ground in many cities in Korea since SIP offer negligible amount of noise and vibration. But SIP method of construction provide wide range of pile capacity depending on the construction method, equipment, ground conditions and quality control method etc. Therefore this paper intend to investigate the reliability of SIP pile in layered ground through a comparison of existing design formulars and SIP pile load test.

  • 카운터웨이트를 수명시험 하기 위해서는 실제 현장과 유사하게 2 톤의 무게를 가진시켜 주는 대형 가진기가 필수적이다. 그렇지만 이러한 장비를 일반업체에서 보유하여 시험하기는 어려우므로, 이러한 애로점을 해소하기 위해 본 연구에서는 첫번째로 2 톤의 중량물일지라도 건설기계의 신뢰성을 평가하는 전기터들로 구성되는 회전식 가진기를 사하여 실제 현장조건을 재현하는 시험장비를 개발하였고, 주요 구성품에 대해 카운터웨이트의 고장해석을 수행하였다. 두번째로 현장으로부터 필드데이터를 측정하여 수명시험에 활할 수 있도록 하였다. 마지막으로 성능과 수명을 확인하기 위해 가속수명시험법을 개발하였고, 제품의 고장발생 없이 $B_5$ 10,000 시간을 만족하는 가속수명시험을 완료하였다.

산학 실습 근무 여건이 호텔 및 외식 전공 학생들의 산학 실습 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 전북 지역을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Working Conditions on Internship Satisfaction of Hotel & Restaurant Management Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of working conditions on internship satisfaction. Hotel & Restaurant management students at universities in Jeonju participated in this study. Out of 156 questionnaires, 149 were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 and descriptive analysis, frequency test, factor analysis, reliability test, chi-square, t-test, ANOVA, duncan's multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used. Based on the result of the conducting factor analysis, the working conditions were classified into 2 factors: work suitability and work environment. Internship satisfaction was classified into 3 factors: internship preference, education and work satisfaction, company satisfaction. Cronbach's alpha was calculated for the reliability of the survey instrument. Consequently, the working conditions were shown to affect internship satisfaction. Among the working conditions, work suitability had a lower effect on internship satisfaction than work environment. At the resort used in this study, the salary level was high, but the level of work environment, internship preference, and company satisfaction was low. The students wanted attend an internship program at the desired place to be hired and found that it was more important to be assigned to the desired department than having a higher salary.

열초음파 접합 공정과 접합부의 신뢰성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Thermosonic Bonding Process and Its Reliability Evaluation of Joints)

  • In this thesis, lateral thermosonic bonding with ACFs was investigated as a process to make high reliability joints for FPD fabrication. Conditions for thermosonic and thermocompression bonding with ACFs were determined and used to make specimens in a driving test jig for testing of bond reliability by thermal shock. The results showed that thermosonic bonding temperature of $199\;^{\circ}C$ and bonding time of 1s produced bonds with good reliability. Additionally, thermosonic bonding temperature and time were reduced and thermal shock test results compared to this proposed curing condition. It is concluded that theromosonic bonding with ACFs can be effectively applied to reduce bonding temperature and time compared with that of thermocompression bonding.

고출력 형광체변환 백색 LED 패키지의 가속시험 (Acceleration Test for Package of High Power Phosphor Converted White Light Emitting Diodes)

  • This study deals with the accelerated life test of high power phosphor converted white Light Emitting Diodes (High power LEDs). Samples were aged at $110^{\circ}C$/85% RH and $130^{\circ}C$/85% RH up to 900 hours under non-biased condition. The stress induced a luminous flux decay on LEDs in all the conditions. Aged devices exhibited modification of package silicon color from white to yellowish brown. The instability of the package contributes to the overall degradation of optical lens and structural degradations such as generating bubbles. The degradation mechanisms of lumen decay and reduction of spectrum intensity were ascribed to hygro-mechanical stress which results in package instabilities.

Outlier Impact on the Power of Significance Test for Cronbach Alpha Reliability Coefficient

  • 본 논문은 크론바흐 알파 신뢰계수의 유의성 검정에서 이상치가 검정력에 미치는 영향을 연구한 것이다. 표본 크기, 문항들의 수, 이상치의 수, 모집단의 크론바흐 알파 레벨의 네 개의 변수들에 변화를 주었다. 데이터 시물에이션을 위해 다변량 정규분포를 사용했고 균일분포로부터 이상치를 추출하여 사용했다. 크론바흐 알파 신뢰도의 유의성 검정을 위해 모수적 검정(F 검정)과 퍼뮤테이션 검정을 사용하였다. 결과적으로 퍼뮤테이션 검정의 검정력은 F검정의 검정력 보다 크거나 같았고, 두 검정의 검정력은 모두 이상치의 수가 많아질수록 감소하였으며 이러한 이상치의 영향은 모집단의 알파 레벨이 증가할수록 크게 나타났다.

자동차용 에어컨 클러치 코일의 수명평가 기준과 고장해석 (Lifetime Assessment Criteria and Failure Analysis for the Clutch Coil in an Automotive Air Conditioner)

  • The clutch coil mounted on the automotive air conditioner is an important part which actuates the clutch to connect or disconnect the pulley and the compressor according to the climate control condition in an automobile. Here, it is generally required that the clutch coil should ensure the long term durability requirement, such as a warranty for the 10 years of field operation or 160,000 km driving, especially in a brand new item, and so forth. However, some difficulties have arisen in restoring its credibility, since domestic specifications for the part have not been yet unified. In order to ensure the reliability, test methods and assessment criteria should be standardized. Moreover, assessed lifetime under specific conditions and potential failure analysis would be important. In this study, lifetime test specifications for the clutch coil have been reviewed and methodological suggestions are provided to ensure reliability, utilizing a quality function deployment through the potential failure mode effect analysis.
