The results show that, first, only obligation conflicts and heavy workload affect the dedication to organization in terms of task-related causes. Second, compensation and relationships with seniors also affect the dedication to organization in terms of organization-related causes. Third, if more dedication is required, more employees will leave their job. Fourth, role conflict is the only reason to leave the job related to task. Fifth, only compensation and decision making affect the cause of the dedication to organization. The employer urgently needs to make a system to develop a relationship with colleagues and seniors, make a better work environment so that employees can work for a longer period and monetary or valuable compensation should be provided as indicated above in order to keep them employed.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate relations among job-related attributes of dental technicians. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. Differences in four job-related attributes among dental technicians in accordance with their titles were investigated to find that dental lab managers were higher in job satisfaction than chief and assistant technicians of the lab. Dental lab managers were given the best work climate, followed by chief technicians of hospital, those of dental lab and assistant technicians. Job competence was highest in part of the managers, followed by chief assistants of hospital, those of dental lab and assistant technicians. But work facilities that were being used by dental technicians were not significantly different in quality in accordance with their titles. Assistant technicians were lower in job satisfaction, given work climate and job competence than managers and chief technicians of both hospital and dental lab. Under same work conditions, female dental technicians were higher in job satisfaction than male ones. Dental technicians' job satisfaction were most affected by work climate, followed by job competence and the quality of work facilities in order. In other words, job satisfaction was higher when work climate was better, job competence was higher or when work facilities were better. Job satisfaction was generally lower in part of male dental technicians than female ones. Considering the fact that job satisfaction is most influenced by work climate, more careful attention should be paid to assistant technicians who while on duty, usually have not so good relationship with seniors or colleagues. Those technicians also usually have few or no opportunity of obtaining latest knowledge or skills, so they should be allowed time for seminars or lectures in which such knowledge or skills are educated. It is also important to raise assistant technicians' pride about their job by empowering them by authorization or giving more remuneration or other rewards for their improved job competence.

Therefore, this study investigates the relationship perception of broadcasting entertainers in inductive interview study. Thoughts of entertainers can affect theirs' behavior and attitude as well as value and thought, which makes it necessary on celebrity studies to examine entertainers' ideas. This study divides into drama and variety show for genres and cast portions are classified into three categories; leading, supporting, and minor role. We conducted an interview study on 48 entertainers in drama and variety entertainment programs and have explored data by using Nvivo 11 program. Entertainers' perception on their relationship in program can be sub-categorized into ideas on PDs, script writers, and colleague entertainers. Perception on PD revealed significant difference on consciousness on PDs' and script writers' authority, treatment, and communication. In addition, perception on colleague entertainers revealed significant result on colleague membership, relationship between seniors and newcomers, competition, and communication with colleagues. Because this study covered all relationship perceptions, and it is possible to come up with new practical implications, it is difficult to suggest diverse guidance for the harmonious awareness of entertainers. Therefore, future studies should be analyzed to address these limitations and provide more implications.

For this aim, a survey was conducted by means of 890 questionnaires from the middle of July to the end of August 2003 to the subjects of radiological technologists who are working for 44 general hospitals in 16 cities and provinces across the country. The results of the survey could be summed up as follows: 1. The biggest stressor that affects a radiological technologist personally under the working situation turned out to be position, job satisfaction and physical symptom(p<0.001), while job satisfaction and physical symptom also played an important role in personal relationship(p<0.001). 2. In terms of job conflicts, colleagues, immediate seniors, job satisfaction and physical symptoms appeared to exercise great impact(p<0.001), As for job autonomy, age, position and job satisfaction were known to be heavily influential(p<0.001). 3. With regard to job load, job satisfaction and behavioral symptom turned out to have great influence while, in job stability, position and job satisfaction seemed to be immensely influential(p<0.001). The present study has a limit in that it covers only radiological technologists who are working at the 3rd reference hospitals but excludes those who are working at the first and second reference hospitals. The findings, however, are surely believed to be able to serve as basic data to improve the medical service quality as they will help reduce the stressors of and enhance mental and physical health for radiological technologists who play important roles as teammates with expertise in the medical field. These outcomes could also be referred to in future studies in this area.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of internal organizational culture attributes on job performance and job satisfaction. Data collection was conducted from December 8, 2014 to December 20, 2014 through a self-enforced questionnaire at 500 general hospitals in Gyeonggi-do. First, the organizational cultural attributes of hospitals had a statistically significant effect on job performance. Second, organizational cultural attributes had a statistically significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, job performance had a statistically significant effect on job satisfaction. For communication, organizational development and the future of the organization as well as organizational attributes and systems of the organization were shown to increase job performance and job satisfaction, communication with seniors and colleagues, roles, and responsibilities between departments. Organizational culture had more organizational attributes than individual ones, which affects the work and behavior of the organization members. Therefore, in order to survive competition, hospitals require accurate diagnosis of hospital organization culture, maximize effectiveness of organization culture, and a desirable hospital culture. In addition, management should provide employees with a clear mid- to long-term vision to ensure that the objectives of the hospital and the goals they pursue are consistent.
